but i download lasted firmware for my ipad,4.3.5 and 4.3.4 also cannot
what happed?i restore in DFU mode
why i want restore:because my customer forgot password

THANKS TONIMake sure you are running the latest version of iTunes on your computer (10.6.3). Then, plug your iPhone into your computer with iTunes, and do a Restore.
