Cannot take padlock off my hub connection and i think this is what is causing me problems printing as not same server as my printer. help

On my wifi connections,I cannot take the padlock off.I have put in the password that is on my hub but still cannot remove.How can I find the right password to remove the padlock?

You need to "enter" router/hub to disable/change password.
