Cannot sync iSync on my mac and my N95
I have installed the update for my N95 8GB
But when i try to add new device it lists it but just says it cannot connect to my phone (strange as iphoto loads straight up when i plug in phone)
i have the phone paired to the computer bluetooth, have tried usb everything but still no joy, any ideas anyone ????

Nokia has two different programs for mac users.
1. iSync plugin (to sync contacts and calender)
2. Nokia Multimedia transfer ( photos/video/music/bookmark)
have you installed isync plugin for your N95 device?
plugin is available here: http://europe.nokia.com/get-support-and-software/product-support/isync/compatibility-and-download
Installing the plug-in
Make sure you have installed all available updates from Apple using Software Update. Minimum requirements are Mac OS X 10.4.9 with iSync 2.4 to use the plug-in unless otherwise stated.
Check the list above to see if your phone needs a plug-in. If so, download the plug-in disk image to your desktop.
Make sure iSync is not running.
Double-click the downloaded plug-in disk image. A virtual disk will open in Finder.
Double-click the enclosed plug-in installer package to start the installation.
After the installation is complete, you can eject the virtual disk and move the disk image file to the Trash.
You can now start iSync with the plug-in installed.

Cannot sync FireFox bookmarks between Mac and Android

I do not succeed in syncing FireFox 29.0 bookmarks between my Mac (10.9.2) and the latest FF for Android on my Android phone (4.2.2)
What I did:
• Made an account on the FF-site, activated account both on Mac and Android.
• In FF prefs, both on Mac and Android, selected bookmarks for syncing.
• Synced FF actively on Mac. Blue wheel takes some time and then seems to be ready.
• Synced FF actively on Android. Both from the FF-account as within FF. States a 'most recent sync' as being done. Seems to be OK too.
• However, on Android, FF, under the tab 'bookmarks' nothing pops up. What do I do wrong?
• Also started up FF in save mode. No difference.
• Deleted my account en signed up again. No difference.
After trying everything, it looks like signing in is the problem... the sync wheel it turning forever...

Sync wheel turning forever there is a bug for this: [https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1006360] and we could use the steps to reproduce this. Can you please provide an example sync log from the continual sync.
Please go to <b>about:sync-log</b> in your desktop connected to the android device or on the mobile device as well.
places.sqlite file may have a uri corrupted in it.

Yes it is.
Initially I got an error message saying can't connect because of Date & Time settings.
Went in and re-verified that those were correct.
Tried to update downloads and then got a new error message: "Can't connect to iTunes Store".
I live in the US and that's where I created my iTunes a/d and Apple ID.
I am currently in India --- can that coause confusion re date & time?

There is no Info tab in Mavericks

You do the opposite of how you got them on your phone, you unsync the pics using iTunes.

It sounds like you are wanting to update the Apps that were synced over from your computer to your new iPhone 5s. If you are clicking Updates in the App Store in the bottom right corner, would you mind clarifying what happens when you are trying to update them?

Thanks for this... I actually wanted to pair my iPad with my iPod touch so I can use the keynote remote app in my iPod touch to control my keynote presentations... I was able to control my presentations through wifi... I wanted to use the bluetooth since internet connection is quite slow.. That's often a permissions problem. Try launching Disk Utility and running the Repair Permissions. That may fix the problem. Also confirm that the Office 2011 folder is in the Applications folder at the root of the hard drive, not a folder within your wife's Home folder.
If that doesn't help. post back with further details; your version of Mac OS X, whether you installed Office via a user account with admin privileges or not, and what happens when you try and launch Office from your account including error messages if any.
