So it looks like that theme is just not compatible. Report a bug on the shaman bug tracker (http://shaman.iskrembilen.com/trac/report) for the shaman devs to see this.
Hi everyone, i had the same problem as riverscn, i solved it thanks to kumyco tip, it worked for me, but only if i launch Shaman with gksu, otherwise, it brakes like Allan said.

I went to log into a Lotus Notes website and got this message: Warning: mssql_connect(): Unable to connect to server: rebel in /usr/home/comingsoon/lib/searchlibdac.php on line 23 Database failed to respond.

I'm using a Mac and have been able to access my Lotus Notes account email and database even though it says it's not supported. Today I received this warning message and I've never seen it before. Does anyone know what this means?

So, after a few months of testing, capture and sending logs back and forth to Apple Engineers, we found out there is a setting in AD, under User Account that prevent us to log into AD from Mountain Lion. If you would go to your AD server, open up a user account properties, then go to Account tab, the "Do not require Kerberos preauthentication" option is checked. As soon as I uncheck that option, immediately I was able to log into AD on the Mac client. Apple engineers copied all my AD settings and setup a test environment on their end and match exact mine AD environment. They was able to reproduce this issue.
The bad part about this is... our environment required the "Do not require Kerberos preauthentication" is checked in AD, in order for our users to login into some of our Unix and Linux services. Which mean that it is impossible for us to remove that check mark because most, if not all of them some way or another require to login into applications that run on Unix and Linux. Apple is working to see if they can come up with a fix. Apparently, no one has report this issue except us. I believe most of you out there don't have that check mark checked in your environment... Anyone out there have any suggestion to by pass or have a work around for this?

PhotoShop Elements from the App Store cannot run actions??

I am so upset that I spent $80 to download PhotoShop Elements 9 from the App Store and then found out that it cannot run actions and presets!!!! For some reason, the version of PSE that you get from the app store is not capable of this, which is the main reason I NEED and USE PhotoShop! Please tell me I am wrong and if so, how to fix it!!! I have them installed in the files correctly but they don't show up in PS. Thank you for any help you can provide, thanks!

I just loaded my actions using the PSE 10 from the App Store.
Close PSE.
Access the System library location from Finder, Click menue, "Go" then select "Go to Folder...". Type in "~/Library" and click Go.
The systems Library will open up and then you take this path:
Application Support > Adobe > Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 Editor > Presets > Actions (The Actions folder is where you move your actions file to)
Then go to the Photo Creations Folder > Locales > en_US and delete the MediaDatabase.db3 file (move it to the trash)
The next time you launch PSE your Actions DB will be rebuilt with the new actions installed.

After installing 10.4.1 on my iMac G5, i cannot start iTunes and need an earlier version. Help

I cannot any longer access my music and movies on my iMac G5. I cannot run Lion and, in error I updated to iTunes 10.4.1 which apparently needs Lion to run. I have deleted the newer version of iTunes and trierd to install 9 but the library was set up by 10.4 or 10.3 and so it cannot load the music. Help!

I have the same problem, but adding a hostname file in etc doesn't fix anything.

I've just installed openbox and experimenting with it. But I'am unable to run any panel. Ive already install lxpanel, fbpanel, plank, but each time I try to launch them from the terminal I get the same error massages. Firefox, leafpad, terminal, all launch properly, only the panels I can't make them run. Any idea how to solve this?

I'm having troble getting gnome running on my system.
When I'm running gnome-session Im getting (gnome-session:4336): Gtk-WARNING **: cannot open display.
The exact same setup will allow me to run xfce4 without any problem.
I did manage to start gnome once with gdm, but then nothing but rightclick on the mouse and the desktop icons would work, and after that one time both gdm and gnome wont work.
I just did a base install of arch 0.7, xorg, gnome, nvidia and sound drivers.
Also, if I put exec gnome-session in my .xinitrc file I get a Fatal server error: Requested entity already in use.

the .xinitrc it is executed by the X window system after the X Server is started
if you run gnome-session from a console shell and there is no X server started, it cannot open the display...
the X server is normally started during "startx" or "xinit"

JComboBox causing GTK-WARNING and GTK-CRITICAL on Ubuntu 8.04

I was wondering why whenever I use the GTK Look and Feel, my JComboBox's cause GTK issues. They also don't display right...
