Cannot see attachments in ios7 mail

I have both an iphone and an ipad with IOS7 installed. I received an email with a PDF attachment. When viewing the email from my MAC (Mavericks), I can see that there is a a PDF attachment in the email. But when viewing the same email message from IOS 7, either iphone or ipad, the PDF attachment is not there.
I regularly review my email on my mobile device and have had several situations lately where I did not know there was an attachment. Then later, I saw the attachment when I was on my MAC Air.
I have already check the setting to Load Remote Images and it is turned on for both devices. I've tried turning it off and back on and restarting the devices and neither of those will cause message to display the PDF.
Can someone help?

When you check the mail and scroll down to the bottom of the mail, you do not see anything about downloading the attachment? Are these extremely large attachments? I have had no issues with attachments with either my personal POP email, nor my work Exchange account in iOS 7, so I cannot say that it is just an iOS 7 issue. I find it especially interesting that this is happening on two separate devices. What type of account is this, POP, IMAP, or Exchange?

Again, where are you seeing the date?
Select one of the imported photos, type Command + i and check in the iPhoto Info drawer to see what the EXIF capture date is for those photos.
If the date is correct then you're looking at the file created or modified date and not the EXIF capture date that's embedded in the image file itself.

You might want to try these steps:
-> Clear Cookies & Cache
• https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Template:clearCookiesCache
-> Clear the Network Cache
-> Reload web page(s) and bypass the cache.
• Press and hold Shift and left-click the Reload button.
• Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
• Press "Cmd + Shift + R" (MAC)
Check and tell if its working. Hope that helps.

Lion-Windows users cannot see attachments

I just upgraded to Lion, and now some Windows users cannot see/find attachments. I did all that was advised (clicking on the "Windows user friendly" list), but to no avail. I sent to several Windows users and no one can see attachments with the new Mail program. Also, one of the most important icons in the Mail toolbar ("Add Attachment") seems to be missing. This sometimes helped in previous Mail versions when sending to PCs, but I cannot locate it in Lion. Looks like I will have to use Microsoft Office Outlook for email. This is too bad, as I like the other features the new Apple Mail program has, but must use a trustworhty email program.

The issue is one I am chasing, and is due to Lion's change to not send Plain Text (apparently). Although changed in the Compose window, when reviewed, it will have been sent with HTML, anyway.
While the actual problem is with MS and Outlook or Outlook Express, the work around once was to use the command to Make Plain Text before sending.

Why is it that when I e-mail photographs to PC users they cannot see them? What can I do to solve this problem?

1. Did you check the box 'send windows friendly attachments'?
2. Did you add a suffix to the file, like .jpg or .tiff?

Firefox 35.0.1 still cannot allow attachments in Yahoo mail when IE 11 can allow it

I have updated from earlier versions and since recent updates versions 32 on as observed , Yahoo mail cannot do attachments to any new mail message. I can download though !!
Which Add-on is affecting this ?
It is even difficult to upload images for this support log

Cannot see received messages in Mail

I have a strange problem with Mail that arose after I deleted some messages.
The mailboxes toolbar (the one down the side) clearly indicates that unread messages are in my In Box. However, they do not appear when I try and open the In Box. I have tried sending test messages to myself and Mail indicates they have arrived, but I cannot see them in the main menu.
Any suggestions out there before I delete the account and recreate?

Thank you for the suggestion.
I actually went to the Mail folder in Library and found the account had an Inbox folder unlike my other accounts. I deleted this folder, quit Mail and reopened Mail - problem solved.
I am not sure what happened, but as this account was receiving more than 25% spam I am now prompted to deleted and create a new account.

Cannot see Reminders section in Mail app Mountain Lion

I'm reading online that you're supposed to be able to see a Reminders section in Mail app but I cannot find anywhere. I've also read that you're supposed to be able to drag and drop emails to create Reminders, but I cannot get it to drop into Reminders list it just takes me back to Mail.

i only see one mail message.. the top tab just says MAILBOXES.. there is no way to go back to ALL MAILBOXES, or see other messages..

Cannot see account icon in Mail set by Account preferences.

Since I got my new iMac last week, I cannot seem to get even a default picture to appear in my e-mails. I have it set in the accounts system preferences but it won't work. Other people's will but not mine like it used to on my old iMac which was only two years old. This is a fresh and new system. It didn't work under 10.5.2 and even with the new 10.5.2. Any ideas?

PC users cannot see attachments. Why?

When sending attachments to PC users, I get a lot of people saying that nothing was attached. I end up having to zip everything for PC users.
Does anybody know what I'm doing wrong?

Whilst using my MobileMe Account I cannot add attachments to my e mails. If this persists I will have to stop using Firefox.

I cannot add attachments to e mails from my MobileMe Account whilst in firefox. In Safari everything works fine.
