I really need someone help me on the following problem.
I have developed a portal application on my test server (Window 2000 server) using Oracle 817 EE and Oracle 9iAs 10221. It had wroked fine for months until yesterday. Yesterday, I treid to conect to my portal application like before using url(e.g.http://myserver/pls/portal30), but I could not connect to my portal application. The error message that I got from the browser(IE5) is:
The page cannot be displayed
Cannot find server or DNS Error
Internet Explorer
But, I think that I can connect to the OracleiSuiteHttpServer by using the following url:
http://myserver/
becasue I can open the httpserver page by using the above url.
Your help would be higly appreciated!

There is not problem in the tnsnames configuration. Because if I login as oracle then I can connect to the db using connectring. Developers are not able to connect from the server(Developer have unix account because they are loading data from sql*loader). -

This happened to me as well. **Warning: The following steps will remove all network passwords from your phone and you will have to re-input them. Unfortunately, this is unavoidable**
To resolve, I went to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings and accept the Reset Network Settings option.
Afterwards, I was able to log into the Game Center without a problem.

Each time I try to connect to the iTunes store, this has popped up. I googled error (-3212) and also followed the steps on iTunes support. I downloaded the new itunes and chose "repair files" all to no prevail. I use iTunes on a daily basis and bought and iTunes card 2 weeks ago which I now cannot use. Your iPad is syncd with iTunes on your computer and your iTunes account controls what's in your iPad. Previously it must have been sync'd with another person's iTunes account in which case you need to completely clear it out to make it your own.
Go to Settings > General > Reset (at bottom) > Erase All Content and Settings
Then plug it into your computer and restore it with YOUR iTunes account.
Or if your have an iTunes account already setup under your name with your own apps and media -
Plug it into your computer, open iTunes if it doesn't open automatically and on your iPad page, click Restore
Let it proceed. Then the iPad will no longer be looking for someone else's account. -

I had a similar problem. We've had multiple iPods, an iPod and my wife's iPhone 4s that sync just fine with our PC. Unfortunately, I could not get my new iPhone 5 to sync with iTunes. I kept getting an error message similar to the one that you are getting.
I simply plugged the USB for the iPhone into different USB ports. I am certainly not a computer expert, but my understanding is that some of the PCs have different types of USB ports. Apparently, the USBs on the back of my Dell desktop won't allow me to sync the phone, but the USB port on the front works just fine.
I'm not sure if this is a fix for everyone, but it worked for me. Good luck! -
