Cannot print from iPad/iPhone 6 using AirPrint for Canon MG5320

Unable to print from iPhone 6 or iPad 4 using AirPrint. My Canon MG5320 says Printer is Offline, but I can print fine from my Dell laptop and the Printer's Airprint Firmware is up to date. In addition, neither of the other iPads in the house (iPad 2 and iPad 3, respectively) can print to the Printer using AirPrint. What do I do? Please help!

I'm sorry to hear you are having Airprint issues between your iOS devices and your Canon printer. It sounds like you have been on the right track in troubleshooting this issue. If you continue having issues, you may find the following article helpful. In particular, with regard to item 4 under If you're unable to print, you may want to double check the error message "Printer is Offline" in the available printer documentation, especially if the computer that is able to print is connecting via a different method (Wifi, network, or USB, vs. Airprint).

Your new router may not correctly handle Bonjour data required by AirPrint. Contact Frontier to correct the router's setup. A firmware update may be required.

What brand and model is your router?
First, connect your printer to your router.
1. From printer front panel, press Wireless>Wireless Settings>Wireless Setup Wizard and follow the onscreen instructions to successfully connect your printer with an IP address.
Secondly, connect your iPad to the same router.
1. Connect your iPad to the Internet and download the free HP ePrint Home & Biz app from the apps store.
2. Connect your iPad to the same network as the printer. Settings>Network.
3. Use the new HP Home & Biz app to print and scan photos or docs from your iPad!
Alternatively, you can also perform Airprint on the iPad thru the wireless network from the Photos menu in your iPad.

Need help printing from iPad 2 using iOS 6.0.1 to HP printer.

It does appear in the List of Air Print compatible printers. Assuming the Printer is connected to the same Wifi network as the iPad, then simply choosing the Print option within any App should bring it up.
You may need to refer to the Printers Manual to get it connected to the Wifi Network.
There's no real confuigration to be done on the iPad.
You can print from the Apple applications iBooks, Mail, Photos, and Safari. Apps available from the App Store may also offer this feature.
To print, follow these steps:
Tap the action icon .
Tap the Print button.
Configure the printer options and then tap Print.
Note: If you are printing for the first time, or if the previously selected printer is not available, you will need to select the printer before step 3.

HP has an app (free) that I use to print from my iOS device to an HP printer attached to my network.

You will have to print with one of the many print apps. Canon has some in the App Store.

If you want to print what appears on an iPad screen but the app does not have a "share" icon, take a screenshot and print it.
To print directly from an iPad you need an AirPrint - enabled printer on the same wireless network as the iPad. All AirPrint printers are wireless but not all wireless printers are AirPrint-enabled.

Yesterday I printed 2 photos from the Photos app. When I tried a third, nothing printed. I have reset my iPad, printer, and router. I have no print jobs in the queue. I cannot print a document. If this is similar to problems I sometimes have printing -- 1) Only happens on some, not all, websites 2) Printer preview window comes up OK, just shows a blank page -- I can suggest a work around, if not a solution: try turning your page into a PDF. Either install an extension which gives a "Save as...PDF" menu option, or a PDF printer driver (I use bullzip). The problem seems to be with the manner the websites use frames and/or javascript. This work around also handles websites that can't get along with your printer settings and chop off edges.

Welcome to the HP Forums.
I see that you are having a few issues when it comes to printing from your mac as well as some two sided printing issues.
I do have a some suggestions that we can try in the attempt to troubleshoot this issue.
First off, please make sure that you have the printer power cable connected directly to a wall outlet and not a power bar/strip. Here is a document that uses a LaserJet printer as an example but it is meant for HP products in general. Please click on the following link that explains the Issues when Connected to an Uninterruptible Power Supply/Power Strip/Surge Protector.
Please remove the usb cable (if using wireless, disregard this step) from the printer and from the Mac and leave it disconnected until further notice.
Please click on the first link that will give you instructions on Uninstalling the Printer Software.
Once the software has been removed, please disable any anti virus protection that you may have on the Mac.
The next step we are going to take is downloading the HP Photosmart 6520 e-All-in-One Printer Full Feature Software and Drivers - OS X 10.9 Mavericks.
The installation will prompt you when to connect the usb cable (You will see a prompt for a wireless connection as well if that is the connection type you would like to use) so please do not connect the cable until prompted to do so.

I just bought a new printer that works great for our MacBook Pro and Mac Book through our wireless network but I cannot seem to print from the iPad 1 or my iPhone 4. any help would be appreciated.

Be sure you have checked for firmware updates using the printer's control panel.
Otherwise it should work unless your WiFi router does not correctly handle Bonjour data required by AirPrint. If you can set up your printer's WiFi to establish an Ad Hoc network, you should be able to connect your iPad/iPhone WiFi directly to it without going through the router.

Sorry to hear you are having problems printing.
Try restarting your apple device - It's a simple fix that sometimes helps re-establish the connection to the printer.
Other things to check would be that there have been no recent changes to the wifi password.
