Having the same issue but it seems to be everything - messages, phone, contact, viber. It's made my phone completely useless!! I open it, opens it, doesn't load anything but the white page and then it goes back to the home screen.
I can't even go back to a phone back up as it wont connect to itunes any more - says it needs to be updated - app store has no update for itunes.

Cannot sign into Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 - no access to online services or tutorials.

Anyone else have problems signing into Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 tonight? I keep getting error message 400 or the program simply freezes. My adobe ID and password are valid. Help Line told me to post this question here. Any and all help are greatly appreciated. I would like to access the online storage, email capabilities and tutorials.

It works OK and the syncing between devices is nifty. At least it is with my daughter's ipad, the Android app does not work with the Android 2.2 software version on my phone.
Why not give it a try. If you had images on photoshop.com they'll have been transferred to Revel (same id / password as you used for photoshop.com). and you can install a trial version of PSE12 and see if you like the mobile albums feature. Installing PSE12 will not mess up anything in your PSE10. And you can see if you like the new PSE12 new User Interface.

Cannot sign up for .Mac or acces Yahoo! Mail with Firefox unless...

I cannot access my Yahoo! mail account or sign up for .Mac via Firefox 1.5 browser. At the office I have no problem accessing via cable modem. At home via dsl I cannot. Funny thing though, I am able at home via dsl to access these problem sites if I drag my Firefox 1.5 application onto the desktop. If I leave it in the applications folder and launch it via the dock it doesn't work-I dont want it on my desktop as I like to keep it clean and neat. Any suggestions?

Double-check that you only have one copy of Firefox installed on your machine - it almost sounds like you are launching the old version at some times, and the new one at others.
Just for troubleshooting purposes, what happens if you launch Firefox from an alias on your desktop?
Any difference?

Signed up for photoshop CC

Today i signed up to try photoshop CC. Application manager ran and said I was up to date. HOWEVER, I expected that my regular CS6 woul have 3d capabilities, ie PHOTOSHOP CS6 EXTENDED.
Am I rewuired to do something to activate it?

Photoshop CC is not yet available for download. It will be available next month. However, you can still use PS CS6 in the mean while.
If you have subscribed for Photoshop Single app subscription, you will get PS CS6 standard and that does not contain 3D capabilities.
In order to get PS CS6 extended, you need to have complete creative cloud membership.

Cannot sign in for exporting documento to Excel or Word

I open the PDF document but cannot sign in.

I am not sure about what video, but my guess is that was a PDF produced from Excel or WORD with PDFMaker. In such a case, it would have tags and all that would retain all of the information you need. When you are working with a scanned document, you have no such tag info that provides layout info (like cell locations and such). There are some 3rd party products that are said to do a better job in such cases, but often cost as much as Acrobat and only do the conversion. If you can point out the video, then maybe we can discuss aspects of what you are doing compared to the video.

Cannot find download for Photoshop CS5

I own a copy of Photoshop CS5, but cannot download it off of the Adobe site. I've followed the guide instructing me to look inside the Orders for my account, but my order hisory is completely empty. I tried searching for a download directly, but could only find CS6.

Hey! I can't sign up for Photoshop from Japan!!

I am trying to do the 1000 JPY Photoshop deal. I go to the HK store, click on the 1000 yen a month button, and get a HK reseller for $68HK, with option only for a HK credit card. So what gives? How do I sign up from Japan with a Japanese credit card???

I am having the same problem however I end up having hardware error "Sense code 52102"
My video capture is similar to yours except I am using HD (Canon HNV model Legria HV40)
The process takes a long time and I have breaks in my recording to DVD and with no sound - once it completed after 40 hours.
I have wasted over 20 DVD's trying different things.
OS: Windows 7 64-bit.
Video footage format: HD 1440 X 1080 (1.333) 25fps, 48KHz
Photoshop Images: 1440 X 1080 (1.333)
I have not tried what you did buy opening up Encore and importing to new timeline , let me do that and see if I get the same message.

Hi, I used webos doctor 2 days ago and when I restarted and try to activate touchpad with my old account, It said " we were unable to sign you in, please try again in few minutes or contact hp for help resolving this problem" I tried many times already, always gave me the same message...
well, when I tried another account I just created,it worked (and I performed the full erase under the account and tried to log in with old old account, still not working) .. but I have purchased a lot apps in my old account and don't want to spend the money again.

Cannot install update for photoshop cc

I have had this update for a while and it has not allowed me to install it because it says that Photoshop cc is open...when it is not. Anyone else have this problem?

I am not sure of your operating system details but you can close the process "Photoshop CC" from Activity Monitor (on Mac) or Task Manager (on Windows).
If you are unable to find the process then you can re-start the machine and then try to update it.

Cannot install patch for Photoshop CS5

I have downloaded the free trail of Photoshop CS5 and had the 0xc000001d aplication error. I tried to download the 12.0.1 patch, however I get this error: Error loading Updater workflow.

Under some conditions completely removing the app, reinstalling, and immediately running the updater has been successful. I realize that's not trivial to do.

When I try to sign in to validate the program the small circle icon at the bottom right-hand corner turns endlessly but does not take me to a sign in window. Can anyone tell me how to overcome this? I have tried turning off my Internet protection and my firewall, but still have not been able to get through.
