Cannot Sync Facebook Photos - SNS

Hello all,
ISSUE: Sync Facebook with other Apps - is broken
So now my calendar and photos no longer sync w the FB content.
Troubleshooting:
Uninstall FB
Restart Phone
Re-install FB
Application / Platform is enabled in FB desktop.
Internet Troubleshooting has led me to believe the answer lies in updating the SNS app/ feature under the Samsung Store.
...HOWEVER, the Samsung Apps store is gone and no longer available on my phone.
Question: How do you update SNS without the Samsung Apps store?

The "link related" and "text related" crashes were what I interpretted here, too, though I'm at a loss on how to proceed given that this is a fresh system and applications. This is happening with multiple InDesign projects in a design office environment where many others work on the same files and none of the other computers are having problems with these files. I've removed the same files listed (thank you for those) before and did so effectively with creating the new user account to test with, but it had no effect. I just tried again though, as these files could easily have becone corrupt again if they were being written to when InDesign crashed. Will let you know if that makes any difference. I've also gone through and completely cleaned out the fonts again and once more cleared the font caches. If need be I'll reboot this system into safe mode and try that way.

You can use an external drive with LR but I recommend only using it for
image file storage while keeping your catalog on your internal HD for
performance. If you moved files outside of LR (Finder or Explorer) you will
have to clue LR in on where they are now. Use the left-hand folder panel in
Library mode to navigate to the location on your external drive and use the
find photo option get LR to reconnect them. If you moved the catalog and
now LR can't find it you should get a window allowing you to select a new
one where you can navigate to the new location and select it. You can also
just start LR by clicking on the Lightroom 5 catalog.lrcat file to open it
and start LR.

Cannot sync any photos from iPhoto to iPhone

I cannot sync any photos from iPhoto to my iPhone. When I select the box to "Sync Photos from iPhoto," it displays "0 photos" regardless of what other settings I try (all photos, selected albums, etc.). Attempting to sync from folders other than iPhoto works fine.
I have tried removing the iPod Photo Cache. (First syncing the iPhone with no photos selected, then removing the phone, closing iTunes and iPhoto, trashing the cache, emptying the trash, rebooting the iMac, restarting the phone, reattaching the phone, and trying to sync again.)
I've tried searching the internet for a solution, but have only found threads going off in multiple directions with no clear advice.
iMac running OS X 10.9.1
iPhoto 9.5.1
iPhone 4S running iOS 7.0.4

Additional info: I tried repairing permissions, repairing the database, and even rebuilding the database in iPhoto. Rebuilding eliminated all ordering in my albums. Since this seemed to be only messing things up further, I then tried restoring my entire iPhoto Library from a previous version in Time Machine (when synching photos still worked). However, the problem persists. I am still unable to sync any photos from iTunes to my phone.

Hi I have recently upgraded my iphone 4 to the new iTunes 10 & 3.1 firmware for iphone & Im going crazy coz i cant sync any photos to my iphone 4 yet on the bar it shows that i have 3 .6gig on my iphone of photos BUTI havnt,Ive got 36 photos in the cameraroll on iphone .
Ive done a hard reboot on my iphone & ive also done a restore in iTunes but I still cant sync any photo's.Also at the end of the sync Im getting a pop-up box with a big red EXCLAMATION mark with a little itunes icon attached saying I couldnt sync becoz cannot find my IPHONE 4 file & also ive noticed a REVERT button above the sync button & I have no idea what that means.
The iphone was synching fine before I upgraded & when i did a restore ,i did a backup before then restored it to the backup,Can anyone help me workout what is wrong ? I would be so very greatful as im stuck as to what has happened & all was ok until i upgraded but now its not good at all.

What photos?
Photos synced to iphone from your computer are synced one way only. computer to iphone.
Photos taken with iphone are not part of the sync process. They should be imported regularly as you would with any digital camera

Cannot view facebook photos

I cannot view ANY photos on facebook. I can go into albums and see all the photos on one page, however when i click an individual photo, no photo shows up. I can see captions, but no photo's on facebook. Safari allows me to view facebook photos but firefox does not.

Check the image exceptions: Tools > Options > Content: Load Images: Exceptions
*A way to see which images are blocked is to click the favicon (Site Identification icon) on the left side of the location bar.
*A click on the "More Information" button will open the Security tab of the "Page Info" window (also accessible via "Tools > Page Info").
*Open the Media tab of the "Page Info" window.
*Select the first image and scroll down though the list with the Down arrow key.
*If an image in the list is grayed and there is a check-mark in the box "Block Images from..." then remove that mark to unblock the images from that domain.

IOS5 with iTunes 10.5 Cannot sync all photos to iPhone3GS.

Running iTunes 10.5 on Lion with latest iPhoto update. However, it seems that after this series of upgrades, I cannot sync the whole iPhoto library to my 3GS(around 7xxx photos).
After I choose "All photos, albums, Events, and Faces" under iTunes, it shows my phone still has free space, so I believe this should not be space issue.
I tried to removed iPod photo cache folder and rebuild iPhoto Library. No luck.
Is there anything I miss to solve it?

Two things to try:
If you have a Windows computer open a Command window and type:
netsh winsock reset
If this doesn't fix it, or if you have a Mac, your current backup may be corrupted. Delete it by going to iTunes Preferences, Devices tab, highlight the backup and delete it.
And if this still doesn't fix it, you may have a badly corrupted backup. Delete it manually by going the the Backup folder and deleting everything in it. You can find it as follows:
Mac OS: ~Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup
Windows XP %AppData%\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup
Windows Vista and Windows 7: %AppData%\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup

Anyway to sync the Facebook profile photos of my Live contacts on people hub? If my friend has a "Michael Jordan" name on Facebook and in my people hub his name is "Mike Jordan" how can I get his photo to be updated from his Facebook account?

Welcome to Nokia Support Discussions!
If you have two contacts for the same person, you can easily link those two accounts into one by opening one of the contacts in People hub and tapping link on the bottom of the screen, after this you'll get suggestions and a possibility to choose a contact to link. After the linking, the contact will be consolidated into one, and the photo should be updated from the Facebook profile.

Cannot See Facebook 'Photos'

Hello, just since Friday I'm suddenly no longer able to look at photos on public Facebook sites (i.e online stores, photographer's sites). I'm not actually on Facebook myself, but this is just a general browsing thing. I can still access videos, polls, discussions etc - but 'photos' (and 'wall') just either leaves me with: "Sorry, something went wrong. We're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can." Or: a blank page with just 'blips' but nothing ever loads...
I have already deleted all cookies and emptied cache - but this hasn't changed it. I browse via Safari, but I tried Firefox too and got the same result.
Any help much appreciated.

It's Facebook not your browsers. They are implementing a new image system. Have patience. FB is moving towards a format in which the photos will be enlarged with a blackground with arrows on each side of the image to browse back and forth.
Some are working, some aren't. Try again in a couple days.
Also, for Facebook you need the lastest version of Safari. From your Safari menu bar click Safari/About Safari. Anything less than 5.0.3, then click the Apple () menu (top left in your screen) then click: Software Update ...

HT201302 cannot sync all photos

i am trying to update an iphone from 3.1.2 to the ios5 and for some reason am not able to sync all my photos. it will only show me one album out of 10 to copy. how do i save all of the other pictures?

Try deleting the photo cache from your computer and then re-try the photo sync and see if it then works - the location of the cache, and how to delete it, is on this page http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1314

Syncing iPhoto08 photos to iPod

Since updating to iPhoto08, I cannot sync my photos to my iPod. I can sync photos from my "Pictures" folder and Aperture library. But when I choose the iPhoto option in the iTunes sync window I get error(-50) after syncing. Does anyone have a solution for this?

With both itunes and iPhoto not running I deleted the "itunes Music Library.xml" and "album data.xml". I restarted my system, then opened iPhoto. Then opened iTunes. the problem was solved.

What is the best way to manage photos - Dropbox (with sync), Facebook (with sync), iPhoto, etc.?

With so many cloud based and wireless syncing services, I'm lost as to the simplest way to keep photos sync'd as well as backed up. My dropbox is currently syncing all photos I take with my iphone, but in an overall folder called CAMERA UPLOADS, so they are uncategorized. I upload pics to facebook, which facebook also has a sync photos feature, but I don't necessarily want all photos uploaded to facebook. What has worked best for everyone so that there aren't a ton of dupicate photos everywhere, and multiple syncs of the same photos?
Also, what is the best way to manage my iPhone photos generally? I'm never sure if I delete a photo from my phone, does it delete it on my computer via iCloud? Sometimes I just take a picture to send to a friend that I don't need to keep, while others are ones I want to sync to my computer. Can I control when deleting that it be deleted everywhere or just on the device? And alternately, can I choose certain photos not to sync via iCloud?
iCloud makes me nervous. Once when I wanted to place all photos of my pup into a folder, I selected the photos on my iPhone and accidentally clicked delete instead of move. No big deal, I figured they'd be at home sync'd on the cloud. But since I'd deleted them on my phone, the cloud deleted them on my home computer too and the photos were lost.

Though I'm no copyright lawyer, as long as it's within a household, you can share content among users. Such sharing is, absent specific language preventing it not present in the iTunes Store terms of use, generally considered to be "personal use". So you can share apps and music amongst your users on your computer and with their devices. You just can't give any of that content to friends or relatives who don't live with you.
What I am not clear on, it making sure that this appears in each itunes account - is it easy to find the file storage folders that match the itunes accounts and what would these be?
The iTunes library and files are by default in a user's Home/Music folder. But you don't have to find the folder; in fact putting a file into the folder yourself won't add the file to iTunes. Just drag the file into the iTunes window. iTunes will copy it to the correct location.
