Cannot sign in my eprint account

hello 3 days back, i couldn't sign into my eprint account.
a page comes saying not found, sometimes. error 404
after that i cannot even create account,or sign up again
it says not found or error 404.
in my printer  when i press apps it says cannot connect to the server, try again or later.
after 3 days i had done factory default setting, this printed out a new printer code.
and in the apps section only one icon is there says more, when i click it says go to eprintcenter.
where are the other apps i had got when i bought the printer.
can someone please help me, what do i have to do.

Welcome to the HP Support forums.  I gather that you are encountering difficulties when trying to log into HP ePrintCenter or HP Connected sites.  I also see that you are unable to access any of the apps from the front panel of your printer.
To better assist you, would you please provide some further information:
What make/model/product number of HP printer do you have? Guide to finding your product number
How is the printer connected (USB cable, ethernet, or wireless)?
What operating system are you using on your computer (Windows 7, Mac 10.8, or Windows 8, etc)?
Are you able to access the internet on your computer? If yes, have you recently made any changes to your home network setup (new router, changed internet service providers, change network password, etc)?
Have you recently had the chance to clear your cache and cookies? You can learn how to do this at this page by Indiana University, How do I clear my web browser’s cache, cookies, and history?

    That message usually means that you have not set up iCloud using a device with iOS 5 or a Mac with OS X Lion.

        I want to make sure you have access to your email, Trevorno. I'd like to clarify. Are you having trouble signing into your Hotmail account or your Gmail account? If you are trying to sign into your Hotmail account, you will need to set up your account using the default Email application.     * "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
    * "Remove the Cookies" from sites that cause problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
    Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
    * Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

    the best solution for this is go to Settings> General> Reset> Reset all settings. 
    This will not delete any data, but only settings & this might resolve  the issue.

  • Cannot sign in to iTunes account via iTunes on Macbook Pro

    I can sign in to the discussion forums here (obviously), I can connect via the store on my iPhone with no problem.  Same password in each case - yet on my MacBook Pro [v. 10.0.4 (4)] iTunes simply pops the Sign In box back up.
    Of particular interest - if I intentionally put in the wrong password, I get a line of red text that says "Your Apple ID or password was entered incorrectly."
    So I enter in what I am 100% certain is the correct password, and I just get the "Sign in to view account information" box with no warnings or errors indicated.
    I can't help but wonder if there is one of a couple of issues going on - first - that it might be a problem with Apple's servers.  Second possibility is that there is a cache issue with my MacBook Pro and/or a proxy server somewhere in the chain hiccuping.
    Anyone have any suggestions?  My password is obviously correct - it works here, on my AppleTV, and on my iPhone just fine... it is only on my MacBook Pro that the issue is showing up. I don't think its my internet connection - as I just tried again on my iPhone from the same wifi - and it worked just fine.

    If I try to say I forgot my password it doesn't recognize my email address and if I try to create a new account it says it already exists

    I will need a little more info in order to help out. Is this the first time you are trying to set up an account and add a printer? Or have you been there before and now it will not let you sign back in? What type of printer do you have? You might be stuck in a snapfish error loop, that would be where you have gotten signed up at snapfish at some point, possibly without knowing and now its preventing sign in at ePrint center.  But to determine if that is the case, I will need to know if you have ever successfully set up an account.  Then I can provide instructions to resolve that.

  • Cannot sign in to Nokia account on Nokia Suite 3.2...

    I need to update my E63 phone software but apparently I need to sign in to my Nokia account to do that.
    Except I cannot do that, I keep getting told Nokia Suite cannot sign in to my Nokia account (at one point it said "cannot connect to server").
    My internet connection is working fine, I have no proxies, and my Firewall settings are letting the suite through.
    I found an FAQ telling me to get rid of expired certificates, but I did this and it did not help at all.
    I can't even send feedback through Nokia Suite.
    Please help

    So to confirm, you've tried this:
    Go to Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Content > Certificates > Trusted Root Certification Authorities. Delete all GTE CyberTrust certificates whose expiration date has passed. You should be left with one GTE certificate that is valid.
    Also have you tried to update over the air?

    I am in Mexico and I cannot signed into my account, plus I don't have any service...

    Not sure what it is you did. If you have your contacts saved in iCloud (you can check them by signing into your Apple/iCloud account at iCloud.com - check the Contacts there), then changing your Apple ID will have no effect on your iCloud content. Also, when you Sign Out of the iCloud account on your device, you are given the option to keep the Contacts on that device. If you select "Keep", then when you sign back on with the updated Apple/iCloud ID, it will ask you if you want to merge the contacts on your device with your iCloud account. If you select "Merge", then it merges them.
    Also, what the instructions above are having you do is change the Apple ID that the iCloud account is linked to. It is the same Apple account, you are just changing the ID itself. The iCloud account associated with that ID is not changing or being affected in any way. If you created a new Apple ID, then that is the problem. A new ID would be linked to a new/different iCloud account.
    However, either way, if you keep your contacts and then merge them even if you set up a separate ID altogether (which is not what the instructions are telling you to do), your contacts would be intact.

    i cannot sing into my iCloud account on my mac.  IT has the wrong apple ID and my apple ID that has been verified does not work. My other devices have my correct apple id and I can sign in.  This is very frustrating.  Thanks

    Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.

    After resolving the initial issue associated with a SnapFish account (reset the PW), I'm now trying to log into ePrint.  I enter my userid/email and then the password. When I click on the Sign In button nothing happens. When I hover over the button, I can see "javascript:void(0)" at the bottom of the browser screen.  I'm using Windows 7 and IE9.0. 
    NOTE: I was able to sign into the SnapFish Account. 
    Can anyone help me?

    The printer code is only valid for 24 hours, so that might have been why you were having issues with it. To re-activate the code, you will want to go back into the ePrint menu on your printer and press the "Print Report" or "Print Info" button.
