I cannot remove "..." that appear for several account names . .

I cannot remove the quotation marks that appear for several account names in the new message window; eg I want "J. Smith" to read J. Smith. Strange thing is that there are no quote marks in the account name field in preferences. I've tried deleting the name then re entering it. I've also made the prefernces the same as the other names that don't have quote marks but still no success. How do I get rid of these annoying marks? Any help would be great!

The RFC 2822 - Internet Message Format standard requires names containing punctuation characters to be enclosed in double quotes. If Mail didn’t do that automatically for you, those messages would be malformed.

If you are unable to remember your password, security questions, don’t have access to your rescue address or are unable to reset your password for whatever reason, your only option is to contact Apple ID Support, upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.
You will need to show patience with the procedure and be prepared to demonstrate without question that the account belongs to you. Don’t expect access to be restored immediately and if you aren’t the owner of the Apple ID registered to the device the account won’t be reset.

Guys this is absolute rubbish feature of the login application where people's login names get recorded in the dropdown menu. Is there any more permanent way of getting rid of this annoying privacy intrusive "feature"? I would like to have a profile with a username that is not going to appear at airports and my grandma's laptop after I log out of skype and no I do not want to go digging for app files to remove my entire history on each and every machine I use as suggested by your help files. Could you please advise if I'm missing something here?

Remove My Skype Name from Skype directory

I don't want to receive contact request from anyone who knows my name so I wanted to change my Skype Name and change my Display Name to stop people finding me with my full name on Skype.
But I read in this topic "https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA110/can-i-change-my-skype-name-or-display-name-in-skype-for-windo..." that It’s not possible to change my Skype Name. And If I want to have a different Skype Name, I will need to create a new account.
So I start looking for how to delete my present Skype account before creating a new one. And I followed all the instructions in this topic "https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA142/can-i-delete-my-skype-account". Now I need to remove My Skype Name from the Skype directory. I tried to contact Skype Customer Service by Email but they're having some problems at the moment.

Remove my Skype Name from the Skype directory

Hello, can you please help me. I want you (someone who does that) to remove my Skype Name from the Skype directory.
I removed all my personal information from my profile.
"If you want us to remove your Skype Name from the Skype directory, you need to contact our Skype Customer Service. It may take up to two weeks to remove your name from the directory."
I've read everything about this topic. So, please, can you just do that?

Because our Community is not a branch of Skype Customer Service, as is explained in our Community Guidelines, in fact we are not authorized to process account-related customer service requests.
Please do contact Skype Customer Service to file your request to remove the account - remember, this is a one-time request, is permanent, and will disable your account from further use.

If you experience difficulty reaching Skype Customer Service, try again using a different web browser. Also, look to approve a pop-up dialogue box which would connect you to start an instant message chat with a customer service agent. I haven't tried, but have a look at the toc.html - you will find this in the data folder under the Publishing Content --> PlayerPackage.
I think that the tag you are looking for is <title></title>. Pop something inbetween and see if that sorts your issue out?
Eg <title>TESTING</title>.
You should find this close to the top of the html document.

I may have engaged a shortcut in Aperture but I would like to remove this function. How do I remove the black box that appears over images in Aperture? It gives you the image name, camera make and so on. It only appears when you use your mouse and let go of it over an image.

HT1349 My apple ID is different than the name that appears on my emails.

Can someone please help? I cannot figure out how to change my email name (not the address but the name that appears when my email is received). Can anyone guide me on how to change the profile name for my email?

     Apple ID:                     JohnDoe

     Name in From Field:     SusanDoe
When I draft an email there is a box to pick the "from" address and my options are:

People who receive my emails think they are coming from my wife...yes, Susan Doe is my wife. I am positng this in iPhone but, it happens no matter where I send an email from.

It sounds like it has to do with how you set up your email account, since it happens with other devices than your phone. Check your email account settings on your computer.

Settings>Store: Tap the AppleID and choose "Sign Out", it will then prompt you to sign in and you can use the new AppleID.
NOTE: Apps must be updated with the AppleID they were purchased under.

Error - The deployment cannot use the ReservedIP Name that belongs to a region.

hi experts,
I created a ReservedIP in North Central US. IF i deploy a project containing below config on anexisting Cloud
Service in North Central US it gives error.

      <ReservedIPs>
        <ReservedIP name="name"/>
      </ReservedIPs>
    </AddressAssignments>
</NetworkConfiguration>
it is throwing this error after uploading to the portal
"The deployment cannot use the ReservedIP name that belongs to a region."
But then if i try creating a new cloud service from scratch and deploying it works fine. Can you let us know what might be the issue with the old cloud service. The old Cloud service also shows North Central US

As far as I know, the reserved IP is belong to azure IP space, You can enable all azure services to access your database (which whitelists the whole azure IP space, essentially), if you set azure service to true, I think it is unnecessary to set allow IP
address.

You will need to contact Skype Customer Service directly to file your request to remove/delete your account. We here in the Community do not have the tools to do this.
Skype is aware of continuing problems with the website when contacting their customer service agents. If you still experience difficulty reaching Skype Customer Service or find yourself again redirected back to the Community, please try using a different web browser and - most importantly - choosing a different path through the various drop-down menu options presented. Also, look to approve a pop-up dialogue box which would connect you to start an instant message chat with a customer service agent. How can I remove a Hotmail address that appears in the box when I try and update my Apps? I have a registered Icloud account on my phone already that is not being applied.

the only way to remove that is to delete the apps and reinstall them under your current apple id. those apps were purchased under that hotmail app id account so they will always update under it

I have two Skype names. I can currently login using the second one, but not the first because I have forgotten the password (I'm not proud of it, but there it is.)
I would prefer to use the first, but cannot - when the Forgot PW process sends the token to reset, if ALWAYS refers to the second S. name.
How can I use the first S. name (and abandon the second)?

Try changing the second accounts'(the one you CAN access) E-mail.
That will make the first account the only one using your E-mail, and you'll be able to recover your password.
