Cannot run Adobe Photoshop/Premiere

After purchasing them - only Disc 4 and 5, cannot see this program on Program Lists, and cannot run it. No negative/error messages during install. No request for Activation Code....which I cannot find...can you assist ? advise ?

I'm not quite sure what you are saying. The actual programs are on disc 1,2 and 3. 4 and 5 only instal lthe content. See this document for details: Install Premiere Elements, Photoshop Elements

Are you working with Photoshop Elements 12 and Premiere Elements 12 or just one or the other? What program can you not open?
And, is it just the Premiere Elements Editor or Photoshop Elements Editor (not the Elements Organizer 12) that you cannot open?

Hi, the only message I get is that when I place the Disk into the PC, hit Start, Hit Run and type in Setup.exe I get a message that states that this system does not recognize this software.
This Disk will not auto Install.

Uninstall the Adobe Application manager from your computer.
and download the latest version of the AAM from the below mentioned sites.

Which OS are you using? Because there have been some issue with Win7 and PSE4. Try upgrading to PSE8.You can try the trial version of PSE8.

you could use a computer with a disk drive to copy the installation files to a usb stick and transfer the usb stick to your new computer.
