Cannot sign into eprint center

I am trying to set up an HP Officejet Pro 8500A Premium for eprint. I'm having difficulties logging into the eprint center.  I can't recall the password and the link to reset the password doesn't seem to work.   I saw one reference to contacting Cloud support but no link to a phone number or email.  Anyone have any advice?

Ok if I understand you correctly you already sign in for the service and use it at one point but now you can't access the service anymore.

  • I still cannot sign into eprint center despite everything, always an error with my private email

    address. i see that this has been a familiar and very frustrating issue for many. i read that i am not suppose to sign in with the printer email address so I don't know what to do. I registered it with private email, somewhere along the line i think it was switched to default but who knows. Regardless, it won't let me set up an account with my private email because its "in use". well yes its mine but its not "in use" for sure. I have read so much last night and now more hours tonight. I do know that we are not suppose to use the random printer email address to sign in so i dont know what to do. just seems ridiculous that this is so complicated. my whole intent is to change my printer email to something more user friendly, see what apps people really like to use that i can add...... but left at the door.     I was able to use eprint center, but my personal email address didn't work, same as yours. I never saw instructions to not use the random printer email address, and I finally tried that and it worked. The email address was the Printer Code @hpeprint.com. Once I got in like that, it let me create a nicer email address for my printer, but the suffix is still @hpeprint.com. I have not been able to use my personal address in the eprint center, so I guess it really wants the printer's email address. I hope this helps you!

    I'm sorry to hear that you are having this issue but here is a solution that may help(Cant Login to ePrintCenter)
    1. No the hp passport and the ePrintCenter account information are separate systems. Unless when you created the ePrintCenter account you used the same username and password you used to create the hp passport.

    What happens when you click the "forgot password" link?  
    If that doesn't work, try resetting  your password with www.snapfish.com or even going as far as to contact them and asking them to remove your account.  The two sites are notoriously linked and could have been created many years ago with an accidental click of an installation.

  • Can't sign into ePrint Center

    I created an account a few weeks ago.  Now I can't log into the site.  The forgot password doesn't find my email ("Enter the email address associated with your account." which I'm doing).   I know it's the right account because it's the only one I use for things like this AND I tried to re-create my account using that email and it says it's not available.  
    And for the record, the "Enter the email address" is a stupid modal popup box that requires me to close it before I do something else.  BAD practice.  Further it doesn't let me copy the text on the popup.  BAD.  Get your devs to rework that.
    For the recrod, printing via email is not working so that's why I'm trying to log in.  It worked for a test print and for a couple real prints when I first set it up.

    May you share what is the complete printer model?
    What operating system and version of the OS are you using i.e.. Win XP pro SP3 64 bits.

    I can't sign in to set up eprint.  It tells me incorrect password and when I try to reset my password it tells me to enter the correct e-mail address.  It is the correct e-mail address!!!  Please help.

  • I can't sign into game center and the app store?!

    I have a mac book pro which is about 1year and 2months old and I recently purchased and dowloaded the new mac osx mountain lion using the app store. I followed every step and agreed to all the terms and conditions. However now i cannot access the app store and I cannot sign into game center.
    Firstly, when i open the app store it says 'cannot connect to the app store' but somehow it can tell me that there is an update available. I have never had the problem before.
    Secondly, with game center I can open it but when I type in my apple ID and click sign in nothing happens.

    Try closing all open applications in multitasking and power cycling the device.  Once this is done test the results.  If the issue persists, I have included a couple troubleshooting articles that I would recommend going through.

    If you haven't been able to connect to the iTunes Store:
    Make sure your date, time, and time zone are correct in Settings > General > Date & Time.

    Note: If connected to cellular data, larger items may not download. You may need to connect to Wi-Fi to download apps, videos, and podcasts.

    Try resetting (turning off and then on again) your Wi-Fi router.

  • Trouble logging into eprint center to set up account

    having trouble logging into eprint center.
    I enter email and then password and its says password invalid
    I ask to reset password in the forgot password box and it asks for email address. When I type in email it keeps asking for email associated with account as if the box is blank. It keeps saying type in email.
    Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    The issue you're experiencing is most likely due to an old Snapfish account registered under your email address. ePrintCenter and Snapfish account information is stored in the same place and I've seen this conflict before. You will need to go to http://www.snapfish.com/snapfish/welcome, click the "Sign In" in the top right hand corner of the page and then click the "forgot password" link and enter the email address that is causing your problems, you should receive an email from Snapfish that will let you create a new password there. Once you've created a new password for Snapfish, try to Sign In on ePrintCenter (http://www.eprintcenter.com/) using your email address and the new password you created for Snapfish.

    I cannot sign into iCloud Mail from my MAC.  I have tried everything that I can think of to change in System Preferences, even deleted the mailbox and reinstalled it ..... nothing works.  It is fine on my iPhone 4S!!!  Please help ... about to go crazy!  There seem to be two accounts one from MobileMe (mail) and iCloud (calendar and contacts find my phone).  I have tried moving the mail to iCloud and unticking it on MobileMe but it will not allow me to submit it!

  • Almost everytime I sign into Game Center or into a game itself my iPad goes back to desktop. Does anyone else have this problem?

    I'm having a lot of problems sometimes signing into Game Center, or when the game itself is loaded I will click on something and it pretty much crashes and goes back to desktop! This is very annoying. Just not sure why this keeps happening. Does anyone else have this problem and know what the cause of it may be?

    My guess would be you don't have enough memory available to run the games that you are trying to play. This is not supposed to happen in iOS - but I have seen too many instances to believe that the iOS can handle it properly all of the time. My suggestion would be to close all apps in the recents tray, reboot and start over again and see if that helps.
    Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the recents tray will appear with all of your recent apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar.
    Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
    The problem could be something else software related and restoring the device might help, but I would start with this and see how it goes.

    Did you haveany problem with updating to iOS 5? It soundsl like the update did not correctly restore from the backup that iTunes mnakes as the fisr step of the update.
