cannot purchase, always need verify payment info, but my this card last time buy many thing already, why now got this problem?

Launch iTunes, click on iTunes Store, and click on your Apple ID in the upper right. Log in and enter your payment information.

    Did you enter the last three digits on the back of the card for Visa or Master or the 4 digit # on the front of Amex?

    This same thing happened to me several times.
    Finally, I tried checking my credit card info in iTunes on my computer, and when I went in to edit it, I had to enter in my Credit Card Security Code again. There was a box next to it that said something about needing to re-enter the number since my account was being accessed from a new device. So, I entered my Security Code, tried the purchase again from my Apply TV, and it worked great.

    I  got a notice to reset my password and now when i try to download app updates it asks to "Verify Payment Info" and then asks to log in again. When I do, it asks to log in again, and again and again.

    Ok, so I figured it out. I checked my iPhone and it was having the same trouble.  So I went to settings (on the iPhone and iPad) selected store and logged out of the store.  Then on my computer, I logged in to iTunes.  I went to buy something (a free item...doesn't have to cost anything) and it prompted me to update the payment info (essentially needed to add the security code to my credit card).  Then I gave it a minute or two to process...just in case.  Logged back in to my iPhone and iPad and everything is back to normal.
    Glad it's working, but they should really fix that issue on the mobile devices.  Luckily I have iTunes on a computer, so don't have that (they only have the iPad...which they wouldn't be able to update).

    I kept having this problem, reset my iTunes password, verified account information several times, all with the same (bad) result.  Finally, I actually went into the "Edit" section of my credit card and found that because I tried to access my account via another computer or device, i.e. Apple TV, I had to reenter my 3 digit credit card security code.  That fixed the problem for me.

  • Can't verify payment info (endless

    I'm trying to purchase apps on my iPhone 6+, but keep getting the "payment info" verification popup. When I tap it, I'm prompted to type in my Apple ID password. I enter the password, but the app keeps requesting it over and over and over. There's no way for me to get past the verification, because I can't get to the actual confirmation screen.
    Ive tried the following steps to diagnose/fix the issue:
    - Hard restart of phone (after manually quitting all apps).
    - Signing out of all Apple ID accounts on the phone (Game Center, iCloud, iTunes) and signing back in (with various hard restarts in between each one).
    - Downloading free apps (this works fine with just TouchID).
    To see if the problem was account related, I purchased an app on my iPhone 5s (tied to the same account). The purchase was fine, and the app actually turned up on the iPhone 6 immediately afterward (thanks to the auto download feature).
    So my account is fine, my password is fine, I can buy and download apps on my 5s and through iTunes on my Mac. I just can't do it on the 6+.
    Has anyone encountered this annoying bug and, if so, were you able to find a fix?

    My Billing address is in Thailand and I can't update it right coz my country don't have "state" you only give me choice only in US.
    And Try to change region to Thailand but I can't do it too. It tell me I got 2.50$ left I got to purchase for something.

    When I try to buy a tv episode on apple tv, it gives me a message of "problems connecting with store, try again later".  I hit ok, and then another message comes up to go online and verify payment information.  I have done that, all info is correct.  Why won't it let me purchase?  This has been going on for days.

    I figured it out!
    I read a solution for something that sounded similar.
    Anyone in similar position:
    Open iTunes app on iPhone, and pick an option from bottom, such as music. Then scroll down to bottom of page and where your iTunes ID is, press on it, and pick sign out.
    Then return to home screen, and double press home button and press and hold on first icon showing, until a minus symbol appears in the top left of icons present. Press on each minus symbol on each app in turn, until all app icons have disappeared. Then Restart the phone by pressing and hold the home button and the on/off/standby button at top of phone, until the apple symbol appears in centre of blank screen.
    Swipe to turn phone fully on and open settings and scroll down to iTunes and apps option and tap that. Pick sign in and put in your apple ID, it will accept it and then return to home screen and open iTunes a you'll find it works fine
    Simple really, but some like me won't think f this themselves!

    While trying to download an app, even a free one, the download starts then  a box pops up asking for verification of payment.  I put in my credit card info but then it doesn't like my address info.? So I then try every variation of spelling and such. I can't make it happy,  I never had a prob before .
    Then I decided to try to redeem my iTunes money but a box come up , it has my account name there, and my remaining $.  It all looks correct. But it asks for a code .???  I entered all the info when I got the card. Then threw the card away. I've bought items from this with no prob until now. ???
    So I'm suppose to hang onto that carduntil I spend everything?  Never did before, and it was working fine till now.
    So here I sit . Pretty much clueless and starting to steam !
    Hopefully someone has a tip or suggestion.

    If you have a credit card on file on top of your gift card then it is asking you to confirm the security code for the card, which for a Visa or MasterCard is 3 digits located on the back, or AMEX has 4 digits on the front.  This happens just to ensure that you are the account holder, and would happen from time to time whether it was a free or paid app, even if you have a credit through your gift card.  This doesn't mean that your credit card will be charged.
