Cannot sign in to lightroom mobile
I Ihave installed LR mobile on my ipad. On a macbookpro I was able to sign in to the mbole program, but on my iMac I am unable to sign in and receive the message in the inserted screen capture. I have rebooted and same issue persists. I have also been haveing problems with signing in to creative cloud (I submitted a question 3 days ago, but no responses yet) and don't know if this may be related. I deleted the creative cloud desktop but this still cannot sign in to LR mobile.
Hi all ,
We have noticed that lots of users are facing CRASH issue with Lightoom CC ( New launched release )
The fix is quite simple .
Open Creative cloud and click the gear icon at the Gear icon and choose preferences
Hit Sign out from Creative cloud window.
Re-login to CC app and then launch Lightroom CC ( it should work ).
Please have a look at the screenshot below to know the SIGN OUT process from
Creative cloud.
Thanks.

Cannot sync photos to Lightroom mobile
I have recently installed lightroom on my laptop and on the first time of use, have successfully created several albums that I shared to LR Mobile on my iPad. However since that first time I cannot make any photos sync to LR Mobile. I have removed the previously synced photos and still nothing comes across? HELP...
I rebooted my iPhone and my MacBookPro. I then syncd just one event; about 300 photos. It worked!
So, I then selected All Photos, and it appears to be working, as I can see "copying photo 744 etc. of 5,116"....and it's moving along. Previously, I did not get this counter, just a busy bar, like it was working but seemed frozen.
Thanks. -

Do I really have to sign back in to Lightroom mobile every time I start?
Every time I open Lightroom I need to sign back in so Lightroom Mobile will synchronise. I haven't found any settings that will allow a persistent login, am I missing something?
Try this:
1. Start Lightroom
2. Sign in to Lightroom Mobile.
3. Sign out of Lightroom Mobile.
4. Sign back into Lightroom Mobile.
5. Quit Lightroom and restart.
We have heard about a few cases where Lightroom gets stuck trying to save the Adobe ID. This process seems to get it unstuck. Let me know if it works for you.
Thanks,

Unable to sign in to Lightroom Mobile on my desktop version. Does not recognise my Adobe ID, even after several attempts
Hi Adrian
I’m not sure how that works in practice but it may be possible because you would download a separate app for the iPhone compared with the iPad. But the iPhone 6 is very new so you may want to check over on the Creative Cloud forum to see if iOS8 is already supported.
The only problem I would envisage is syncing photos from the phone’s camera roll. It would create a separate collection in Lightroom desktop via smart previews in the cloud but would not sync with the ipad. -
How to resign Lightroom Mobile?
Hey Folks,
I just signed in for Lightroom Mobile. After installing I recognized that it is only a 30 day trial.
I looked up how to get contact to Adobe but i couldn't find anything.
Maybe you Guys can help me:
How can i resign my Lightroom Mobile?
Thanks for your help!Janick,
As a Creative Cloud member (free user) you get free 30 day trial to Lightroom mobile.
If you dont want to use you can leave the Lightroom trial as it is.
If you want to delete the files if they are synced by chance follow the steps as below:
To remove all your photos from Lightroom mobile, select Delete All Data from the Lightroom mobile preference panel. This option also deletes the files that control Lightroom mobile, all metadata and collection data and removes all images from the cloud. Photos on your desktop computer aren't deleted and remain in your desktop catalog.

Let me know if you need more help on this.
Cheers!

Since I joined creative cloud, I have not been able to sync. Why the difference? Worked good during initial trial.
Also I had installed the Mosaic app for ipad before Lightroom mobile came out and I cannot seem to get rid of it. How can I get mosaic out? I have cancelled, I have deleted, I have looked through the files for visible remnants. The sync count is 60 and static. The total number synced so far is 500+. None have been synced from the ipad except for corrections made there on those already synced.
I have deleted the Mosaic app from all machines and checked the library folder and have contacted the Mosaic tech support and they have discontinued my subscription. I still get mosaic messages on initiating Lightroom and sometimes at closing.
I have not tried to sync fewer yet, but some catalogs that I have tried are smaller numbers. Initially, it did well on good connections. Nothing works on my home connections over satellite. -
Lightroom Mobile Sign In broken
I’ve just installed Lightroom Mobile on my iPad for the first time.
When I launch the app, and click the ‘Get Started Now’ button, a Sign Up window pops up, but all it contains is this text:
{"error":"bad_request","error_description":"Locale part \"en-gb\" contains invalid characters"}
I gather Adobe has broken something on the server side?Hi kevinyank , could you please try to re-sign-in again without switching your ios to English. We've just deployed a fix so that the problem should be solved.
Please let me know how its working.
Sorry for the inconvienience. -Guido -
Lightroom mobile sign in problem
I have a photography subscription and can access lightroom on my desktop but not on the mobile app. When I sign in on the mobile app (iPad) I receive a message that my subscription has expired. I have tried reinstalling the app, signing in and out, changing my ID without effect. Please advise.
Could you please try to re-sign-in? There was a misconfiguartion at the back-end of your account. Should be fixed now.

Lightroom mobile trial - Adobe signed me up!?
I received an email from Adobe saying that I had signed up for a 30 day trial of Lightroom Mobile. I do not remember doing this. While I'd love to try this service at a later date, this is a busy time of year and I will not be able to take advantage of the trial. How can I get them to clear this trial from my account so that I can try Lr Mobile at another time?
Hello keith.
That is not true Keith. If it is like you say I could not have the trial version and I had it during a month without any problem!
Saludos, de margaret y un buen día.

Margaret, Mobile is only available to CC subscribers because it needs the cloud as the mechanism for syncing between Lightroom and Lightroom Mobile.
Maybe they could say it more explicitly, but the necessity of CC membership is pretty clearly implied (several times) by this page:

As it says I cannot use LR Mobile and I have no confidence that if I subscribe to Creative Cloud that the restriction will go awaY!
Please refer to Adobe Lightroom Mobile FAQ
The trial has already been used for light room.

Does anyone now what to do ?
-SoumyaIf indeed LR Mobile sync is causing the problem, you can turn off the sync by opening another LR catalog and signing out of LR Mobile. Details:
1. Hold down the Alt key (I assume you're on Windows) and then click "Lightroom" from the Start menu or click its icon (however you normally start it). This should open the Select Catalog window.
2. Select another catalog and open it. If you don't have another catalog, create a new test one and open that.
3. Go to Edit > Preferences > Lightroom Mobile.
4. Click Sign In and sign in.
5. If you're asked to Change Sync Catalog, click Switch To Syncing This Catalog.
6. Go to Edit > Preferences > Lightroom Mobile.
7. Click Sign Out.
8. Do File > Open Recent to open your original catalog.
9. If you're asked again to Change Sync Catalog, click Don't Sync.
10. Go to Edit > Preferences > Lightroom Mobile.
11. Click Sign Out.
