Cannot read archived messages

Hi,
I am getting an error saying "Cannot read archived messages; reason: " in Runtime workbench -> Message Monitoring -> Archive. Also i am not able to see any messages there. It says ' 0 Messages from Archive '. However i can see in SXMB_MONI the messages which are archived.
Can anyone please tell me why I am getting this error message in runtime workbench and how can I rectify it?

i felt that, u are unable to findout the output file in the month of novmber which was archived.
while configuring the adapter we have Archive mode.
once u select the archive mode,
asking for the archive directory and followed by ADD time stamp.
it mean's the output file as well as archived file generated with the following name.
i.e filename+Timestamp(yyyymmdd-hh:mm:ss-msec).
eg: XI_ouput20080118-190544-843

Cannot read email message body in Mail

Hello Pholks,
I'm running iBook G4 w/ OS 10.4.8. Upon starting my computer and Mail this morning, I have the following very strange problem - similar to one other who has posted today:
I can see messages in my Inbox. I can see sender, subject, date sent, etc...
However, when I highlight the message, the only thing that appears in the message windo is the header info (From: Subject: Date: To:) The body of the message is not visible. This is true for some of the messages in my Inbox, but not all. Some are old, some are new today.
Further: I also see this behavior in my archived messages. Picking a random mailbox on my hard drive, some message bodies are visible, others not. It appears to be random; I can't find any common link between the messages that aren't visible.
Further: If I use Entourage, I don't have this problem; that is, the message bodies that aren't visible in Mail are visible in Entourage.
Further: If I go onto my hard drive to the Inbox folder and select a .mbox folder and look at the messages, some have visible bodies, some not.
This appears to be a problem specific to Mail. Please help - many of my archived emails are no longer accessible to me.
Further: I've done two things that may have played a role. (1) I downloaded and installed software updates for iChat and the new Security update last night; (2) I've just added an external HD for backup. I tried to run a simple backup script last night, which resulted in the iBook HD chugging for quite some time, but never did put the data on the external HD. I've run "Repair Permissions" in Disk Utility, but to no avail.

Thanks very much. It's turned out to be a font problem. About 30 of the fonts in my account directory /users/me/library/fonts folder were corrupted. They were somehow being viewed as unix executable files instead of font suitcases. !??! No idea what happened there.
I used Pacifist to reload fonts from my OSX installation disc, but this didn't seem to help. Instead, I found other copies of most of the corrupted fonts in the microsoft office/office/fonts folder, and replaced the corrupted fonts in my home library w/ those.
I was alerted to the fact the the problem was fonts when I tried to open an Excel file; it came back with messages that these various fonts were corrupted and needed to be removed. Strangely, though the corrupted fonts were in my home directory font folder and not the MS Office font folder, Excel was tripping up - i.e., it wasn't using the fonts from the Office folder. Hmm.
Finally, there are still a few fonts that are corrupted, and whose source is a mystery to me. They didn't come from the OS installation disc and they don't come from Office; consequently, I can't fix them. They are: Geneva CE, Geneva CY, GrCourier and N Helvitica Narrow.
Does anyone know where these fonts come from?

Yes, I can send and receive while outside, though I have experienced the same issue outside once or twice. And it processes the send function, but the message doesn't send and a red appears beside it. And this is for text messages, I don't even know what an MMS is.

Telus has remained woefully ignorant of the problem, they have provided little to no feedback other than to send to phone to Apple. And unfortunately, I dont know anyone else who uses Telus, or anyone with an iPhone

IPhone - cannot read mail messages

I can get the header info for all my accounts -- Earthlink, Yahoo, Gmail, Mobile Me....but the messages only show up as a checkerboard. This occurs both on Edge and Wifi.

Try tapping the Mail application on the iPhone and then holding the Home button for ~7 seconds, which will force the Mail application to quit. Then try tapping Mail and viewing an email again.
You can also try resetting the iPhone by holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple logo as described here: http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=305743
If the issue persists after relaunching the Mail application and resetting the iPhone, try restoring the iPhone. This article: http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=305744 will walk you through restoring the iPhone.

Shudarshan, what do you mean by the process?
If you are talking about the arhiving process, then it is very huge topic
in itself. You can find that in help.sap.com.
But in this specifc case, what happens is that to made archiving possible,
there are different objects involved. e.g Archiving object, read write methods, Infostructures etc. In our case, the infostructure objects is in "inactive" state. Which seems to be a mistake from the SAP side. All we need to do is activate that object. And we are done.
Actually I also had the same issue, and I found this thread with few threads with no answer :-(. Then I just went deep into it and I found this "mistake"
It is just yesterday, when I cracked this issue by myself. I decided to put in the thread.
again I am happy my efforts were useful to you people.

I have gone through the sdn and known about the basic knowledge about the message archiving in xi. But which messages can be and which messages cannot be archived.

Message archiving does not depend on the source and/ or target system.
If Archiving is configured then all the successfully processed, manually cancelled messages will be archived.
So you just need to maintain for which interfaces you need to implement archiving and it will be done provided the above condition in bold is satisfied.

I deleted the account on my ASUS email at settings. The ASUS appeared to delete the Yahoo email account, but when I clicked on the shortcut, my yahoo email had updated and everything looks good.

After updating I ended up with 4 icons on my desktop - I cannot delete any of them. The error message reads; "Cannot read from the source file or disk".

I updated from the original version to 6.0.1 and when I re-started FF there were 4 icons on my desktop. I managed to delete one of them, but I cannot delete the other two - to leave me with just one.
I get the error message of "Cannot delete file: Cannot read from the source fie or disk".

Here's the meaning of the error that you received.
"An error has occurred. ERROR :10-FC06-0002" -- may be caused by damaged recovery media or faulty hard drive"
Possible that the problem is on the recovery also.

I wanted to get my dad a new iPod for Xmas and transfer all his music from his ancient Classic. But when I connect to my MacBookPro, I get the error message: "iTunes cannot read the contents of the iPod." I see that 90% of the ipod drive is used, but I don't see any songs listed either on the iPod screen or in iTunes, which is worrying. Is there anything I can to save the music? He will be so upset that it's all gone...

My suggestions, when Restoring the iPod.
Disconnect your PC from Internet. (just to make sure no nasties creep into your system while you syncing.
Stop the Antivirus program
Connect your iPod to the PC, using a high speed USB 2.0 port at the back of your PC.
Disconnect all other USB devices, except the mouse and keyboard.
Stop all other programs except iTunes.

Adobe reader XI gives error "mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request".

I keep receiving warnings that I need to update Adobe Reader. I currently have the latest version of Adobe Reaxer X (10.1.7). When I click on "Check for Updates" I am told no updates are available.
I have tried installing Adobe Reader XI but, when I launch it, I receive an error message stating that "mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request".
I do not want to use Microsoft Outlook (or any other Mail Client). How do I install Adobe Reader XI without a default Mail Client being required?

in Office applications, like Excel or Word?
Is this an issue that come up recently? Have you ever made any changes to your system?

Can you open Adobe Reader by itself? If so, try disabling Protected Mode [Edit | Preferences | Security (Enhanced)] and then try to open the file.

"OK - this is how it works:
In order to backup from iCloud you cannot use iTunes!
Therefore disconnect your device from your computer.
Turn on your device and go to Settings and then go to General.
At the bottom of this submenu there is a buttom "Reset"
If you push that buttom you see 6 different Erase settings to chose from!
Chose "Erase All Content and Settings" because this will wipe everything from your device and will let you restore from iCloud! (I tried the top "Reset All Settings" but that did not let me use iClouds afterwards!)
Once you pushed that buttom your device will be wiped clean and after some time you will see the Device Welcome Screen like on a new device!
After choosing your location you will be asked to setup your WiFi-conection. After you joint to your Wifi you will be given the choice to restore the iPad from a backup from the iCloud. Choosing this backup will prompt you with your apple ID and password.
Restoring from a backup can take some time. The process uses your Wi-Fi connection to download settings, content and data. If you had a lot of content on your device, this can take a while. The restore screen should give you estimates at each stage of the restore process, starting with restoring the settings and then booting into the iPad. When the iPad home screen appears, the device will continue the restore process by downloading all of your applications.
If you are restoring from a backup because you have run into problems with your device that can only be solved by restoring it, you can first choose your latest backup. If you still have problems, you can move on to the next latest backup, repeating the process until (hopefully) the problem is cleared."
