Using FB 4.7 Premium cannot run unit tests

I have a licensed version of 4.7 Premium but cannot run unit tests. The message I get says "This feature requires a Flash Builder Premium License".
I have uninstalled Fb 4.7 and then downloaded and reinstalled. Still the same issue.

OSB1031: (solaris10) cannot run Test Console from sbconsole

Hi all,
when I run the Test Console from sbconsole I got the below error:
"Error Accessing Test Configuration
An unexpected error occurred accessing the test service: java.net.UnknownHostException: wasdv1r3n1.dev.b-soiurce.net"
My OSB domain is a clustered domain with one admin (bnk01osbadm) and 2 managed servers (bnk01osbm01 & bnk01osbm02).
I checked the log files under the admin (bnk01osbadm.log, bnk01osb.log) and 2 managed servers but I've found no error.
On the WLS console, under Deployments the column Health is OK for the application named "ALSB Test Framework". I checked also the sbtestservice web application and the status is active.
What could I check too ? How could I increase the logging level to get more details ?

How could I increase the logging level to get more details ?In your OSB domain root there is a file alsbdebug.xml. Change the below to true to get more details logged (Server log severity level should be debug).

Error encountered while running a test case using MTM

Hello,
Has anyone encountered this error while running a test case using MTM 2013?
When I click on OK, the message is again shown until that time wherein the popup error is no longer shown.
When I try to continue to the next pages wherein a modal is being open and I need to enter some data on a text field, the IE would stop working and seems to crash.

Base on the error message, the error is threw by internet explorer.
Does it have the same issue when access that web site/page in IE directly or it just occurs when run tests through MTM?
What’s the version of your browser? You may try it with other browser and check whether it has same issue.

Not possible to run CodedUI tests on Windows 7 embedded

Hi all,
I am trying to get my CodedUI tests running on the target machine with Windows 7 Embedded.
For that, I installed on the target machine:
Visual Studio 2010 Test Agent
VS2010 SP1
Next I try to run the CodedUI test from the command line using mstest.exe (since no Visual Studio may be installed on target
machine). However, before even executing the first line of code in my test, mstest fails after showing a popup window with following message:
"the ordinal 459 could not be located in the dynamic link library urlmon.dll"
When looking in the detailed logs of QTAgent32.exe I see a 'System.BadImageFormatException' thrown by the PluginManager of CodedUI when trying to
start an Internet Explorer plugin. See detailed stacktrace below this message.
This might be caused by the fact that this Windows Embedded installation does not contain Internet Explorer (for security reasons). The CodedUI test
and application under test however do not need Internet Explorer at all, the application is a WPF application.
So, my questions:
- Does anyone know how to get rid of this error without installing Internet Explorer?
- Any ways to prevent MsTest.exe to start the IE extension for a CodedUI test?
Some things I tried already but did not bring success:
- Run a completely empty CodedUI test; it triggers the same error.
- Remove IE extensions from C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VSTT\10.0
- Remove unneeded things (datacollectors) from MsTestSettings file.
Any help/ideas appreciated!

I think it is a good feedback for this issue, but as far I know, it is by design now, we need to use the IE extension for test projects. My understanding is that it would find the accordant UI Test Controls with your app UI controls, so it would search all
test controls include the IE controls, and then use one real UITestControl to instantiate an object which is equal to the real UI control, so we could playback the recorded action.

I have installed EAP Developer 6.0, EAP OAS 4.0.5, oracle server
8.05 on my Nt server..
It's all ok..listener,cartridge are running..i tried to lunck a
pl-sql cartridge..ok..
BUT, i cannot to start WEb-forms..
i created a listener on port 9000, a application +c-web cartridge
like read on notes..
i lunch isfrv60 port=9000..(the notes says it reside like
Nt-service..but i see it running only like process by
task-manager..)
but on my browser when i lunch the form-cartrige nothing
happens..
Anyone can help me?

Yes,Nicolas..
then only application ruuning at port 9000 is isfrv60 i stardetd.
Not only..i can note, that if i start ifrsv60 port=9000 for first
and then i modify then listener number port of OAS to 9000, the
listener applet say me something like..i cannot able to fork...
So, i MUST to set AOS listener port to 9000,and AFTER start
ifsrv60 on port 9000.
Only in this way there are'nt errors..but nothing happens..
Same story if the number port isn't 9000 ..
However..i ask to myself, why the release note and guide on OAS
web pages are fills of all examples to how to do buldin
cartridges and application, but there aren't any examples about
web-forms!!

Visual Studio locks when bringing up "Run Unit Test" vs2013

2013 Visual studio 2013.
I had been running a few simple unit tests on a large project. Then 2013 stopped responding and said -- please contact Microsoft.
most time the test explore never comes up. I tried the test with a tiny project . still same issue

Could you tell us the real VS2013 version you were using? We have to make sure that it supports the unit test project.

We could open the test explorer window under Test menu->Windows.
Before you run your test, please clean and rebuild your test project, and make sure no any warning or error, and then run it from the test explorer window, check the result.
In addition, you would check your task manager, and make sure that it is free before you run your tests. I mean that we have to make sure that it is not the performance issue.
But if a simple Assert method still doesn't work in your side, I doubt that it is your VS IDE issue.
Run your VS as the admin, check the result.
If possible, please repair your VS, please also install the VS2013 update 4, and then create a new test project, check the result.

Error While executing a SSIS package which contains a script task through SQL Server Agent job

Hi,
I have a SQL Server 2012 SSIS package with a script task along with other tasks [data flow, execute sql tasks ]. When I manually executed the job through BIDS, its completed successfully.
Then I have automated the execution of the package through SQL Server Agent Job. But when I executed the package through SQL Agent job, it runs successfully for all the tasks except script task. When it comes to execute the Script Task, it is getting failed
with the below error message.

My script task access the excel files in a network share, refresh them all and save them. When I execute the ETL manually or thru DTEXEC, it is executing successfully. I am facing the issue when I am executing thru SQL Agent Job only. Logging also showing

Cannot run application HRSystem due to error deploying to DefaultServer.

Try removing this directory: /home/oracle/.jdeveloper/system11.1.1.0.31.52.05/ and restarting JDeveloper.

Cannot run application due to error deploying to IntegratedWebLog

How to delete the extra jar file?

In that case you should probably check that no other packages are missing files with
pacman -Qkk 2>&1 | grep "No such file or directory"
Any packages that report that they're missing files, you should reinstall.

Error running a test application in jDeveloper

I have developed an application and want to run a test. But when I click run-
I get a message: Target ddjasd;asjd cannot be started as a Servlet ...
Its not a servlet- What is causing jDeveloper to want to run as a servlet?

We have setup the same JDEV patch on 2 machines having the same DBC files and the same application logins as well as the same responsibility keys.
But it is working fine on one machine and we are able to run the test page as well as any custom page that we are developing.
but on one machine we are unable to run even the test page.
Both are also on the same network.
We are struck as we are unable to do any work.
Could anyone please suggest any solution to this.
I have gone through the numerous posts regarding this kind of error, but have not been yet able to resolve.

As per error message, the problem is with the Database connection.
Check again if your using wright dbc file, you can check it through connection string given in the dbc file
and also try connecting the database through sql developer.

ITunes cannot run because some of its required files are missing.....

"iTunes cannot run because some of its required files are missing. Please reinstall iTunes."
Is the error message I receive when trying to launch iTunes or updating my iPod.
I have tried uninstalling both iTunes and qtime, restarting, installing with the iTunes75Setup.exe found on the iTunes download page from apple.com.
To help narrow the issue, during install/uninstall/repair this error also occurs as it is "Registering iTunes automation server"
any suggestion on how to resolve this issue would be great

First uninstall Quicktime 7.3 only in control panel. Then download Quicktime 7.2 from http://www.apple.com/support/downloads/quicktimeforwindows.html. Hopefully it works for you because it worked for mine.
