Cannot remove Mirroring due to Error 3456? SQL 2012

I have a database that was a mirrored partner and went into suspended state. (Mirror Server was shut down).
I took the principal database out of mirroring using SSMS. But now I am unable to restore the mirror database so that I can set up the mirroring again.
When I run ALTER DATABASE X SET PARTNER OFF on the Mirror, SQL logs Error 3456 (Could not redo log record)
When I run RESTORE on this database from a backup - SQL tells me I cannot because the database is involved in mirroring.
Is there any other way to drop this database safely? I cannot take it offline and cannot delete it for the same reasons. It seems I cannot remove mirroring on the Mirror, for some reason. Thank you

In general, when I make SQL Server Mirror database out of mirror session, I use the T-SQL command below.
ALTER DATABASE DDD SET PARTNER OFF
RESTORE DATABASE DDD WITH RECOVERY
When you come across the SQL error 3456, the restore operation was unable to redo the transaction log. This error has placed the database into the SUSPECT state. The primary filegroup, and possibly other filegroups, are suspect and may be damaged. The database
cannot be recovered during startup of SQL Server and is therefore unavailable.

Transaction cannot be posted due to errors in price determination - MIGO

Hi,
I have made PO with reference to the contract. While posting the MIGO error message displays as "Transaction cannot be posted due to errors in price determination. But with same combination ( Materials and Vendor which were used in Po from Contarct) was used to prepare a PO with out any reference, subsequent MIGO transaction was saved without any error msg. This problem is happening the MIGO through PO reference of Contract or MIGO for schedule line agreement. So your help pls.

1.When you try to post a goods receipt (MB01/MIGO) against the purchase order, you get an error ME 573 "Transaction cannot be posted due to errors in price determination". This is caused by the code from the Note 1043857.
2.Also,when you have note 1043857 implemented and then try to do a price comparison (ME49)among the RFQ,you see the message 06 616 'selected quotations not directly comparable'.This is again caused by the code from the Note 1043857

Hi,
I am facing below error when i try to post GR for a SA. I checked out all the configurations, these worked on GR for PO but not on SA.
I have seen other posts which recommend to view OSS note 447374 and 446831. I am not sure where to find these and how to use these notes.
Please help!.

The transaction cannot be posted without successful price determination.
Procedure
Check the purchasing document and the associated conditions:
Display purchase order
Display scheduling agreement
If the problem cannot be resolved in this way, contact your system administrator.
The latter can check the Customizing settings for price determination in Purchasing under Conditions -> Define Price Determination Process
When the foregoing steps have been carried out, try posting the transaction again.

Cannot Repair Z10 due to error: BDSLSV2RequestURL

Hi,
I'm trying to restore my red Z10 to its factory settings using BlackBerry Link, on the device's screen there's black screen with wipe icon on the center of the screen. But on the BlackBerry Link it says: "Cannot repair due to error: BDSLSV2RequestURL"
I have been trying to restore the device for many times, and the error message still stays the same. Is there any solution and what does the error mean?

DPM failing SQL backups due to error: "the SQL Server instance refused a connection to the protection agent. (ID 30172 Details: Internal error code: 0x80990F85)

I ran across this error starting on 6/4/2011 and have been unable to find the root of the problem. In our environment, we have a DPM 2010 server dedicated to backing up all our SQL envrionment (about 45 SQL Servers total). All of the SQL
environment is backing up fine except for a SQL Cluster Application. This particular SQL Instances is part of a 6 node failover cluster with 6 SQL Instances distributed amongst them. The other 5 SQL instances in the cluster are backing
up fine; only one instance is failing. The DPM Alerts section shows this error when attempting to do a SQL backup of one of the databases on this SQL instance:

I have checked the cluster node this particular SQL instance is running on using Perfmon and the machine is nowhere near capacity on CPU, memory, network, or Disk I/O. I have failed this SQL Application to another node in the cluster and
receive the same error (this other node has another clustered SQL application on it that is actively running as well as backing up fine). The only thing that I am aware of that has changed is that we installed SP2 for SQL 2008 about 2 weeks prior
to when the failures started to occur. However, we updated all six clustered SQL Instances at the same time and only this one is having this issue so I don't believe that caused the problem. We are running SQL 2008 SP2 (version 10.0.4000.0)
on all clustered instances along with DPM 2010 (version 3.0.7696.0) on this particular DPM server that has the issue.
One last thing, I have also noticed errors in the event log pertaining to the same SQL backups that are failing (but the time stamps are not concurrent with each backup attempt):

Don't know if this helps or not, but I also noticed another peculiar issue that is derived from this problem. If I go to "Modify protection group", then expand the cluster, then expand all six nodes in the cluster, five of them show "All SQL Servers"
and allow me to expand the SQL Instance and show all databases; the one that is having a problem backing up, when I expand the node, doesn't even show that SQL exists on the node, when in fact, it does.
I would also like to add that the databases on this node that will not backup are running fine. They run hundreds of transactions daily so we know SQL itself is OK. Even though it is a busy SQL Server, there is plenty of available resources as
the SQL buffer and memory counters show the node is not under durress.

Cannot remove a Perference Pane (error)

When I try to remove a preference pane (in this case the BusySync trial) by control+clicking the pane in the system preferences I get the message "unable to remove preference pane due to an error". There is no info in the console and I cannot find the preference pane in order to do a manual delete.
Any help would be appreciated.

You will definitely be able to find the preference pane if you search with EasyFind (freeware). Just do a search everywhere for the word "busysync" and after a short time, EasyFind will list everything. If you want to, you can either ask EasyFind to move those files to the trash, or just destroy them immediately.

Exchange 2013 - Cannot remove DataBase due to Arbitration Mailboxes

I'm running MS Exchange 2013 on Server 2012 R2. I am cleaning/merging databases and have ran into a problem due to the arbitration mailboxes. I am unable to delete a database because of the arbitration mailboxes.
First, I identified all the mailboxes in the DB I wanted to move (DB01)
Get-Mailbox -Database "DB01" -Arbitration
I did the below to move the arbitration and user mailboxes to a different DB
Get-Mailbox -Database "DB01" | New-MoveRequest -TargetDatabase "DB02"
Get-Mailbox -Database "DB01" - Arbitration | New-MoveRequest -TargetDatabase "DB02"
The move was successful, but I was unable to delete DB01 because of an error related to the arbitration mailboxes when I attempted to delete it.
After researching this problem I used
Get-Mailbox -Arbitration | Set-Mailbox -Arbitration -Database "DB02"
I have verified the active arbitration mailboxes are on DB02 by using
Get-Mailbox -Arbitration | Ft Name, Database
Currently DB01 is dismounted and from what I can tell not doing anything except eating up a license. Arbitration mailboxes still reside on DB01, but they are not active. If anyone has any experience on how I can force the deletion of this database
or remove the arbitration mailboxes for good it would make my boss and I so happy. Thanks to everyone in advance.

Please post the exact error when the database is mounted and you try to remove it.
Is this a multi domain forest? Set: set-adserversettings -viewentireforest $true
then check where the arbitration mailboxes are again:

i bought an ipod touch 4th generation for my friend. She could not download Itunes beacause of the Apple mobile device not being able to activate due to an ''error 1053''... That error is something about not having the correct amdinistator privileges. I tried to run the download as the administrator but i needed the administrator password she said that she cant remember the password, actually she said that there was never a password. I just got myself a brand spanking new ipod, my husband has an older nano and uses itunes our computer. Yeah, there's anothe workaround we can try ... it doesn't fix the damaged files/folders, but it convinces the installer to ignore them and create new ones (instead of getting hung up trying to remove and replace the damaged ones).
In My Computer, open your C drive.
Open the "Program files" folder.
Open the "QuickTime" folder.
Open the "QTSystem" folder.
Open the "QuickTimeH264.Resources" folder.
Rename the "nl.lproj" folder nl.lprojOLD.
Now try another install. Does it go through properly this time?
