Cannot send after Verizon had suspended me for 24 hours.

On November 20th I sent out 2100 emails to update my files. I spread them out over the course of the day not realizing the 1000 per day limit Verizon sets (my bad- I know). I served my 24 hour suspension from being able to send emails and that ended on November 21st at 518pm.
Now I can send & receive through the Verizon site BUT in Thunderbird I can only receive & not send-- this is the message I receive--
'An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: 5.7.1 The message you attempted to send was determined to be spam. Please visit http://www.verizon.net/spamfaq for more information.. Please check the message and try again.'
I have been on the phone with Verizon reps for no less than 2.5 hours & they point to Thunderbird as the culprit even though I had not touched any settings.
Last night I upgraded to Thunderbird 31.2.0, changed to the new Verizon server settings & cleared cookies but I still cannot send. Thank you in advance for a solution.

This message generally indicates that your IP address has been blacklisted for sending spam. Only your provider can get the IP address off the list since they control their IP addresses. I would talk to Verizon again and ask for someone that knows what they are talking about instead of the first person that answers the call.

We can help you right here with your phone! How often does it turn off? Is it just that the screen goes black or does it completely power down? Also, does it start back up by itself if it does power down?

CalDAV is calendar syncing. Try going to your exchange account settings and turning Calendar syncing to Off.

I havent had a signal for 12 hours

My Iphone 4s has totally lost its signal and has been like that for 12 hours. I have tried switching it off and on, cleaned the sim card. and have also contacted my network provider to which they say its the phone and not the sim. Any ideas???

I have an hp mini 210-4000 that has had no sound for 48 hours, little help?

O/S: Windows 7 (starter)
I have had no audio for about 48 hours now and am looking for some help please. At first I thought that it may have been a hardware failure but having done a system check windows is informing me that the internal speaker is enabled and that it is working normally. There has been no physical damage to the notebook either.
I have tried all of the standard troubleshooting techniques that are suggested and have tried restoring everything to the way it was about 4 days ago with no success.
The light next to the mute button has stopped lighting up no matter whether it is set to mute or not. In terms of the software if I perform standard tests and play audio through any programs it is being recognised by everything (speaker icon, 'beats' audio desk, applications etc) but there is just nothing to be heard.
The notebook is set to normally install automatic updates and I have seen from the forums that other people have been experiencing similar problems from across the board. Has an update been released that may have caused this?
Any help that people can offer in rectifying this problem that I'm assuming is software-based would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

Network disconnects after Mac mini is running for several hours but a reboot fixes it

i have updated my Mac mini to Yosemite but now it has a networking problem after running for several hours . Trying to open a webpage in Safari or chrome doesn't work, the remote site appears to disconnect. Mail is not downloaded and email already downloaded has no images when I display them. Interestingly DNS resolution is working nslookup finds the IP but telnet to a web site on port 80 gets an instant disconnect.
THe connection ion is wired into a hub and the ISP connection is fine from the other computers on our home network.
I am now rather perplexed how to fix this without constantly rebooting the Mac which just goes against the grain.

Cannot find a Verizon e-Mail address for Complaints

My web-based Verizon e-mail was infected. A viral e-mail was sent to everyone in my Sent folder that I had recently corresponded with. That is how I know it happened via the web-based access, because I have many more contacts in my computer's Outlook application. Also, at the time the viral e-mail was sent, I was at work, not at home on my home computer. I received one of the viral e-mails at work!!! I have been trying to find a contact e-mail to send this information to Verizon, but every time I click on a "Contact Us" link, it loops me back to the same page. This is EXTREMELY frustrating! Very bad customer service!! Does anyone have a good e-mail contact for Verizon web-based e-mail issues?

Cannot send gmail since update to Mail for Mavericks. Help?

I am able to receive mail and of course @me works fine. However, only since the update that was supposed to fix this issue, can I no longer send mail. I have deleted the gmail account and of course used the application specific password from google. This is crazy frustrating.

@ignotus2you, I have the same problem. What I have been doing is going back to google and revoking the application specific password. adding the macbook back in to generate a new password and use the new password to get mail to work again. Work again til it craps out again and then repet the process

TS3276 I cannot send mail. the server keeps asking for my password/user id for IMAP

Is there a way to have no passwords for either e-mail accounts.
Why am I continuously prompted for my IMAP and I do not know what that password is.

Who is the provider of this email account? It can be very hard to distinguish between a PW prompt instigated by the Incoming server vs the Outgoing server. What are the recommended ports to use for each from this provider?

And you can receive email? You set up your Gmail account using the "Gmail" option and not the "Microsoft Exchange" option, right?
Are you sure that the Internet connection you're using allows IMAP support?
Also, I think you need to enable IMAP in your Gmail settings as well.

My MacBook Pro restarts after it's been idle for an hour

I'm new to daily Mac use, but I think I have my settings correct. My laptop is kept plugged in at work - never runs on battery. In my Energy Saver system prefs, I have Computer Sleep and Display Sleep set to Never on both Power Adapter and Battery, all options (hard disk sleep, wake for network access, reduce brightness, start up after power failure) are unchecked. There is nothing set up in the Schedule area to turn on or off at specific times.
Every time the computer is idle for more than an hour (when I'm at lunch or in a meeting), when I come back the computer has restarted itself. Not gone to sleep, or shut down, but completely restarted.
Is there some other setting I'm missing that's making this happen? Although I try to remember to save all my work before I leave just in case, every so often I forget, and I'm getting sick of losing work (or even just losing system state and having to restart all my programs, reopen all my files, etc.)
Someone on the apple.stackexchange forum suggested checking my console log, but when I posted the results I didn't get any comments except that maybe it had overheated. But it never restarts randomly, which I would think would happen if it had overheated. It's always tied to the idle time.

Doesn't sound like it. It sounds like you're being logged-off.
Does your Mac go through the complete Restart cycle -- black screen, gray and/or blue screen momentarily, startup chime, etc?
If you're not sure, do a Restart just to watch the process; the next time the problem occurs, see if it's the same.
You need to know which it is, as these will have very different causes, and different places to look for a solution.

Permission issues when trying to run any adobe app, tech support guy quit after trying to fix it for 2 hours

I don't know what to do. Any of my adobe apps give the same error:
Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.
The aforementioned tech support person was a test account he made, and spent a long time doing stuff with all the permissions for the adobe files. Eventually he got it so illustrator at least would launch, then immediately crash. He just quit without a work not too long after that.
I'm running windows 7, 64bit. On my own personal computer. Please help
note: I was also having issues with creative cloud, which managed to get fixed

Caps folder contains database file like Cache.db , Media,db , pdb.db which holds the information regarding Apps installation on system and other essential data, in some cases if the files are corrupted , it is essential to remove Caps folder .
Once you delete Caps folder , CC app will list Apps with Install button as it does not have information regarding installation of CC apps as the Media.db file will be deleted along with it.
In this case , it is better that you uninstall the Apps which is not listed as Up to Date ,and being listed with Install button even though it is already installed.

Nano problems after not turning it off for 24 hours

I forgetten to turn off my nano and put in in pause mode and hold it for overnight. When i realised what happened in the moring, i couldnt turn it off and it just froze. I reset my nano by pressing the menu button and select button and it finally turned off. I tried to turn it on again but could not. I thought that it had no more battery, so i went to charge it. but when i tried to charge it, still, nothing appears on the screen and I cannot turn it on too. Help anyone?

everytime im on the phone, my iphone hangs up excaly after 1 hours and 30 mins of talking, is there anything that i can do, so it wont hang up cuz its annoying!!!
