Cannot print to HP Eprint

I have contacted support many times, some of my emails are marked as spam and discarded and not printed.  Some are printed fine.  I do not know why some would be considered spam.  Can someone please review my emails and tell me what is causing them to be labeled spam?
Adam

Hey there. Unfortunately the C7189 does not support ePrint (if I am remembering correctly). Sorry about that!

  • Installed ePrint on Officejet 6700, now cannot print wirelessly

    Greetings,
We have beenprinting wirelessly with our Officejet 6700 for quite some time. This morning the HP Connect/ePrint feature was installed...now we cannot print to the computer wirelessly. I have turned off the ePrint functionality on the printer, shut down and restarted...still not able to print.
Looking for suggestions, or a way to delete the eprint functionality.
    Much obliged...

    Hello Bugaloo911,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
Sorry to hear about the Officejet 6700 now being unable to wirelessly since you setup the ePrint portion of the printer. What is the Operating System installed on the computer, Windows or Mac? Also, what happens when you try to print? For example, is there an error or message of any kind on the computer?
Setting up ePrint should not have made any changes to the printers ability to wirelessly print via a computer connection. Does the printer still show a connection to the network? If you are not sure, touch the wireless icon from the printer home screen and then Print Wireless Test Report. If there is no connection, run the Wireless Setup Wizard.
Try running the HP Print and Scan Dr on the computer, if using a Windows computer.
Once the printer is working again on the computer we can look into re-setting up ePrint for you.

  • HP Deskjet 2540 and Galaxy Tab 3 - cannot print wirelessly

    Hello
I would be very grateful for help with the following issue.
I have an HP Deskjet 2540 and a Galaxy Tab 3 (Android) and wish to print wirelessly from the tablet.
I have installed the ePrint app and the ePrint All-in One Remote app on the tablet.
In order to print I have to change the tablet's wifi connection from my home wifi to the printer's wifi which means that I cannot print straight from the internet.
I have tried saving web pages and then printing i.e not using the home wifi but a message appears on the tablet saying " Connect to Samsung printer".
My question is therefore, how do you print when you can only have one wireless connection on the tablet at a time i.e either the home wifi or the printer? Every time I want to print, do I have to change the wifi connection on my tablet from my home wifi to the printer's?
    Many thanks in advance!

    Hi Sujo,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums.  I gather that you are unable to print web pages from your Android Galaxy Tab 3 tablet because you are using the printer’s wireless direct feature which does not have internet connectivity.
Let’s get the printer connected to your home wireless network.  If you have a computer running a Window or Mac operating system it’s fairly easy to connect the printer.  Please follow the steps in the Installing the Printer Software for a Wireless Network Connection document for the operating system that is running on your computer.
If you only have your tablet available, please follow the steps in the post by @Jon-W titled “How can I setup a Deskjet 3050a/J611 to my Chromebox?”.  Please start where he says “There is another alternative but it can be hit or miss”.
Once you have the printer connected to your wireless network you should be able to print web pages as both devices will now be connected to your wireless network.  Please let me know how it goes.

  • Cannot print locally on OfficeJet Pro 8610, but I can print via web service

    Hello,
I just installed an OfficeJet Pro 8610 with the downloaded install. I found my printer on the local wireless network and it connected. I cannot print anything from my Windows 8 HP laptop! I print from Word (or anywhere) and I says completed, but nothing prints. I can even see the print spool and it looks like it goes through, but nothing prints. I even tried direct USB connection with the same problem.
I can however print from the web using the ePrint (email to the printer), but that is impractical.
    This is a weird problem.
I had a friend connect using their computer and it worked (wirelessly) and I can even print from my iPhone locally.
This points to the HP laptop - I have removed the printer, reinstalled the drivers, ran all windows updates, reboted (computer and printer) multiple times and the same problem persists.
Please help - very frustrated and ready to return the stupid printer.

  • Do not see anything on printer display for eprint

I just purchased this printer, c410a yesterday and am learning the details of it.  I am interested in the e print feature.  I believe I have everything else under control.

It sounds like you are looking for ePrint features and how to use it and how to manage it.
When you enabled the ePrint, you will have an information sheet printed out on your  printer.  And you can find your printer's email address and unique printer code on it.  You can email to your ePrint printer from anywhere on any device.  For example, you can email your recipe to your home printer while at grocery store from your smart phone.  That way you can get your printed recipe to start cooking as soon as you get home.
Many good and useful features you should look into is on hpeprintcenter.com.  You should use your printer unique ID printed on the information sheet to register at www.hpeprintcenter.com.  Then when you log in, you can configure your printer settings when you do ePrint, you can set up the white list to control who can or cannot print to your printer, and you can also check to see your ePrint job status to find out what was printed and when.  When certain errors occur occasionally when you are away from your printer, you can remotely check on hpeprintcenter.com to see what happened to your printer - is it off line, is it out of paper?  out of toner? etc.  You can get all those printer status informaiton from your smart phone or your laptop or any other mobile devices that can access internet.

  • Cannot print to my DJ2540 from any of my Samsung devices

I cannot print at all and urgently need to be able to.  I have Samsung phones S2 & S4 plus a Samsung Galaxy Note and can't manage to print from any of them.  HP's site lies; it tells you that it's easy and you don't have to download anything as the software is already there.  My devices tell me I can only print to a Samsung printer (what's that all about?) and don't recognise the DJ2540.  I am highly frustrated, I have been trying for HOURS and am wasting my whole Sunday on this.  Please help.....

    Hi @SuzeG
I know this post was some time ago but I see no one replied. I take it you're getting a msg like this one...
Any luck if you install the HP Print Service Plugin?

  • Cannot print from computer but I can print wireless

I just connected this printer and I cannot print from my computer but I can print wireless from my phone.

    Hello dfreed,
You can try some simple steps:
    Power your printer off.
Unplug your router, and your modem.
Plug your modem in and allow it to power on fully.
Plug your router in and allow it to power on fully.
    Power your printer on.
Refresh the HP ePrint Center site and verify that your printer has a status of "Connected" and "Ready".
Some internet providers' modems are not always the most friendly to power off and on, so I understand if you need to skip that step.
Please post again if any steps need any elaboration.

  • Cannot print from iPad

Yesterday I printed 2 photos from the Photos app.  When I tried a third, nothing printed.  I have reset my iPad, printer, and router.  I have no print jobs in the queue.  I cannot print a document. I was able to print a photo from my iphone using HP ePrint, but cannot do the same from the iPad.  I am running ios6.  I am not sure what else to try.

hi - have you contacted HP? or maybe installed a third party app like printcentral
    those are another two options
also have you checked the settings on the ipad - assume that you have
might also be worth a google search too to see if anybody else is having any problems i.e. 'can't print HP Photosmart B210 printer from ios6 ipad?'

  • Cannot print from website. I go to TD ameritrade and ask to print and old statement and nothing happens, if I use Internet Explorer it works

I go to TD Ameritrade web page open my account. I cannot print my statement from my account. nothing happens. If I use Internet Explorer it works fine.
I have the same problem printing from the IRS website.

    Hello @dimsum1234,
    Welcome to the HP forums.
I understand that you are having a problem with printing to a printer over the cloud.
    I would like to help.
Have you tried setting a manual DNS for the printer that is not receiving the print jobs?
I have found that the Level3 DNS address works best with laserjets.
    Primary DNS Server 209.244.0.3
    Secondary DNS Server 209.244.0.4
Another option is to remove that printers Web Services.
This will cause the printer to permanently loose its ePrint address.
When you enable the ePrint feature again, you will get a new address/claim code.
Then you can add the printer onto your HP Connected account, and Google's Cloud Print.

  • Instant ink problem cannot print

Instant Ink Problem cannot print is the error I'm getting with my officejet 4630. It was working fine until now. I have enrolled in the instant ink program. My problem now is somehow my printer is not showing up on my account. it tells me to add a device. Fine, but when I try to add it wants a claim code which I have already used so there is no claim code to print. I couldn't print it anyways for the error " instant ink problem cannot print shows up. How do I add a device now???

    Hi Gertiee,
Welcome to the HP Support forums.  I see that you are unable to print using your HP printer.
Try removing and re-enabling Web Services from your printer’s control panel. Check your printer’s control panel for the Setup or Web icon, and then follow the appropriate instructions to enable Web Services. The steps to remove/enable Web Services vary by HP printer model. For your model:
HP Officejet Removing Web Services:  Use Setup > Web Services Setup > Restore Factory Settings to remove Web Services from the printer.
Then re-enable web services on your printer.  If the web services info sheet does not automatically print within a few minutes of re-enabling web services, web services has not been fully enabled on your printer.   You may need to wait and remove and re-enable web services again in few hours to allow the issues affecting your printer’s communication with the cloud servers to clear up.  Until a web services info sheet prints out your web services registration is not complete.   Complete the steps below while your printer is connected to the Internet.
    Officejet Enable Web Services:
On the printer control panel, touch the Apps icon, touchYes to enable Web Services, touch Yes to Accept Terms of Service, and then touch Yes again for automatic firmware updates. An information sheet prints that has your printer claim code.
On the printer control panel, press theePrint  button or icon to open the Web Services
Either select Yes to enable Web Services, select Yes again for automatic updates, and then press the ePrint button again. Or, select Enable Web Services , and then select OK . An information sheet prints that has your printer claim code.
On the printer control panel, touchSetup, and then touch Web Services.
Select Enable Web Services , and then select OK . An information sheet prints that has your printer claim code.
If it continues to not print, see the Web Services connectivity troubleshooting here.

  • Cannot print a PDF file after upgrading to Windows 8.1

Cannot print a PDF file after upgrading to Windows 8.1
I can print anything else from either the Desktop or Start but not a PDF.  No error message but just does not print.
Update: down loaded Adobe Reader which runs on the desktop so when I read a PDF file it now runs on the desktop and I can print it.

  • Cannot print to HP M1212nf from iPad 2 iOS 5.0.1 (9A405)

I have an HP LaserJet M1212nf MFP printer which I cannot print to.
Previously, I have a couple of iPod Touch 4G's that were on iOS 4.2.x and was able to print to it successfully.
Now, for whatever reason, I cannot print to it from my iPod Touch 4G's nor from my new iPad 2.  I just bought the iPad 2 within the last two weeks.  The iPod Touch 4G's and iPad 2 are all on iOS 5.0.1 (9A405).
If I try to print from Safari, I get a "No AirPrint Printers Found" message from both the iPods and iPad.
I have tried to update the HP LaserJet M1212nf with the latest firmware from the HP support site to no avail.  See below link:
    http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?cc=us&dlc=en&lang=en&lc=en&p roduct=3965849
What puzzles me is that this all used to work with iOS 4.2.x flawlessly with the iPods.  Now mysteriously, it no longer works in iOS 5.0.1 with the iPods. It also does not work with the new iPad.
I wonder if there's anything that I need to configure to get this working again.  I realize that it should be all just "plug-n-play" and AirPrint should all work automatically.  Even before the upgrade to the latest HP firmware, the iPods stopped printing to it after they were upgraded to iOS 5.0.1.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
    Thanks,

Have you tried "FingerPrint" by "Collobos Software" at http://www.collobos.com

  • Cannot print from hp DeskJet F4580

I have just bought my first MacBook with Mac OS X 10.6.4. Great computer.
However I cannot print from the wireless hp printer. I downloaded the latest driver from hp (maybe a fault) and started to install. Everything went as expected untill the setup process of the Printer Queue. Here I add the printer in order to create the Printer Queue, but when I click on the continue buttom I get this warning: Are you sure you want to continue without adding a Print Queue? I finished the installation with a congratulation sign.
Therefore there is no doubt, that the printer queue is missing. However I cannot found out to install the printer queue.
The printer is a socalled all-in-one printer. The scanner function is perfect with the wireless connection. But not the printer function.
I have also tried to connect via usb cabel. The result is the same. Scanner okay. Printer not okay.
The printer works perfect under Windows.
I hope somebody can help me. Thanks in advance.
    Erik

I'm having the same problem ! The wireless printing works using OS 10.5 on a G4 PowerBook but not OS 10.6 on an intel MacBook. I'm going to get in touch with HP as have used the latest drivers (as you have) - I've re-installed the HP software using Software Update for the latest version - still can't print. USB printing is also faulty so must be their drivers.
I'll let you know if I have any luck !
