Cannot purchase Creative Cloud due to credit card problem

Hello,
I first purchased Student and Teacher Edition Creative Cloud in August but due to the hacker incident here at Adobe, my credit card was annulled. Due to financial problems, my last payment was in October and eventually, my subscription expired.
Now I'd like to renew my subscription as I now have a viable credit card but I simply cannot! I tried at least 8-10 times to purchase Creative Cloud / renew my subscription but I always got the same answer: they are unable to confirm my credit card.
I tried this both on Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome, and I also tried with my parents using my mother's credit card but that didn't work either. I also tried shutting down and restarting my computer.
I'm still studying at the same school, that information hasn't changed. I'm from Finland.
Please help! Thank you!

Thanks for your answer, but how about my account with serial numbers to cs6 and LR4? Will they be lost if I create a new account? I just want to purchase Creative Cloud as danish person with my credit card.

    I lost my credit card that allows the samples to my Creative Cloud membership.
    Creative Cloud is now disabled.
    My next sample is July 10, 2013 I received a new card but can not update my bank details.
    What should do because I want to continue my Creative Cloud membership.

  • Cannot purchase creative cloud membership

    I just decided to restart my creative cloud membership. I plan to purchase After Effects for 1 month. Unfortunately, after I submit my payment information I get an error saying there was an error with my order, and that I should try again. I did 3 times and it still didn't work.
    Underneath the error it said : "PAYMENT_TOKENIZER_SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE"
    I've looked up through the forums for other people who are experiencing the same problem, but none of them really presented any solution.

    Which browser were you using? Can you try using Google Chrome and clear the browsers cache? Make sure that  you can access HTTPS sites per this link.

    purchase of Creative Cloud Membership is not possible in my region (croatia). Don't you allow online purchases in the EU countries? if you do, why not all the EU member countries?

  • Cannot access my apps due to credit card info

    Can someone answer my question. ??
    I have a iPhone s. I tried to get into my apps or download a new app and my credit card info came up. It asked for my security code. I entered it and now it won't let me access it.

    Generally when this happens it's because your credit card either a) doesn't have enough value too purchase a new app, or b) you've made a previous purchase which couldn't go through properly (money may have been spent while the purchase was pending). Best too check your credit information for how much credit you have on there.

  • Cannot download Creative Cloud due to Adobe Bridge error

    My Windows based computer will not allow me to download any of the CS6 products available through the Creative Cloud subscription. The error I continue to receive is that Adobe Bridge is open. I've since used the Adobe Cleanup Tool to delete my previous CS5 Master Collecter. I've also deleted the Bridge task in the task manager. I'm still getting the same error. I'm sure someone has an easy fix to this. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks John for your reply. After I made this post yesterday, I went back and gave it another try and everything worked out fine. I do believe it was a combination of using the Adobe cleaning tool, task manager AND rebooting several times that finally got my programs downloaded. And by the way, I running Windows 7.

  • Can I use a friend's credit card for purchasing Creative Cloud?

    I tried, but the screen kind of hung when I pressed the continue button after pressing the Continue button.  See the image below:
    I tried the customer care, but let's say that they just suck.

    That's what I thought. But, it occured to me that, like for Apple Developer program you need to have a credit card in your own name, maybe Adobe has similar restrictions.
    The credit card is functional, the friend is using it for purchasing stuff on iTunes.
    In that case, is it normal for the transaction page to hang after filling in all the credit card info? I did wait for around 15 mins before closing the window. I've even confirmed that no money has been deducted from the friend's account. So, that means the transaction was unsuccessful. I just need a confirmation from someone who has purchased Creative Cloud using someone else's credit card, before trying again.

    Hi.
    I had PhotoShop CS6 trial, which expired.
    I have purchased Creative Cloud student edition, I receive a message that my PhotoShop trial has expired.
    I am prompted to purchase the product to extend it, or type in the product's serial number
    (I never received a serial number.)
    I paid for Creative Cloud and have an order number, I should not be having this issue. 
    I have uninstalled and reinstalled PhotoShop CS6 multiple times, I also use DreamWeaver and am fearful that I will encounter the same issue. How can I use the Photoshop CS6 after I have paid for it?

    The trial expired 2 weeks ago - Monday.
    I purchased the Cloud Yesterday, also 2 weeks ago Monday 10/15/2012.
    I purchased it twice thinking 1 purchase did not complete.
    I still will need to request a refund for 1, I've been too busy between, work, school, and kid. I'm at work now.

  • I am unable to purchase Creative Cloud?

    I've tried about 10 times with two different credit cards but for some reason I am unable to purchase Creative Cloud. I keep getting this error message......

    The billing information is correct and the debit/credit cards information is also correct.
    I also tried adding CLoud to my cart and purchasing it that way but I am still getting an error.

    You have an Adobe ID with a country of the United States, which is needed to use an American credit card. Not sure which language your operating system is in. You can change the language of the UI at the bottom of the page.

  • Purchased Creative Cloud complete on Black Friday for $40/mo, I've been charged twice and can't find out how to license my trial. PLEASE HELP!

    I signed up and purchased a discount plan of Creative Cloud Complete for $40/mo for the first year on Black Friday (11/28/14). I downloaded the Creative Cloud desktop app as well as Lightroom and Photoshop a few days later when my new computer came in. They have both reached the trial limit (I'm not even sure why it put me as a trial when I had already purchased Creative Cloud Complete). Since then I have downloaded and installed AE and PR and they have about 15 days left on the trial. My account has now been charged $40 twice. The first time was on 11/28/14 when I signed up, and the second time was on 12/29/14. Both were for the amount of $39.99. When I log into my Adobe Creative Cloud account online, it's asking me if I'm "ready to buy?". Why does it say this if I have already purchased a plan? How do I get the information to license all of the software? Nowhere in my account settings can I find a way to license all of the Creative Cloud programs I have installed. Please help! I have tons of projects I need to be working on and cannot afford any delays!

  • Is there a way to purchase creative cloud without a ever renewing yearly contract?

    I graduate in about 6 months and need cs6 master suite but the terms of the contract say if I don't cancel, which may be hard because I will be joining the military, that it will be renewed automatically and I am wondering if there is a way to avoid that. So as to avoid paying for a product that I am not using is there a way to purchase creative cloud without an ever renewing yearly contract?

    Options are to sign up for a month-to-month plan, or you can purchase a 3-month redemption card from a reseller like Amazon.

    I'm unable to download the applications and I'm not sure why. I thought it had something to do with me having the trial prior so I went ahead and deleted it. And I still cannot download the applications. Am I missing a specific step in all of this? I was under the assumption that when I purchased creative cloud, it would be some sort of prompt to install the program (the way adobe normally works) then I would be able to install the applications separately.

    The first thing is to download Creative cloud desktop app which will help you to download all the apps available, go to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and download it.
    Once downloaded, launch it and select any product to start downloading/installing within the app.
