Cannot see apps in cc desktop to download on second computer
I just installed cc desktop app in order to install photoshop on my second computer. It is not showing me the version I purchased, CS6, it only shows the ability to "TRY" Photoshop CC2014.

Actually, you SHOULD install your CS6 using the media you already own (discs in a boxed set, or the download files you purchased) not the Cloud... that is IF you have a serial number

Why I cannot see the progress bar whenever I download my apps directly from my App Store ?
Whenever I install an app, I cannot see the app's icon on the home screen and then when I proceed into the home page, the apps will not be installed unless I stay into the App Store and wait till the circle on the top of the screen stop turning. It is really very inconvenient. I'm using iPhone 4S. Anyone knows the solution? And I'm can't see the progress bar showing whether its downloading. I'm using IOS 6. And I've got another issue. Why whenever I want to reinstall the youtube they would say its free. When I press the 'free' it will go into the 'install' and then when I press the 'install', it would go back to 'free' and because of that I'm unable to download youtube. It's only youtube I'm able to install other apps. But ya, I cannot see the progress bar. Help anyone?
Actually, the app is there, and it asks to PAY AGAIN, that was the issue, but I have just solved the problem using your first advice, as I tried a few times with different names in my account.
For example, you told me to use the same ID...
I have a ONE account, but sometimes I sign in as [email protected] and sometimes I sign in as [email protected] and sometimes I sign in as [email protected] and that made all the difference, as I tried them all and finally with [email protected] worked and gave me the opportunity to download again.

When I see my downloaded photos, I cannot see the previous or next image of photos..
The menu bar of previous and next button remains disabled.. Could you please let me know possible solution?Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Include the option to rebuild the thumbnails. It can take 3 or 4 goes for this to work

now since you are using a neigbors wireless network it could be that there is some sort of inteference
but either way create a new suer account and test to see if issue persist in the secondary user account or not -

i have joined the 29.99/month cloud for the full cs6.. how do i download.. do i need a serial number?
Log in on the second computer using the same credentials as the first and download AICS6. It should be that simple.
I have a question: Does the single-software license also give you access to AICC? I assume it would.
On second thought, are you referring to the one-year introductory subscription to Creative Cloud? If so, be ware that after one year the cost doubles. -
Updated desktop app and not all apps are showing that are downloaded to my computer already
have deleted the ppm.db file per chat with tech support and reinstalled desktop app and then per a forum just changed the same file by adding .old to the end of it but still only showing 2 out of 6 or more application that are installed on my computer but not showing in the desktop app

HT201454 cannot see apps purchased using family share
I've setup the family share on my account with my wife and she has accepted. When she try to access the purchased app it is not there. I try to download from app store and it wants me to buy again.
What's wrong?I logged out of itunes account on my wife's phone and logged back in and it now is letting me download. Issue resolved.

In a mess, now Cannot See external disk on desktop
I purchased an external 2Big 4TB drive which has two physical 2TB drives in it. I got it all set up and fine then went in to disk utility and the options for formatting were not there and other choices were greyed out no matter if I selected the drive in Disk Utility menu to the right, or the drive that was under 'nested' with the same name. I made an error by trying to create a drive by choosing the '+' sign which created another drive in the Utility window, but then when I deleted it it deleted the whole drive and now it will not come back, even after restarting. I've created a bigger mess than the one I was in in the first place.
Can someone please help me get the drive back and then to get to where I can choose the option to JBOD or just a bunch of drives so I can see the two individual drives and use them as two 2TB drives.

KenYes, It is Sunday so the HDD manufacturer's support is home and not at work. They have support on regular business hours. I left a message on the voice system and also tried to contact by email, but I'm sure their email help is also enjoy the Sunday off and answers on regular business hours.
I was thinking that my problem is more with the Mac software 'Disk Utility' and my inability to understand how to accomplish what I wanted to do. Since I believe Disk Utility is an Apple software that comes with the Mac I was hoping that someone could help me on the Apple forums. -
I cannot synch songs from itunes on my Mac to my ipad 2. It worked the first time, but stripped them off on a subsequent synch and I cannot get it to work again. It synchs apps but not music. Also, despite authorising my computer, synching strips off apps. purchased on the ipad (i.e., it will not transfer them to the Mac). All very mystifying. Any help gratefully received (I have tried everything on the troubleshooting page of the ipad guide).

ChrisApple devices are designed to only allow you to sync to one itunes library at a time. If you try, it will replace everything on the deivce with the itunes library you are syncing to.
If she has already synced her ipad to another computer, then this is normal behavior.
It would be best to create a library just for her. If you can import/export the music and photos on the computer into her own itunes library.

The reason that content from her ipad is showing up on your iphone is probably due to you both sharing the same apple id and having automatic downloads turned on in the settings.
You can turn this off by going to settings/itunes and app stores/automatic downloads/turn off -
The primary machine is turned on and running, but none of the apps are open. I wanted to load up my laptop. InDesign, Acrobat Pro, and some of the other tools downloaded are working fine. However, PS, Bridge and Lightroom downloaded but have a cross through them when I look at them under my applications. They are there, but I can't open them.
Both machines are running OS 10.6. I updated the laptop to 10.6, but not before downloading any of my creative cloud appsl. One of the forums suggested that an operating system update might hamper running on a second machine. Yet, since some work and others don't that doesn't seem likely here.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.I have not shut off primary. I just thought that since some apps were abled on the laptop, and others weren't that it didn't have to do with the primary powered on. But, I guess that would be the logical place to start. Thanks. Will try ...
OK. I powered off my desktop computer. I restarted my laptop. No luck. PS and LR are still disabled. InDesign is just fine. Go figure.
I don't understand why my creative cloud membership is not allowing these applications on two computers, when I can with others. I need to work remotely this week, and have access to my image editing software. Grrrr.
I once had PS and LR on my laptop, but they were boxed and licensed. When I upgraded to 10.6.8, I wiped my hard drive before hand, so they aren't even loaded.
.... Wait a minute. Is it possible that my machine isn't fast enough/doesn't have the requirements to run these apps? It is a 2 GHz intel core duo, 2 GB memory.

The browser I have for Linux is SeaMonkey or some other annoying thing and I wanted FF because it actually has compatible add-ons but I cannot seem to get the browser to actually run on the computer. I click the download button and get the files but once I extract them nothing happens. I extracted them to the desktop, perhaps there is somewhere else in this system that they need to go to make them work?
Ok...I should have also mentioned that I absolutely hate having Linux b/c I have no idea how to use it. If u could explain that in simpler terms I'd appreciate it.
Also, I was able to get the browser to open once but then when I dragged the icon from the folder on the desktop & tried opening it [I wanted to make it a sort of desktop icon] it stopped working...
EDIT: Ok so I re-extracted the downloaded file & clicked on the icon that said Firefox & I got the browser. My problem now it seems is the fact that I do not have a desktop shortcut, how would I go about making that happen? -
The Wi Fi is on, but the app doesn't even show up onthe device. On my computer in purchased, it shows it's downloaded. Now what?
The requirements for that app state that you need a 3rd-generation or 4th-generation iPod touch, with iOS 4.2 or later. Is what what you have?

There are NO details - my computer will not download your updates on Firefox - NEVER HAS - I need your advice - I DON'T know what's going on - you're the security, you tell me. And, what the heck is all the drivel under installed plugins? How does that help me? I'm not that computer literate as you have probably figured out by now.
I did try to uninstall and reinstall. It messed up my computer. I had to "RESTORE" from the prior days backup. This was not helpful at all. I'm used to losing all my stuff when I connect to iTunes, that's a whole other issue, but now I'm completely banned from any updates to my phone at all. Geeze.......

Failed install multiple times - Oxford dictionary?
I'm attempting to install 10.4 on a iBook G4 1.2ghz. Each time I attempt it, the install gets about 10 minutes in and then halts abruptly saying, "Errors occured during the installation. Please try again." I first attempted a zero all data reformat.
