Cannot put attachments on email

Over the past few days, every time I have tried to attach something to an email, I get the notice "We are still getting set up." As far as I know, I am using the most updated version of Windows Explorer.

Please first try to clear the browser cache/cookies to check if it will fix the problem.

I did a hard reset on my iPhone just recently. I went through and set up my iCloud items. When I go to download attachments from emails I get the following message: "The connection to the server failed". Any thoughts or ideas on how to fix this problem? Thanks.

Cannot Read Attachments in Email

I have had my iPhone since December. I use my iphone for my work e-mail which is a Microsoft exchange server that I use Synchronica. At first I was able to read attachments, but no longer. Has anyone had any issues not being able to read attachments. Nor is there anything to indicate that there is an attachment in this email.

For the past 2 days my computer has blue screened on me everytime I go to attach a file to an email on the Hotmail website.
I was fortunate enough to screen print the error message but it doesn't help me as I don't understand.

You can lead a horse to water, but you cannot make it drink. This person receiving my email, while on a Mac with Safari is reading their mail through Safari using Horde--our recent discovery. Why they chose to do that in unclear. The last email we sent, however, was miraculously read and received and the attachment was viewed with no problem after we told them our mail was coming from a Mac thriugh Apple Mail. It seems that telling them that our emails were coming from a Mac and using Apple Mail was enough to make them think that perhaps THEY were doing something not quite right. Thank you both, Level 7 and Level 5.

I have no problem opening PDF attachments that arrive in my Outlook 2003 Inbox; they open fine with Adobe Reader 9. It may be an issue with your email client.
But if you think that Adobe Reader 8 will fix it, you can download it from http://download.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/8.x/8.1.3/enu/AdbeRdr813_en_US.exe - make sure that you uninstall Reader 9 first (and Acrobat.com & Adobe AIR).

with firefox I cannot open attachments in my emails. I have been forwarding these emails to my wife's email. She is using internet explorer by yahoo through AT&t and then I have no trouble opening them on her email.

I'm not sure as to what exactly is going on, but it looks like yahoo has changed something on their side that makes certain old urls/servers dysfunctional (you may be currently using those because you've bookmarked them before or through your history) - at least quite a number of other users have reported that...
<br>so using the generic address https://mail.yahoo.com/ as a bookmark should lead you to the current & working url.

Cannot view attachments

I cannot view attachments sent thru an email nor can I view anything sent from store advertisements. When the Gap sends me an email and I open the email I cannot view the pictures or advertisement's. The picture looks like it would if it were sent to my trash. I am an old iPhone user.

I can't find anywhere how to disable attachments in emails!
I just want to receive the text. I can't believe it's not possible
If I put maximum mail size to, let's say 2kb, it still downloads the larger attachments...
Headers only doesn't work too.
Is that normal?

There are other e-mail progs like Profimail and Emoze whitch can be customized much better. I prefere Profimail. There is a trial version for 28 days on the net. Emoze is free.
