Cannot sign into my Apple ID.
Everytime I have tried to log into the UK itunes (from my house in China) using my Apple ID I have recieved a message that reads 'Connection failed'. The same thing also happens when I attempt to sign in through the app store or through another device such as the iPhone or Macbook
Are you connected using which connection? Wi-fi or 3G/4G?

On my Apple TV I cannot sign into the Apple Store
I have the most current os for the Apple TV, and my network is working fine, I can download video from Netflix and Hulu, put I cannot access the Apple Store using my current apple ID. This means I cannot access any of my purchases, nor can I look at any new movies. I can listen to Apple Radio, and I can access videos on my computer.
Any Ideas?I'm having the same problem with my iPad Mini. I've decided after many attempts that it's Apple's problem, since I have no problem accessing the store and making purchases through my other devices. It's saving me a lot of money not being able to buy new apps and in-app purchases. And I'm not going to waste any time with Apple Support on it. They want my money, they can figure it out all on their own. Maybe Samsung is better with this sort of hiccup...

My iPad won't let me sign into my Apple ID when I try and download an app it asks for my id and password and when i type it in the iPad displays a message saying cannot connect to iTunes Store. However when i do this on my phone it works perfectly. Even when i sign in and out.
Has anyone else had this problem? If so how can I fix this?Remember, any purchased item from the itunes store is forever associated with the Apple ID used to buy it. So when you get prompted for an ID/password and it doesn't accept it, then you are using the wrong ID.
Go to Settings>iTunes and App Stores, be sure it's logged into the ID you have set on the iphone (since that one seems to be connecting with the right ID). If you've done this, then you might wait a bit to see if the "cannot connect to .. store" message has to do with internet connections. -

You are getting this message because you are attempting to create an iCloud account on a PC. You can only create iCloud account on an iOS device (iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch) running iOS 5 or higher, or on a Mac running OS X Lion (10.7.2) or higher. After creating your account on one of these devices you will then be able to sign into the account on your PC.

Try contacting Apple for assistance resetting the password by going to https://expresslane.apple.com, then click More Products and Services>Apple ID>Other Apple ID Topics>Lost or forgotten Apple ID password.

Every time I sign into my apple ID account online I cannot log out by clicking a "sign out" button.
This is quite strange. Closing the browser window doesn't automatically log me out either.
I know with itunes there is a sign out or log out button but not with signing in your account online.
I had to change some personal information which is why I noticed it.I'm on a PC. Maybe that makes a difference. And I went directly to apple.com; I did not launch the store from Itunes -- so perhaps that's the difference.
Whatever it is I am never presented with a command bar that looks anything like yours.

I cannot sign into iCloud Mail from my MAC. I have tried everything that I can think of to change in System Preferences, even deleted the mailbox and reinstalled it ..... nothing works. It is fine on my iPhone 4S!!! Please help ... about to go crazy! There seem to be two accounts one from MobileMe (mail) and iCloud (calendar and contacts find my phone). I have tried moving the mail to iCloud and unticking it on MobileMe but it will not allow me to submit it!

I am having no problems downloading from the app store today. I just tried it again. However, I read some of those other discussions as well and there have been times when the iTunes or App Store has been out of commission. Don't hold your breath waiting for Apple to acknowledge it because that is not going to happen. That is not how they operate.

Cannot sign in to apple ID when installing Lion from recovery
I cannot seem to be able to sign into my Apple ID when trying to restore my MacBook pro from a recovery pen drive created by the new software that creates such things. What I suspect is happening is that my apple ID is a UK App store account and I am trying to reinstall here in my home in Germany, but there is no way to specify what country I bought the Lion OS from and it will detect I'm in Germany and try to log into the German store. If this is the case then how bloody silly, if not then why can I not sign in. Wifi is working fine and it does connect when it's in the installer so connection to the Internet is not the problem. Please help as I now have no OS on my laptop only a recovery partition and this pen drive.
I have the same issues, but not on my iphone, but on my laptop. My phone works fine, though. I have 7.0.4 as well.

Please help! I can power the device off but when i try to unlock the screen its like it cant feel my finger tracing over my unlock design, thus I cannot sign into itunes to download what i have before I possibly loose everything My warranty is expired and I dont know if there is any other solution before I dump a bunch of money into this devise. - Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

That means you have to sign into/view your account and review you account and make sure you have a valid payment method specified in your account.
