Cannot Restore My backed up data to my Q5 !! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

im in the middle of a huge problem where i have become desperate and lost, here is how it all began, first of all i received an alert that a new update is available for my Q5 which is 10.2.1537 when i started to downloanding it i received an error that built in memory is full WHICH IS NOT! secondly i thought in order to get the latest update i had resolve this memory error by WIPING OFF the mobile so i did a FULL DATA BACK UP while it was running OS 10.2.0.424 , and then DID the full WIPE, but it took around 6 HOURS!!!! after the wiping process i tried to download the new update 10.2.1537 and it was successful, i connected my q5 to my laptop and opened blackberry link (latest version) selected the BACK UP FILE which i made before the wipe , BUT IT WAS UNSUCCESSFULL ( the alert message was this : this dats file isn't compatible with the version of the device software that you are currently running, update your device software and try again) WHICH i did downgrade to the previous version OS 10.2.0.424 and tried to restore the data file, but it WOULDNT WORK! please HELP im in desperate need for your help ive got my whole life on this mobile and right now im isolated!
so i guess nobody is willing to help?

Please help!!!Your phone is in "recovery" mode, which means you data on your phone is already gone. You have no other choice but to restore your phone. If you've not been backing up regularly and importing your photos to your computer for safe keeping as is strongly recommended, then you've learned a very hard lesson.

the following day what happened is, i did try what was mentioned in the link BlackBerry 10. Restoring Backup after a firmware downgrade. i did exactly the same but it FAILED, and i got this error (there could have been a problem with the device or connection during the restore. Verify that the device is turned on and connected) and then device restarts afterwards, hence, i started to get this error message after i updated to latest OS 10.2.1.539 but when i tried to restore the back up when i was running the previous OS 10.2.0.424 the error message was ( the back up isn't compatible etc... ) this is really confusing, my device is working just fine and its properly connected with no problems, ive been searching and looking for solutions all over the internet but no luck , im really exhausted ive been working on my q5 for almost 26 hours, im just praying to get this fixed.If you do a search you should be able to find extractor software for your backup files usually around 20 or 25 dollars.

Cannot restore my iPad2 after failing to install ios5, please help!
Using PC with Windows Vista and already upgraded iTunes to version 10, but when I tried to upgrade my iPad2 to ios5, I keep getting error msg 6. I have no issues with the iTunes store, I turned off the Firewall but now I cannot even use the iPad as it's stuck in recovery mode with the screen showing a usb cable and iTunes logo.

If it's in recovery mode, the data is already gone. Why did you never back up your important data?

I'm sorry to hear that your iPhone 4s was lost, and glad that you were able to upgrade.
If your iPhone 4s was backed up to iCloud or using iTunes, you can restore the backed up data to your new phone.

While YOU may not have attempted to jailbreak the phone, SOMEONE ELSE did. Error 1015 occurs by attempting to restore a previously jailbroken phone.
It's very likely you may NEVER get your phone out of recovery mode and your phone may be rendered permanently bricked.
Terms of Use of this forum prohibit the discussion of jailbroken phones. You'll have to scour the internet for a solution to your problem, if indeed one exists. -
I have updated my iPhone to iOS6.1.3 today and lost all my photos and some data(messageies) I have tried iTunes back up but still not success, please help.
If your messages and photos weren't part of your backup, then they're gone.
Certainly you weren't foolish enough to update the iOS on your phone before importing your photos off your phone for safe keeping on your computer like you would do with any digital camera, were you? -

Sounds like you have a phone that was hacked to unlock it. Updating has re-locked it to the original carrier. ONLY the carrier it is locked to can authorize unlocking it. Contact them.

spinwheel when syncing, unable to sync photos, error message "the disk cannot be read from or written to" ... please help!
Everytime I try to sync my photos to iPad or my iPhone. The sync freezes for a whilie then comes back with "the disk cannot be read from or written to". I have already exported photo library from iPhoto and readded the photos.

Make sure you sync photos to computer then delete from Camera Roll. (Camera Roll photos are part of Documents & Data).
Delete some apps on the iPhone.
Then Restore iPhone in iTunes. -
