Cannot replicate status of the equipment to the component status in CRM

When I set the deletion flag via IE02 in ECC system and I want to see this flag must be set on the component namely in ib52 of CRM.
Isnt it possible to do this in standard way?

The short answer is you do not NEED to use LabVIEW. The NI products will have shipped with the OS drivers required (NI-DAQ, NI 488.2 ...) to access the hardware. Automatic creation of an equipment using the serial number

Dear All,
I know that we can configure the automatic creation of an equipment while creating a serial number. I would like to know if some of you have details on how the creation is performed. In particular:
I saw on an other thread that the descirption, serial number are populated on the equipment from the material master data, but is there any possibility to classify the equipment with the classification assigned to the material master data ?

Assignment of the asset during the equipment creation

Hello everyone,
I am currently working on the PM-AA interface which consists in linking the asset field (ITOB-ANLNR) of an equipment with the asset number given in the purchase order. The goods receipt (MIGO) creates automatically an equipment (thanks to the serial number profile of the materiel).
As the purchase order contains the asset, I expected that the system would put this value in the corresponding field of the equipment.
In the customizing, we have made the following changes :
- equipment is modified synchronously with tha asset modification
- the assignment of master data fields of assets and equipment includes the asset fields itself
- the serial number profile is assigned to the material and allow the creation of the equipment during the goods receipt.
Has someone already experienced this case? What do I have to do to have the asset number saved in the equipment during its creation?

Thanks for you answer.
I've already checked these customizing aspects but tjey are not saisfying enough : my customer wants the equipment to be created at the goods receipts in order to save the serial number registered during the reception.
Furthermore, I'm not sure of the process if I create the equipment formerly : will it take into account the material and serial number that are given during the reception of the goods? And how does the system react with more than one equipment?

How can I relate an equipment with the PP Work center & functional location

I'm trying to relate equipments with their PP work centers (field ITOBATTR-ARBPL listed in the Location tab of the equipment) and the functional location (field ITOB-TPLNR listed in the Structure tab of the equipment) through SQVI.
The workcenter is in a structure and the functional location relation in table ITOB gives me thousands of results with different functional locations per equipment so I can't tell which one is the propper one.
Additionally I would like to filter the equipments flagged for deletion, but I also can't find the field of thet flag).
In resume I need to create a query that gives me all equipments not flagged for deletion with their corresponding PP Work center and functional location.

Please check table EQUZ or view V_EQUI.
In table EQUZ (GEWRK is the work center object number ) -> Use this go to table CRHD and find ARBPL for the correct time slot.
For fucntional location in EQUZ (ILOAN is the location assignment ) -> go to table ILOA with the ILOAN and fetch TPLNR.
Please ensure you fetch records which are currently valid from EQUZ (Use the valid to date field compare . Valid to date must be greater than or equal to current date).

Iphone 4 freezes and restarts every time I try to use the equipment

If you by use the equipment mean the phone itself then its likely a hardware defect which require repair

System status blank for equipment - no changes allowed

Hi,
We want to dismantle an equipment as it is no longer at the customer's location.
When I go in IE02, I get following message.
"Change technical object" is not allowed (EQU 10051040 )
    Message no. BS002
Diagnosis
    The transaction 'Change technical object' is not allowed for EQU
    10051040, because no status is set to permit it.
System Response
    You cannot carry out the transaction 'Change technical object'.
Procedure
    You can carry out this transaction if you set a user status, which
    permits 'Change technical object'.
I put the User Status on "Released", but still not possible to change the equipment.
When checking the System Status, I noticed that it is blank.
As no changes are allowed, I cannot manually change the System Status.
Also in IQ02 I get the same message and no System Status is filled.
Anyone an idea how to workaround so we can dismantle the equipment?

Yes I have run that program, but it hasnt changed anything. There is a user status AVLB in the equipment. When i checked in the status profile, this user status is not forbidden for any transactions. The program RISTEQ03 seems to work if there no user status also. But for my case, a user status is there, but there is no system status. Since there is no system status, the equipment could not be accessed through change mode (ie02). I need the system status AVLB in the equipment. The equipment does not even have any other details like functional location, maint. plant, sales area data, etc. in it.

I want to get the text description of that status such as 'ESTO' in order to compare with a value beign read from an input file

Filtering Equipment download based on status?

We are implementing CRM 2007 and need some of the equipments in R/3 to be downloaded to the CRM system. The standard filters on the EQUIPMENT object in R3AC1 only provide very limited filtering options and does not support our requirements.
What would be the best way of filtering based on the equipment status so only equipments with system status ECUS (Equipment at Customer) in R/3 are being downloaded?

I also have same requirement, if the equipment status is ECUS, then only EQUIPMENT needs to flow to CRM. I have set filter like below.
But still Queues are forming in CRM. Can you tell me how to restrict the equipment queues based on status.

My server has Two NICs ! I want to use one of the NIC for the internet and the other to a local Network .

In my case , there is a server ( windows 2008 enterprise) . Instead of sharing the internet using the server . i have done the following .
i have 24 port switch which is connected with the modem (ISP Gave it to me). My server then is connected with the switch . the client pcs are also connected with the switch(d-link switch).
my objective is to enable efficient way of file sharing from server for client pcs and also internet sharing at the same time for client pcs!
my server has two NICs ! how to make the local network and internet work with out a fight!
how could i achieve this ? help me guys

It really depends on exactly what the equipment from the ISP is. If it is a simple modem there is no point in connecting it to a switch. It needs to connect to a router.
You can connect it to one NIC of the server and configure the server as a (NAT) router (with the other NIC connected to the switch).
If either of the switches is actually a router you can use it as the NAT router and run the server on the LAN using one NIC.

is not the fully qualified pathname of an existing, accessible local directory

Is d:\sysvol\staging\domain a path to an existing accessible directory on that system? You might consider running "net share" from a command line to see where sysvol and netlogon are pointing on that particular system to get the ball rolling.

How to change the status profile of equipment?

Is it possible to change the user status profile for already created equipment? I tried to change the assignment of status profile to equipment category and found it works only for new equipments. It is not applicable to already created equipments. The status of the status profile is already used in equipments.

No you can not change status profile assigned with already created equipment.
Eg. You assigned status profile 00000003 to equipment category M of equipment. so whnever any new equipment created will get status profile 00000003 only.
For your case, dont make any change status profile no .00000003--> make whatever changes you have to made about status naming,sequence keeping same status profile.
After that goto equipment change master edit>change category>selet same category for assignment. so equipment will get same status profile with status changed.

Config User Status to the Equipment Master User Status

I created a user status profile and assigned the same user profile to a sales order item category and also an equipment master. I was hoping that when I created my sales order and selected a user status and then saved the order and also delivered and PGId the delivery. I was hoping since it's the same user status profile that my equipment master would get updated automatically but it didn't. Is there anyway to do this that anyone knows of without using a user exit? Thanks for any help in advance.

For single equipment, there would be "n" number of PM orders. While doing MIGO, PM order status will be changed by automatic. Why do you want to change the Equipment Status? How do you want to change the status. Please elaborate your concern.

       I need to get the status of the equipment that we get it from EQUI table. I found the FM ITO3_EQUIPMENT_READ_STATUS to find the status. But I don't know what are the tables that I need to give in that.

Use BAPI_EQUI_GETSTATUS instead. below is an example.
Data:
v_l_equnr type EQUNR,
it_sys_status type standard table of BAPI_ITOB_STATUS,
it_user_status type standard table of BAPI_ITOB_STATUS.
CALL FUNCTION 'BAPI_EQUI_GETSTATUS'
          EXPORTING
            equipment           = v_l_equnr
          TABLES
            system_status       = it_sys_status
            user_status         = it_user_status
it_sys_status will give you all the system statuses and
it_user_status will give you the user statuses
for specified equipment.
