Cannot see USB call recording option on SPA525G2 connected to UC560

Cannot see USB call recording option on SPA525G connected to UC560. Phone is configured to use SCCP (not SIP). Firmware version downloaded to phone is 7.5.2c. Software pack 8.6.2 installed on UC560.
Can you please advise if USB Call Recording fuction is possible with this phone and UC560? If so, how do I configure this?

Hi I dont think it is a ethernet/wireless issue - wireless on XP laptop works in other networks and in fact can connect to TC router - I am just not seeing the TC when I use Airport on the Windows XP machine.
Taking a different approach - I have been able to set up a local pinter on the XP laptop using an IP port that points to the USB printer connected to the TC and this works.
I am still intrigued as to why Airport on XP cannot see the TC however the workaround is fine

This is normal... that mean your task profile for "BPCUser" doesn't offer the possibility to perform Administration tasks.
You should take a look to the Security Guide, in order to see if Primary Administrator or Secondary Administrator could be assigned to your users.

But in any case, the problem only comes from a task profile that doesn't allow Admin tasks.

Cannot see pdf or xml option in Broadcaster in BI7

Hi All ,
I am having an issue where I cannot see the PDF option or XMl option in the Broadcaster.We are currently on BI 7 and just upgraded to SP12.Can anybody help me?

Hi Aditya,
When I open the query on web browser it opens the query and i am able to get the exact result on web.But with Bex analyzer, I suppose you dont really see the option of distribution of query through broadcaster Right? You can only a distribute a workbook using a broadcaster.

Cannot see usb connected devices

when connecting usb device (WD 500 GB) where my music is stored cannot see the device - also not seen in iTunes.
Cannot sync iPad.

Bootcamp issue, cannot see USB device

10.6 macos, install boot cam
& have upgrade to 3.2
everything runs fine,
window 7 have activation,
CD rom works,
but cannot see any USB device/firewire device
a) my USB thumb drive and hard drive
restart, recheck, see nothing, no icons
which I use with my thinkpad & have no issue.
b) how to access the firewire device which is not fat 32, any idea?
i have update most of the drivers, any missing? any link?

Look in Finder > Preferences > General tab > check External Disks to show the usb device on the desktop.
Do the same in the Sidebar tab if desired.

NOKIA LUMIA 520: I cannot see my call log date wis...

Dear nokia support team and members,
I cannot view my call log date wise. If i receive call or If I missed a call I need to scroll down to the respective call entry like a treasure hunt in the call log history.
My brother has Lumia 610 which is a old version of wondows i.e.,7.5 mango where in he doesn't have this kind of issue at all. Being a updated model nokia lumia 520 should have this feature and should also expected additional features..But this is really disappointing ..

Why is there no option to record a phone call these 4th gen iPhones' without having to download an app?!!! I think the apple techs should come up with this new feature as part of a future software update.

You might want to check out Google Voice, which allows incoming calls to be recorded.
There are apps available that record iPhone calls, but they usually involve routing the call through a third party.

I've sent a campaign and I cannot see any statistics recorded against it. Why is this so?

An email campaign may take up to 24 hours to reach all of the recipients int he list. For you to have a better understanding of how email campaign works, there are a few reasons why you are not able to see any statistics for the completed campaigns.
First of all, make sure you have selected a HTML version of the campaign and not Text version. In order for the system to register an opening, the email client needs to download the images from the email or the user needs to click on a link and go to your website. The tracking code is attached to the images. If your newsletter does not have an image in it, the system will insert image into it for the recording purposes. That image download is then recorded by the system. The image download is what causes the reports to reflect that the email campaign message was opened. The problem is that the email clients don't do this by default to prevent spammers form identifying the legitimate email addresses. In Outlook, Gmail, Thunderbird, Mail and most other clients, you often have to specifically click on "Download Images" (or something along those lines) link. So, for all those customers that end up viewing the newsletter without downloading the image, the system will have no way of recording the opening.

Cannot see USB disk on Time Capsule with 10.7

After updating to 10.7.1 I can not see my external USB drives connected to Time Capsule.
They usually show up in Finder when I click on the Time Capsule icon in the left side.
Can I mount them in a different way?

It is going to take Time Machine some time to index the new backup, so wait a day or so for this to occur.
Then, click on the Time Machine "clock" icon down on the dock at the bottom of the screen. A lot of data has to load, so if you are using a wireless connection, leave things alone for 5-10 minutes or so.
Once you have history of backups, you can use the time line on the right of the screen to select a data of a past backup to view how your Mac looked on that date. If you need to restore a file, navigate to the location, click to highlight the file, and then click Restore below the window

I recently purchased a online number (US). My friends are trying to reach me on that number, but the call does not show on my Skype. They leave a voice message and I get a notification of that and I can hear the message. Why am I not able to see a incoming call?

Yes, annoyingly there seems to be a bug somewhere. I'm in the UK, and I've got the same problem with a particular computer logged into Skype. Loads of other people have this problem, too.

Did you already try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again? You will not lose data by resetting.
If this does not work, and to rule out damaged data inside the backup, set it up as new device without using the latest backup afterwards.
If the sound comes back, restore from the backup again.

XP sp3 cannot see usb hard drive connected to airport extreme 802.11n

I have a sata drive that the airport utility recognizes. I attempted to follow the instructions from post HT1331 but no luck yet. I also reformatted the drive from ntfs to fat32 using vista but with the same result.
I found another post while writing this one which solved my problem. It turns out how I formatted the drive wasn't usable by AEBS.

I don't think two problem are related. Now, for PC, try to disable the firewall software if you ave one. Some firewall can block it, like for ex PC Tools firewall, or ZonaAlarm. Some of them you can configure to work with disk agent.

Cannot see my Ipad on my computer when connected

I have always been able to get the videos and pictures from my ipad when I connect to my computer. Is there something in settings that I may have inadvertently touched.
My ipad is recognized when I go to itunes. I want to be able to transfer the photos and videos from my ipad to my computer.
