I have an Acer 6320 UR-318 Which I had Win 10 loaded on. It came with a 128 GB SSD and 2 TB hard drive. I formatted my 2 TB hard drive and refreshed my system and now all I have is a grey screen and am unable to get to the BIOS. I turned off fast and secure

Could you see the power icon on the screen after you press Ctrl + Alt + Delete?
If yes, you may press Shift and hold it , then click the power button and select restart.
That will allow you to boot into Windows Recovery Environments, you may choose to refresh your PC there.

If refresh fails, try to boot into safe mode, then add a new Admin account there, after that, boot in Windows using the newly created acount.

When I open iTunes, it will not allow me to preview or download TV shows. The preview and download options are gray and will not let me view them. I have tried installing the latest Quicktime but it tells me that I have to do software update and when I do, Quicktime does not appear to need an update. I have no idea what to do
Click on your preference and check the Parental tab for possible restrictions. Open iTunes, then click the iTunes menu, select preferences after the window opens click on the Parental icon, take a look at the content restrictions section.

The main differences that can cause a problem are scripting additions (64-bit vs 32-bit and security reasons) and the usage of dates (it is not as forgiving). AppleScript itself is basically the same, so if empty paragraphs are what caused your problems the update would have just been a coincidence.

I have been trying to download iOS 6.1 on my ipad. After its been downloading for about 4 hours, I receive a message that there is an error and cannot download. How can I delete this download from my settings? I tried downloading other apps, but it will not let me unless I download iOS 6.1
What iOS are you currently running?
If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 6.1. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.

If you are currently running an iOS lower than 5.0, connect the iPad to the computer, open iTunes. Then select the iPad under the Devices heading on the left, click on the Summary tab and then click on Check for Update.

How do I get ISO 7 off it will not let me connect to the WFI on my router.

Go into settings and reset all network connections. Then restart your device by holding the power and home button until the Apple logo appears. You will not lose any data. When the device restarts connect to your wireless network.

We tried uninstalling , tyen reinstalling Firefox, but we still get the error message that Firefox is running, and the PC won't open the browser.
We went to the Task Manager on our PC, which said Firefox was running, and told TM to close it. But, when we try to then open Firefox, we get the same error message.See:

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

I have tried rebooting it. nothing seems to help. it always ends up with the same screen a picture prompting me to hook up via usb to itunes.Then without fail i get an error message. itunes connpt connect to the ipod touch because it is locked with a passcode. you need to enter the passcode on the ipod touch first. unfortunately the touch will not show any other screen but the connect to itunes.
Connect the iPod touch to your iTunes library in Recovery Mode and restore it to factory setting. See this article for instructions on getting your device into Recovery Mode.

Open iTunes on computer, connect iPhone to computer, hold both Home and Power buttons for exactly 10 seconds, then release the Power button, keep holding the Home button, for about 20 seconds until iTunes recognizes iPhone in Recovery Mode. Then click the Restore button of iTunes.

Cannot set up Firefox sync on desktop - no recovery key and will not let me login to get it
I downloaded Firefox for my new android phone and wanted to sync my desktop with the mobile app. When I first went in it said I had an account already set up, but since I didn't remember any of the information about it I just ended up changing the password so I could login, and then deleted the whole account.
I went ahead and set up a new sync account, but it never gave me a recovery key. I didn't think anything of it, but then the initial sync failed and I got an error message saying the username or password was incorrect.
This happened twice and each time I went back and either ended up resetting the password or deleting the whole account. But whenever I did go through the steps of creating another account it still never gave me a recovery key.
I looked around and tried following the steps to get a recovery key, but I don't have the option to manage my account (maybe because one was never fully created and never went through an initial sync?), and I keep getting an error message saying the username and password is incorrect whenever I try to go through the steps to reset the recovery key. This is despite the fact that I can login with those same credentials on the Firefox sync webpage - for whatever reason it just doesn't accept them in the normal browser sync tab.
I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium, and version 13.0.1 of Firefox. Any help you can give me would be most appreciated as this has been driving me nuts for the last several hours as I try to work through this.See also:
