Cannot re-install Illustrator CC.

I downloaded the free trial of Illustrator CC, and it expired. I purchased it on a monthly payment plan, and now I cannot install it. It says "Up To Date", but I did not download it since I had the free trial.
I've tried Quitting Creative Cloud and refreshing the App page..nothing. Please help!

Cannot re-install Illustrator on 64 bit Windows8

I am trying to re-install CS 5 on a 64 bit Windows 8 machine and all products except Illustrator install fine. I am getting a fatal error regarding 'conflicts in the selected payloads' and another error relating to 'required common fonts installation *64'. I have tried several times, completely removing all other installed Adobe products and also using the creative suite cleaning tool but it fails everytime.

Thanks Mylenium, but how do I know which fonts I have the problem with as they are not mentioned individually in the log file? Also, are you referring to the permissions on the folders: Program Files > Common Files > Adobe > Saved Fonts and Program Files (*86) > Common Files > Adobe > Fonts (and FontsRecommended)? Or are there others I should be checking, e.g. does the Windows > Fonts folder also require full Read/Write access?
Lastly, is it just the user I am running the install as that needs the full access or is it also the 'Windows Installer? Sorry, I don't know anything about security and thought that as long as my user profile was setup as Administrator I could do anything.

Restarted the computer and re-installed the entire Adobe Suite but received the same error message again. Adobe Flash professional runs fine also, so from what I have read at Installation error DW050, DW020 | CS5.5 | Windows the adobe flash player error is irrelevant.

Cannot install Illustrator CS5 on a Mac: Keep getting exit code 6 error

I have been having trouble installing CS5 Design Premium on Mac OS X Version 10.7.5 all day. Having been reading forums and finally was able to get everything to install (except Illustrator) by uninstalling everything, running Mac CS5 Cleanup Utility, then reinstalling. Still cannot install Illustrator for some reason. Tried contacting Adobe Online chat but they won't help me because CS5 is no longer supported. Keep getting Exit Code 6 (see below). Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

MAC Adobe Illustrator CS3 cannot be installed because it conflicts with Adobe Illustrator CS3

Model Name:iMac / Processor Name:Intel Core 2 Duo / Memory:4 GB
When I installed Illustrator CS3 at the first time, I didn't complete it and closed it. While I installed it again, it said "Adobe Illustrator CS3 cannot be installed because it conflicts with Adobe Illustrator CS3". I was be stopped on this step, so I deleted the Illustrator CS3 from Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers without clicking it to uninstall. And I deleted other Illustrator CS3 files. After that, I tried to reinstall Illustrator CS3 again, but it kept to say "Adobe Illustrator CS3 cannot be installed because it conflicts with Adobe Illustrator CS3".
I cannot find any Illustrator in my MAC. What is wrong? How can I install Illustrator again? Should I format the computer and install all the applications again?

On the Adobe site probably under support do a search for Adobe CS 3 Clean Up Script.
Before running the script read the instructions al the instructions first, do not assume you understand from reading the first sentence. There are some files that are not so obvious that are necessary for activation and they are probably still around but they can only be removed by the script.
Next time you will have to read the instructions.
The only other ways around this is the do an archival reinstall of your system or if that does not work a complete reinstall of your system. Running the script is the easier and better way to do this but you must read the instructions completely first.

Cannot Install Illustrator CS5.5 - Mac Lion

I bought CS5.5 Production Premium and have tried unsuccessfully to install it about a dozen times now. After searching the forums I've tried a wide variety of things to get the install to work, but no matter what, when the installation is complete, Illustrator hasn't been installed. The errors I get depend on the actions I've taken before the install. I've tried uninstalls, repairing permissions, deleting folders, installing in safe mode, installing Illustrator separately... nothing has been successful.
I'm on a 2.8 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo with 2GB 800 MHz DDR2 SDRAM running Lion 10.7.1 (Installing off of disks)

Try this solution and let me know if it works.
Open on Finder.
Click on Go Menu > Go To Folder.
Type in /Library/ hit Return.
Find the folder ColorSync.
Inside ColorSync folder find and delete the folder named Recommended.
Once the Recommended folder is deleted try to install the software.

The extension cannot be installed, it requires illustrator

I installed Adobe Extension Manager and enable Exchange and followed the directions from the website page: http://pazzles.com/support/electronic-cutters/inspiration/illustrator-plugin/ to try to apply a plug-in for this die-cutter machine I purchased. When I double click the pazzlescutcontrol_csxx file, Adobe Exchange pops up and I get the error "The extension cannot be installed, it requires Illustrator." But like I said, I already have Illustrator through Adobe Creative Cloud. I've search on this forum and through Google, so I may have overlooked the answer to this, but I didn't see anything. I'm not sure what I need to do to fix this/make this work. I'm also posting this in the company Pazzle's forums, but I wasn't sure if anyone else has had a similar problem. Thanks in advance!

1. This extension doesn't specify the version requirement for the "product" elements in its mxi file (The version string is empty). The version must be specified.
2. In the "file" elements of the mxi file, CS5, CS5.1 and CS6 are specified. So even if the first error is fixed, the plugin will not be copied for Illustrator CC or CC2014.

I cannot install Illustrator CS3 on my iMac

I'm trying to install Illustrator CS3 on my new iMac. I'm using firewire to install CD-rom from my laptop onto my new iMac but there is an error as program finishes install.

Cannot install Illustrator CS6 from Adobe Application Manager

I just signed up for Creative Cloud, and am getting the message "The download appears corrupted. Press Cancel, wait a few minutes and try again (-60)" error when trying to install Illustrator using the Application Manager.
I have successfully installed Photoshop and InDesign, but tried several times with downloading and installing Illustrator.
What is wrong? How can I solve it?

the install file from the AAM are saved in the Temp folder with the unique ID folder , however this files gets deleted automatically when the install completes.

Problems installing Illustrator CS6 on OSX 10.8

Every time I try to install Illustrator CS6 on my Early 2009 17" MacBook Pro, the installation gets to around 85% or so and then jumps straight to 99% and then fails. I've noticed that the disk image is diappearing form my desktop and then failing. Photoshop, InDesign, etc. are all installing without problems. This is the error message I'm getting:

Error with re-installing Illustrator. Exit code: 7 ? Help!

Hello,
I had problems opening my Illustrator-program (from Adobe Creative Suite 5, Design Premium) as it kept on opening a new file window, and not the program itself. I could keep on opening this file-window eternally, not in any way could i get in to the program, so I chose to un-install the Illustrator - not the whole package.
Now when i try to re-install Illustrator in Adobe Application manager, it ends up with saying that a mistake happened and:

I'm not really good with computers, and I cannot find a direct line to Adobe, so I hope someone can help

Sorry, but this is not the right answer, it has nothing to do with lightroom 5.
It's Adobe Illustrator and is has been working 7 days ago, I can't see why it has something to do with the hardware, my mac is super new.

We are unable to re-install Illustrator 5.1 (from CS 5.5) after having uninstalled it.

We keep on getting error messages followed by the message that Illustrator could not be installed. Anybody knows what could cause this problem? We use a Macbook pro with OS X 10.9.3 installed

No harm in trying, just a precaution.
If you have other Adobe software's also installed then you may have to double-check that you remove just the Illustrator CS5.1 and nothing else while running the cleaner tool.
Also, a high time probability could be that it may not list Illustrator CS5.1 at all hence then simply quit the cleaner tool and manually delete the folder,

Error 30 installing illustrator

I'm trying to install illustrator CS4 on my XP sp2 PC but i'm getting the following error, the installation file are saved on my hard drive.

Error 30. The system cannot read from the specified device.
The Adobe support cannot detect the problem with the installation log, has anyone got any ideas?

Where are the install files stored? Is there enough space in your user Temp directory (C:\Documents and Settings\You\Local Settings\Temp)? Is everything defragmented? Cleaned up? Otherwise fit?

Installing Illustrator CC with RTL support

I have two issues mixed up. I need to install Illustrator with RTL support (aka ME version)
I cannot install Illustrator via Application Manager - it fails with the message "The download appears corrupted. Please try again after a few minutes.(-60)"
I found Adobe's recommendation to download and install a trial version if this happens and register it. After some searching I could find a direct link to Illustrator installer, but not to the ME version. And that non-ME version does not seem to have the RTL support.
I'd appreciate any ideas - either how to solve the Application Manager issue, or where to download the ME version trial installer from, or how to get the non-ME version to support RTL...

P.S. An additional problem is that now (i.e. after installing the trial) the Application Manager is not "aware" of the fact I have the Illustrator installed...
