Cannot start widget - Ensure that SAP Business One Integration Service and SAP Business One Event Sender Service have been started
Dear Experts .
I'm trying to enable widget for my company db but getting the following error :
Ensure that SAP Business One Integration Service and SAP Business One Event Sender Service have been started; then wait 1 minute and try again
I can connect to the B1iF locally and remotely .
I have the db configured in the SLD and connects successfully .
I have the event sender service and proxy started and configured for the company db.
I can access the Dashboard web portal and login with database sap credentials (but I see nothing there)
I've checked that there are no duplicate entries in the SSLD table for SBO common (note : 1619422)
I've also tried to re-activate the xelcious from the B1iF->control.
My Setup :
I'm runing SBO server, B1iF installed locally and B1iSN installed on a 3rd party server.
I'm using B1iF as even forwarder for B1iSN.
I know this has been discussed many times through out the forum and I've tried most of the stuff other than clean install.
I would appreciate any input before removing B1iF completely and re-installing.

I am setting up SCVMM 2012 R2 in a production environment. Whenever I restart the SCVMM virtual machine the VMM service doesn't start automatically, I have to manually start it. I checked the VMM logs and in the event viewer i find the below error,

I added the 'VMMSVC' account as db_owner and sysadmin and also NT_Authority\System with same permissions still the service doesn't start on the start up.
I googled a lot and I find the threads with the error containing "General failure" but not with the above. Can someone please help me to find out why this error is occuring.

RaviIt's often only a problem of the service dependencies. SCVMM starts to fast, SQL server on the same machine in not initialized yet. Here are working service dependencies to ensure SQL server is initializes before SCVMM starts.
You can set the service dependencies directly in regedit (as always: be careful modifying the registry ...)
Here is the content of a reg file setting the dependency.

My new Mac mini (3 month) didn't start up, all that appeared was a white screen and a flashing folder with a question mark inside it.

Turn on your computer so that there is power to accept disk #1 into the optical drive. Once the disk is in the drive, shut off the computer by holding the start button down until it powers off. Then turn it on this time holding down the "C" key to make the computer boot from the disk. The question mark that you saw indicates that the computer cannot find a bootable volume. This can happen due to corrupted system files or an improper shutdown etc. Once you are in the "Installer" you can choose Disk Utility from the Utilities Menu in the menu bar. Use it to repair the disk and to see if that can solve your trouble.

I created two iTunes accounts: one for business purchases and one for personal. However, when I try to purchase an iBook on my personal account only the business account information appears, and my business password is requested. How can I select a different account depending on the type of purchase I am making?
You would have to sign out of the store with that AppleID and sign in with the alternate AppleID.
Settings -> iTunes & App Stores -> tap the Apple ID showing, logout, then login.
Beware thought that you can only change a device's AppleID association once every 90 days.

On start up my Mac Book Pro shows a white screen with a spinning wheel. I have tried starting up with the Snow Leopard disk - all I get is a blue screen. I guess that this is a major repair job??????
If you have the exact same problem - take the computer to an Apple store or an AASP. Whichever is more convenient for you. If you have AppleCare call them!

I recently switched from PC to Mac and am able to find and transfer most of the larger files of music to iTunes, but there are about 750 songs that are held in sub-files that require me to dig in and transfer them one by one to iTunes.. I've tried transferring the parent folders, but it doesn't seem to work. Does anyone know of a more efficient way of getting iTunes to dig into the subfolders and transfer the music without me having to go one by one?

Can't start Event Sender service
Hi experts,
I have a problem with starting Event Sender service. I have B1iSN server and SAP BO server on different machines. B1iSN server was installed successfully. I installed Event Sender and DI Proxy on SAP BO server. DI Proxy service started without any problems but Event Sender service shuts down right after it starts.
Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

I checked the Windows Event Viewer and there is an information that SAP Event Sender was stopped. When I start this service a get this message:
Service SAP Business One EventSender Service on the local machine started, and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or program.
This my translation because I get this message in Polish.
I had same problem with Apache server but solved it by changing path to jvm.dll for that service. Now I have no idea how to solve this problem.

I am trying to create system in B1iSN (Integration Application Explorer). I choosed SAP version (8.8), typed name and now I need to set b1Server, licenseServer etc. I have B1iSN and SAP BO server on different machines. They are not in the same company. I connect EventSender with B1iSN server. Now I want to set system in B1iSN and can't connect to SAP BO server. As I know, router on SAP BOserver blocks connection from B1iSN server. I have been asked about port number to allow B1iSN connect with SAP BO. What are those ports? Is this 30000?

Cannot perform a clean install of CF 10 - ODBC Agent and ODBC Server are not in Services - Win2k8 R2
I've tried to perform a clean install on a Win2k8 R2 x64 server several times and I can't seem to get it to install.
I was upgrading from CF 9, which took several attempts. I eventually got CF 10 working and running with the latest updates. But the server would only run for about 15 minutes and everything would come to a screaching hault. ColdFusion pages would fail to load with no error. The pages would hang and wait for the server to respond, which it never did. Restarting IIS would fix the problem.
I have about 20 CF sites on the machine. I came accross an article that talked about pool sizes, etc. I ended up trying a few things with the Web Server Configuration Tool, and as I was adding/deleting servers, I got an error that some application unexpectedly quit, but it wasn't the wsconfig tool. This happened about 3 times as I was deleting servers that I had previously added. Then I tried loading the CF Admin and I got a 500.0 internal server error.
So I bit the bullet and figured I would start all over again. I uninstalled CF 10... now there's nothing on the machine. Re-installed CF 10, and I get the same 500.0 Internal Server Error. I uninstalled, restarted, installed... same thing. Then I found an error in the event viewer that reads:
The description for Event ID 0 from source ColdFusion 10 ODBC Server cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
The following information was included with the event:
ColdFusion 10 ODBC Server error: 0
StartServiceCtrlDispatcher Error!
Then I found out that neither the ColdFusion 10 ODBC Agent or the ColdFusion 10 ODBC Server have been installed... at least they're not showing up in the list of services. msconfig also shows that they don't exist at all. I tried reinstalling several times and I can't get them to show up.

Once you move your application from any prior version of ColdFusion to ColdFusion 10, you will have to tune your application, as the architecture changed from JRun to Tomcat.
You can refer to the article http://blogs.coldfusion.com/post.cfm/tuning-coldfusion-10-iis-connector-configuration for parameters, that needs to be tuned appropriately to make CF connector works flawlessly.

Hi,
I'm not able to access the term store. I get an below mentioned error.
"The Managed Metadata Service or Connection is currently not available. The Application Pool or Managed Metadata Web Service may not have been started. Please Contact your Administrator. "
Since this is happening on my local machine (Dev environment). I have full control on the term store and the all the site collections.
Hence, this is not a permission issue.
I have checked, the Metadata service is active on the machine. All the application pools in IIS is running.
After reading one of the recommendation on internet, I created a new Managed Metadata Service.
After which I was able access both (old and new) MMS from Central Admin only (highlight the MMS from manage service applications and click Manage ) and not from the site collection (term store management).
Now again its not working after I did an IISRESET.
The managed metadata service (Managed Metadata Service Connection) is grayed out.
ULS Error says:
Failed to create ManageLink for service proxy 'Managed Metadata Service'. Exception: System.TimeoutException: The request channel timed out attempting to send after 00:00:09.9999999. Increase the timeout value passed to the call to Request or increase the SendTimeout

I tried making all possible combination of changes to the web.config and client.config files but it does not make any difference to the environment.
