Cannot reply or forward emails

Am unable to reply to or forward emails from my work account (recently upgraded exchange 2010 server), but am able to send and receive just fine. When I try I receive the "Message included an invaldid email address" message.
Am also able to send, receive, reply, forward, etc from my personal (gmail) account. Any solutions? A problem with a 2010 exchange upgrade?

there are a few things you can try before calling Tech support.
Clear your Cache and Cookies
Run Internet explorer with no add-ons
Try a 2nd Browser like Google Chrome or Firefox (possible browser issue can be identified by testing in a 2nd browser)
Test it from a 2nd machine like a laptop, friends or work computer
For what its worth, I can access mine just fine today without a problem.

    When I try to reply or forward an email message, a pink horizontal pop up screen at the top indicates "client error occurred, please try again later".  Anyone else experiencing this issue today?

    Are you using an email client like Outlook, or Thunderbird etc?  If so which one?  Can you use the webmail OK?

    Also having email issues.  I used to be able to recieve and send mail through our outlook server.  Now I receive messaes, but cannot send.  It immediately reports it got an error trying to send and the message is stuck in my Outbox.  I tried dropping the user account and recreating it.  Interestingly, when I filled out all the login data, it said it could not verity my outgoing mail settings.  I did have an error.  I fixed it, and when I saved, it saved fine.  However, I still cannot send emails.  I got this phone to use for work, and this is killing me.

  • I open my email from frontiernet (a local provider) I can read the email but when I go to reply or forward I get a Skype help page then a blank page. Therefore I can't reply or forward email.

    I log-in to webmail. frontier.com and go to my inbox. I have no trouble reading my email but I cannot reply or forward. When I try to do either I get a screen that first has a Skype help page then goes blank. It says done on the bottom but there is no reply box to type in. I've never had this problem before and I've been doing this for almost 2 years on may computers. The only thing different is I had some work done and had to re-install Firefox. Could a newer version cause the problem? I do not have this problem when I use IE or am on a different computer.This was happening even before I installed Skype.

    Disable the Skype extension for Firefox - both versions if you really have two versions installed.

  • Unable to reply or forward emails - sometimes??

    I’m having issues problem solving an email error on some of our 3G iPhones. We have 7 iphones within the business, and only 2 are having the issue.
    The impacted phones sometimes will not send reply or forward emails. The problem is very random. We can create new emails and send with no problem, forward works most of the time and the reply seldom works. There’s no one constant within any on the circumstances we can find. What is weird is all phones have the same POP settings, all are updated with the latest 3.0.1 update (had problem before update as well), but only 2 phones are having the issue.
    The error message that appears is: Cannot Send Mail. The server rejected one of the recipient’s addresses. The message has been placed in your Outbox.
    I’ve tried turning the wireless networks on/off, running updates, change outgoing ports and rebooting. Anyone out there have any ideas?

    Try deleting the mail account and setting it back up again.

    I am unable to reply or forward emails via my auth.smtp accounts on 1&1 following the update to 10.0.10.90. Ive tried resetting the email accounts and playing with the port settings to no avail. This is a major problem for me and makes the phone almost useless for my business use.  Any ideas would be appreciated.

    It states, I cannot forward or send because the server does not recognize "relaying".  I have tried to send/receive from three corporate email accounts with the same results.  I can receive but cannot send.

When you click on any of these functions, it clocks and you have to go to the Windows Task Manager and end the Verizon task.     I have two email accounts set up on my BlackBerry. A gmail account and a college email account. Since my college email account is forwarded to my Gmail, I activated the option on my BlackBerry that says "If no filters apply, don't forward to device" but didn't add any filters. This way, I don't get email duplicates on my BlackBerry but I can still send emails through my college account from my BlackBerry.
    I tested this and it worked, however, when someone replies to an email sent from my college email account (which I receive on my BlackBerry through the Gmail account) it will only let me reply using the Gmail account. I cannot reply using the second email account.
    Any help?

    What kind of account is it on both ends... POP, IMAP, WebMail?
    Have you checked it with the Webmail?

  • Can no longer Reply or Forward emails in Outlook since IOS 8

    I Have upgraded my IPad 2 to IOS 8. Outlook running in PC Site mode inside Safari, I cannot Reply to or Forward emails.
    Running Outlook in PC Site mode seems to be the only way to add attachments, all worked ok in IOS 7. Any suggestions please?

  • Active Synch on OS 2. Can't reply or forward emails.

    OS 2 has been great.  My only issue is when using active synch with my corporate email account. All Gmail accounts work flawlessly. I can generate a new email using active synch but when I reply or forward the email errors out with no description. Has anyone experienced this and/or fixed this? I also have an android using active synch with the same account and all the features work from there which rules out my email server.

    Mobile provider settings were wrong, even though they worked for 2 years flawlessly. Now the email's fine, but text is now acting up. )(*^*(&%*&%#%!!!!!!

  • I cannot reply to an email if in account other than default.

    Help please! My iphone settings seem to be exactly the same and I have no issue.  When I hit reply to an email in an account that is not the default account it tells me "Cannot send mail...check the settings for the outgoing servers in Settings> Mail, Contacts, Calenders"  Again, same outgoing server as on my iphone but can't do it with Ipad.

    Fixed it. deleted the account and set it up again. Still don't know what was going on.  Tried that before and did not work....whatever.

    From looking at the hotmail forums, it seems that you need to right-click (click and hold the right mouse button) on a message in your inbox to view the menu where you can reply or forward a message. See the documentation here:
