Cannot update a credit card for payments
Hi there..
I am a bit frustrated..
I have apparently reched the total of credit cards to use for my payments in skype.
I have deleted all of them from my profile.
Everytime I try to pay the system still tells me and shows me the SAME CARDS I HAVE ALREADY DELETED.
Hence I cannot pay my suscription which I wanted to use to call my family who are alredy at bed!!!
Any help, pleae??

What happens when you try to add it, do you get any error messages ... ?
Is the card registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, it was issued by a bank in your country and you are currently in that country ? If it is and if it's being declined then have you checked with your card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it ?
If it's something that only iTunes support can help with then you can contact them via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management

Adobe Support cannot update my credit card
I have a 6 person team on a CC account. We moved our shop to a new location and had to update our billing information. Your support team in India cannot update my Credit Card information.
I called as soon as I got the message through CC that there was a problem. Here we are almost a month later after multiple attempts to update my CC# information now my "team" is not able to work today. 5 people without the ability to use your product. (my product - because I am a shareholder as well).

You must be accessing the iTunes Store in the U.S. You can't buy an iTunes card in your country (i need to know this), so try making a new account with the payment option as a Visa Credit Card. Have you bought that Pre-paid Visa credit card yet and loaded money on it? If you haven't, you will probably have to. -

My card was stolen and now I have a new one. So I need to change the card information used for my subscription, but I can't. I've been trying for days, using different browsers, computers, etc. Contacted chat support with no results. Who do I need to call to get help updating my credit card?
The message I get is "Card is invalid, please check card details"

ArturoCustomer Service is completely incompetent with this type of issue. You will eventually speak to someone who does not have a good command of English, and judging from the background noise, is sitting in some kind of low cost "boiler room" operation that Adobe noiw considers to be adequate to service their paying customers.
I spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to do the same thing. I have work to do, and eventually had to hang up. The chat line reps have to power to do anything but read from their FAQ cards.
It must be nice to have a virtually monopoly on computer software...you can treat your customers any way you want and not have to suffer any consequences. -
FIX: Unable to update/change credit card for iCloud Storage
You may get an email from Apple that says that they are having a problem processing your credit card for iCloud Storage. The email then goes on to give you three instructions to fix this by tapping on SETTINGS -> iCLOUD then tapping on "Account" and then following on-screen instructions.
If (like me) you see that your card is OK but you are still getting the email and you cannot edit the payment details, this is what you do.
Turn off Family Sharing.
Once this is done, you will then see that the old card details are really what is trying to be used, and you can then update your payment option. This is not known about in front line support and it was only a high ranking tech support person in iTunes support who mentioned this in passing as a possible cure. Share it please as failing to get your payment option correct can result in losing your iCloud Storage Plan and placing you back at basic free levels.The following may help: Change or remove your payment information from your iTunes Store account (Apple ID) - Apple Support

I'm just trying to update my credit card info for my Creative Cloud account, it's been 6 times I've contacted chat support.
Every time they repeat the same questions & answers over & over.
"What's the name on the card?"
-I give it to them.
"It will take 4 to 5 hours to update."
-I wait a day, same problem, then contact them again, same question & same answer. They don't give me a reason or any indication why my card didn't get charged.
I re-phrase my questions, always same answer:
"Your payment details are updated, your account will be activated in 4-5 hours."
Are they robots?
Is there actually somebody on the end of the chat, is it possible to talk to a supervisor or someone that could help me give you money so my account doesn't expire?Well, today my tools are going to be deactivated because my account is expiring.
Still no solution or feedback on the status of the issue relating to the fact that my valid credit card is stuck in a processing limbo in their payment system.
The biggest lesson learned is that subscription software & cloud based services are too risky for a professional production pipeline.
Imagine if I had employees and a huge deadline this week, I would have to explain to my clients that the reason I can't deliver is because Adobe can't process my credit card for whatever reason, and they deactivated my tools.
Now, I probably won't be able to work today but at least this situation as forced me to re-evaluate how I'm going to build my new workflows and those of my clients.
I was actually planning to convert my video production pipeline to Adobe Premiere but now, it's guaranteed I'm staying with Final Cut.
Same thing for my photo retouching & motion workflows, I'm stripping out every Adobe Cloud tool from it. -

Can I have 2 different countries billing address under one Apple ID? I mean 2 countries credit card info for payments at the same time under one Apple ID.
I do travel very often to overseas. I'm having problem with few apps that can not be updated when I'm using another countries store. I do have 2 countries billing address. So when there is an update I need to switch my county & billing address for few selected apps. I was wondering if I have option to add both countries as my billing address that would be great under same Apple ID.
