Cannot sync to Ovi-system error on screen of 5800

I've been using Ovi sync very happily for weeks and now when I try and sync my 5800 it tries to connect,promptly disconnects and then displays a 'system error' message onscreen.
Is Ovi sync down?
I've gone into 'manage devices', removed my device and then set it up again from scratch (getting sync settings via SMS etc) but even with the new profile I still get the same error message.
Any thoughts?

I have the same problem. The problem occurred, but may be unrelated, after I noticed that my funambol sync client was no longer working. I then upgraded to a newer version (overwriting the old). However, it would still not work. So I tried it again, a different way (uninstalling the old, installing the new). Now Funambol sync client does not even connect, it just quits with technical error.
Using Nokia's native sync functionality results instantly in a System Error. I guess the problem should be sought in the accessibility of the contacts and calendar databases in the phone, rather than in any network functionality. But hey, who am I?

SSRS 2005 report: Cannot bulk load Operating system error code 5(Access is denied.)

I built a SSRS 2005 report, which calls a stored proc on SQL Server 2005. The proc contains following code:
CREATE TABLE #promo (promo VARCHAR(1000))
BULK
INSERT #promo
FROM '\\aseposretail\c$\nz\promo_names.txt'
WITH
--FIELDTERMINATOR = '',
ROWTERMINATOR = '\n'
SELECT * from #promo
It's ok when I manually execute the proc in SSMS.
When I try to run the report from BIDS I got following error:
*Cannot bulk load because the file "\aseposretail\c$\nz\promo_names.txt" could not be opened. Operating system error code 5(Access is denied.).*
Note: I have gooled a bit and see many questions on this but they are not relevant because I CAN run the code no problem in SSMS. It's the SSRS having the issue. I know little about the security of SSRS.

I'm having the same type of issue. I can bulk load the same file into the same table on the same server using the same login on one workstation, but not on another. I get this error:
Msg 4861, Level 16, State 1, Line 1
Cannot bulk load because the file "\\xxx\abc.txt" could not be opened. Operating system error code 5(Access is denied.).
I've checked SQL client versions and they are the same, I've also set the client connection to TCP/IP only in the SQL Server Configuration Manager. Still this one workstation is getting the error. Since the same login is being used on both workstations and it works on one but not the other, the issue is not a permissions issue. I can also have another user login into the bad workstation and have the bulk load fail, but when they log into their regular workstation it works fine. Any ideas on what the client configuration issue is? These are the version numbers for Management Studio:

Cannot Sync All Songs (Unknown Error (-50))

For some reason, when I try to sync my iPod Touch (1st gen) I get a message that it cannot sync a song. However, no other song below it in alphabetical order will sync either. It claims there's an unknown error, -50. What could this be caused by?

Usually a -50 error is caused by a problem with iTunes permissions and the store.

Sync bookmarks + E90 = System Error

Hello,
i bought the "business phone" E90, but the business stops now.
I have the latest E90 FW and PC Suite. Windows XPSP3. I can sync all BUT not the Bookmarks. If I choose to sync the Bookmarks I get a "System Error" (Systemfehler) IN the phone.
Bevor 2 days I hardreset the phone and installed the backup back to the phone.
Where can I get the log-files or other business-related information about that error.
Is there a debug-mode or MORE Information about this error in the symbian os ? Or is it a business-black-box ?

Cannot add participants - getting system error

When using Beehive Online, and I click on, "Create Group or Add New Members", I get this message:
System error. Please re-try your action. If you continue to get this error, please contact the Administrator.
Could someone help me with this? I need to add 160 team members to this workspace.

Could you please send me ([email protected]) a screen shot of the error. I don't think if its got to do anything with Beehive Online, it could be related with SSO (managed by Identity management team), we use it for authentication.

Nokia 5230 Cannot Sync with Ovi Suite

Every time I connect my phone to my computer to sync up with Ovi Suite and click on sync, it doesn't sync and a message pops up to tell me to reconnect or fix the Bluetooth. This has been happening to me ever since I got the phone 3 months ago and only once have I properly synced up my phone with my music (which now doesn't work either and doesn't pick up on the files on my memory card that I added through syncing with Ovi Suite, and every time I connect with the setting of mass storage it tells me I don't have enough room or shows the files ) I would like to restore it to the original factory settings but I have some important files on my phone that I would like to back up before I do that.

My iPod cannot sync because of unknown error -51

Before the new itune update I was able to sync my ipod successfully. Now with this update each time Im trying to sync my ipod touch, it stops and theres a simple pop up that states "Ipod cannot be synced. Unknown error occured (-51)" WHAT IS IT?? Please help.

I just this afternoon started getting error -50 when trying to sync my iphone to itunes (mac) even though it worked just 4 hours ago!

E5 - Cannot sync with Ovi

Hi,
I received the configuration settings for my E5 by text, entered the PIN and saved.
Ovi says "Your device is partially configured. Please complete the configuration by synchronizing the device or remove it to add another."
But, I don't know how to synchronize. Ovi tells me to select "menu, sync, etc". See attached.
After I save the configuration, the only menu is the home screen menu. There is no sync option.
Can anybody tell me where to look or how to set it up?

There was recently a tech article about this but I can't seem to find it. I remember it because of the odd use of the word mingling. The problem seemed to be triggered by Calendar events that have a blank title field. You may have accidently created one.

Cannot sync Iphone 3gs - application error

Has anyone else had issues with the sync failing because Itunes said it couldn't determine the apps installed on the phone? I recently had updated my Itunes to the latest version and then the Iphone 3GS to IOS 5. Since then, I haven't been able to sync. I have never had this amount of issues between Itunes and IOS updates since I got the phone, so this is a tad bit disturbing. Windows 7 box if you are curious on my PC O/S.

I would try and reboot your phone and see if this helps. Hold down the power button and the home button for 10 seconds, or until the screen goes black and continue to hold down the power button until you see the apple logo come on.

Cannot sync....error 13019

Hello. I have searched through the forums and I have called Apple support for this exact problem two months ago and it has come again. For some reason I keep receiving this error code 13019 and I cannot fix the issue. I am trying my best to do everything but restore my phone and this should be fixed by Apple asap. I have tried everything everyone has mentioned in the forums but nothing is working. I have deselected music,voice memos,even found mulitple memos and deleted those,and I have even completely uninstalled iTunes and ALL of it's components and still nothing. If anyone has any other input that would be wonderful.
