Cannot print preview a excel document Via DMS

Hi,
When we go to CV02n/CV03n and click on 'Originals' Tab and double click the excel document, we can see the excel document within DMS. If we click the Microsoft Office button and go to Print we do not see the 'print preview' highlighted.
Is there any setting in Micrsoft or DMS

Hi Shahnawaz,
SAP DMS standard features not supporting preview function. You can use page set up to make adjustments.

That DLL is part of your printer driver; reinstall or update the device driver for your printer, and the message should go away.

I had a problem with print preview of billing document.

HI all,
I had a problem with print preview of billing document which contains two output types ZR1 ZR2..
For the footer text of billing document I maintained the font size as 7,5 pts, But when i go for print preview from output type ZR1 the font size of footer text is very small and looks good for output type ZR2.
If i change the print options-->logical destination of output type ZR1 same as Output type ZR2, the footer text looks good.
I think there is some issue with logical destination in print options for the output type ZR1, how can i resolve it.

for both the output types , r u using same sapscript or smartform?
if yes then, u can control it in output options of smartform and also in sapscript , you can control through if condition.
and if differect sapscript or smartform then you should not get such problem.
you can check the sapscript or smartfrom in TNAPR table.

Print preview of billing document from report

Hi,
I have created a ALV report which will be displaying billing document number ( hotspot) and related details. When i click on billing document number field, system should display the print preview of the billing document like how we get print preview using VF03 (VF03 --> Issue Output To ).
Please let me know how to achieve this..

PO Print Preview Error 06019 "Document does not exist"

Hi people , i`ve the following issue. I`ve noticed that when creating a PO if the user clicks con the "Print Preview" BEFORE Holding or Saving the document , the system will give the following error msg :
Document does not exist
Message no. 06019
And then the system will hang , you won`t be able to go back and the whole PO is lost . Does anyone knows how to solve this ? thanks a lot for any help .

Cannot print over wifi but only via ethernet

Hello,
i have c4780 hp printer, i have installed it on laptop via ethernet. All works fine.
If i unplugg network cable on laptop and use only wireless to connect on my network, the printer cannot print.
I have a dlink 2740b wireless router.
there are particular setting to insert in router configuration?
i have try to install on other pc via wifi but result is the same.
just i plug the network cable the printer work immedialtly..

I am confused. Is the printer connected to your router via ethernet or you computer via ethernet? If to the router, how was it initially connected (wired or wireless) when you set it up?
What operating system(s) are you using?

Cannot print preview Dunning Letter

My client is using SAP B1 2005 SP1 Patch 42.
Dunning term and dunning level has been properly set up.
We have also design the dunning letter for dunning level 1, eg called it DunningLetter#1
When using Dunning Wizard, SAP prints the letter for dunning letter for dunning level 1 with no problem. However it does not allow preview on the screen.,
Therefore, we try to running Customer Ageing by Due date so that we can see the dunning level, if needed change it. However, when try to print preview dunning letter, it shows nothing on the screen. However, it can be printed directly to the printer.
We received feedback from the SAP Business One forum that this is a known limitation. Is there any plan to allow Print Preview for Dunning Letter?
In addition, we notice that the Dunning Letter format printed on Customer Ageing Report by Due Date is not the same format as the version in Dunning Wizard. It looks like we need to design the Letter at both place.
Please advise.

I cannot print any kind of document using the File Print command on the tool bar of any application, but I can print using the printer icon. OS X 6.8 with HP Photosmart printer. Any thoughts?

When trying to print any kind of document on my wife's Mac Pro, the File>Print Command will not work. She just downloaded an update to Microsoft Office and the problem began after that, but it also applies to other non-Microsoft Applications. However, the print function does work when you use the printer icon in any of the applications. She has OS X 6.8 and an HP Photosmart printer. Thank you for any thoughts.

Did your wife also apply the Feb. 2 Security Update 2012-01 v. 1.0 from Apple? That update contains a bug which disables printing and some other functions in applications that were originally written for the PowerPC processor and which require Rosetta to run on Intel Macs. Fortunately, yesterday Apple released v. 1.1 of the update, which resolves the problem. Run Software Update again to install the revised update.

Online Preview of inDesign document (via CC website)

Hello.
I'm using inDesign to build a document.
This document uses mainly Typekit desktop fonts.
When previewed in the CC online, the desired font (Crete) is not recognized as Typekit, hence rendered as a basic sans serif font.
I verified on my CC-typekit account the fonts are synchronized.
Is there something i miss ?
(doing this from inDesign CC mac 9.2 on a mac OsX 10.7)

This is Ben from Typekit Support. I just wanted to let you know that this isn't an error you're seeing. Right now, the Creative Cloud web app doesn't preview with the synced fonts. However, this does sound like a good idea, though there might be some technical constraints due to the fact that it's in the browser.

Cannot print pdf from Excel. Saving as log file

I am trying to print an Excel page to pdf and everytime I get an error.
I am using Adobe Acrobat 9 and Excel 2010

You printed to Adobe PDF from excel.
There was an error which prevented the pdf from being created.
That log file lists the errors and seeing it's content might enable us to determine why the job failed.
Open the log file with Notepad or any text editor (Word)
Copy that text to this forum

Print Preview (SD Billing Document)

Hello everybody,
don't know if it is the right category, but here is the quiestion:
is there any possibility to get the preview of the Billing Document (SD, Transaction VF01) just before the document is saved?
The functionality IS in the menu (Issue output to: Issue/Screen), but both buttons are disabled.

Its not possible to get the preview of the Billing Document before saving the document.
The menu option (Issue output to: Issue/Screen) will be activated in tcode vf02.
Please let me know ur requirement clearly.

Print Preview of Purchasing Documents too small

Some of my users are having difficulties with reading the content of Purchasing Document Previews as the font size selected for the documents is quite small. We want to increase the size of text on the screen without changing the document font size.
There seem to be no standard SAP options and the Windows screen resolution does not produce the required response.

You might just try out a small option which works in some cases. Go to transaction SE93 (transaction maintenance). Give the transaction code SP01 and display the details. Now Test the transaction (SP01). In some cases, you will be able to succeed.

Cannot print certain types of documents.

Many documents that are e-mailed to me can take up to 30 minutes to 1 hour to print one page. The best description I can give is if the document is scanned by my customer and e-mailed to me it will not print. Also the size of the document in the printing cue might be 320 KB/1.84 MB for one page. When I e-mail this same document to a co-worker to copy they can copy it with no problem.

Scince that you hadn't list detailes for the operating system that you have ,the printer model and it's connection type/speed ,type of the mailed document ,...etc . .The best that I can tell you .. is that you have an operating system problem on your computer ... try to find an update or service progarm for it ...

Cannot load preview for Microsoft documents in wiki

Uploading files seems to be working fine.
Wiki will show me a preview of files like pdf, image files etc but not of Microsoft related files like doc(x) and xls(x).
Before upgrading (from 2.2.2) this worked fine.
It looks like this (it stays this way endlessly)
I hope somebody can point me in the right direction to fix this.

Error: Error in OPEN_FORM for document '123456789' in ME9A(print preview)

Hello Experts,
I am encountering an error when I try to print preview my RFQ form via ME9A. What
I did was to just copy the existing custom form to my own custom form then assign my form
to our output type via NACE transaction. So when I click the display message button in
ME9A, ther eis an error saying 'Error in OPEN_FORM for document...'
What maybe the cause for this? Hope you can help out guys. Thank you and take care!

HI,
Specify the print program name in the script form. To specify the program in script form Form->Check->Texts->Select all->ok->Enter the Print Program Name and try.
This might be the problem.
