Cannot purchase Creative Cloud Membership online

purchase of Creative Cloud Membership is not possible in my region (croatia). Don't you allow online purchases in the EU countries? if you do, why not all the EU member countries?
Can you please tell me how can I buy the membership?

    I just decided to restart my creative cloud membership. I plan to purchase After Effects for 1 month. Unfortunately, after I submit my payment information I get an error saying there was an error with my order, and that I should try again. I did 3 times and it still didn't work.
    Underneath the error it said : "PAYMENT_TOKENIZER_SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE"
    I've looked up through the forums for other people who are experiencing the same problem, but none of them really presented any solution.

    Which browser were you using? Can you try using Google Chrome and clear the browsers cache? Make sure that  you can access HTTPS sites per this link.

  • After trial version expired and purchasing creative cloud membership programs still will not open

    I keep getting "trial version expired" even though I have purchased the cloud membership around 3 weeks ago.  I did the chat with someone who had me remove my cache, which did work for me to run Photoshop, but not for Dreamweaver.  I installed a patch for the download manager that did not work as well.  I have installed and uninstalled multiple times with no luck, and now have a project due Thursday!!  Please help!!

    I don't think these issues pertain to mine.  There is something getting mixed up between my trail version (expired) and my new Creative Cloud subscription.  Its like it can't see it for some reason.  I was able to get Photoshop to work but Dreamweaver is being stubborn!! Please help my project is now due tomorrow... !! Thanks!

  • Cannot purchase Creative Cloud due to credit card problem

    Hello,
    I first purchased Student and Teacher Edition Creative Cloud in August but due to the hacker incident here at Adobe, my credit card was annulled. Due to financial problems, my last payment was in October and eventually, my subscription expired.
    Now I'd like to renew my subscription as I now have a viable credit card but I simply cannot! I tried at least 8-10 times to purchase Creative Cloud / renew my subscription but I always got the same answer: they are unable to confirm my credit card.
    I tried this both on Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome, and I also tried with my parents using my mother's credit card but that didn't work either. I also tried shutting down and restarting my computer.
    I'm still studying at the same school, that information hasn't changed. I'm from Finland.
    Please help! Thank you!

  • Why can't I purchase Creative Cloud membership in Zambia?

    Hi,
    I'm a freelance Designer in Zambia, and I have recently downloaded the CC trial and a few of the programs as trials. Some of the trials are coming to an end and I really want to pay for the yearly membership, but everytime I try and according to the customer service chat guy, I cannot purchase in Zambia, because Adobe does not service Zambia... Fair enough but why let me download the trials then if I cannot continue to use them. Is there no way to fast track putting Zambia on the list or other payment options?

  • Purchased Creative Cloud membership but I have trial rigths only - Photo Package

    Dear Adobe Support!
    I have purchased the CC Photography package, I can see it under my account on the CC web-page, but it does not look under the Creative Cloud application and neither Lighroom nor Photoshop.
    I tried to sign-out and sign back process on all the programs, the result is the same.
    Could you please let me know how can I use the full version of the purchased softwares?

    Unfortunately it does not work for me...
    I have installed the Application Manager and tried to open Lightroom and PhotoShop.
    There is no "Deactivate" under "Help" menu, I just able to sing out and back, there was no change.
    I also tried to lunch PhotoShop, the software told me the trial period is over, I can purchase the software. I clicked on purchase and system are trying to connect with my account currently, with no result. It would get serial number which I do not have...

    I have purchased CS6 Design & Web premium and Production premium in Hong Kong. And I used the Adobe ID (I created in Hong Kong) to register those products. Then I moved to the U.K about one year ago. Now I am thinking to join Creative Cloud. I think I get 40% discount because I own CS6.
    I have a question now. Should I join Creative Cloud at Adobe Hong Kong Site? (I don’t have any Hong Kong credit card any more)
    Or can I join Creative Cloud at Adobe UK site with my Hong Kong Adobe ID? (I have tried to change the address but they don’t allow me to do) If so, can I still get 40 % discount?
    Please advise if anyone knows the answer.

    Since you are not using the Hongkong credit card anymore so you will need to use the Uk ID & the credit card of UK.
    To get confirmed if you can avail the special offer price, the best option would be to contact customer support of Adobe.

    I noticed that Adobe is about to offer a Photography-only option for $9.99/month.  I recently renewed my CC membership to the full price ($49.99/mth) but only need Photoshop and Lightroom.  Can I change my CC membership to be just the Photography option?

    So does it start on the date you purchased Creative Cloud or can I choose the starting date myself, for example 2 months after I initially bought Creative Cloud?

    It starts as soon as Adobe fulfils your order. Practically speaking, the date that Adobe receives your first payment.
    I've never seen an option to nominate a start date.

    I had PhotoShop CS6 trial, which expired.
    I have purchased Creative Cloud student edition, I receive a message that my PhotoShop trial has expired.
    I am prompted to purchase the product to extend it, or type in the product's serial number
    (I never received a serial number.)
    I paid for Creative Cloud and have an order number, I should not be having this issue. 
    I have uninstalled and reinstalled PhotoShop CS6 multiple times, I also use DreamWeaver and am fearful that I will encounter the same issue. How can I use the Photoshop CS6 after I have paid for it?

    I purchased it twice thinking 1 purchase did not complete.
