Cannot Update My Billing Information- URGENT HELP NEEDED

My credit card expired and when i try to update my billing information the "save" button doesn't work. I tried it on Chrome, Firefox, Explorer...on a PC and a Mac.. clear cookies and history several times and nothing. I tried it for several days now. I Just dont got any message on the page. That "save" button doesent do any action.
If i go to the "Profile" tab and return to "Plan Information" tab then this message appers:
"We're sorry, something seems to be wrong on our end. Please try again later."
This new adobe site is horrible... so buggy!
Tried the online chat help and the guy could't do anything and sugested to do it by phone and the Adobe Portugal Custumer help number listed on the adobe DOSENT WORK!!!!!!
I have 2 creative cloud packs about to expired in the next days and my company cannot produce whithout creative cloud products
I NEED THIS FIXED ADOBE, ASAP!

The number that appers on the Portuguese page is: 800-833-6687 ... it dosent work!!!!!!
What is this, an American number, British??? What????
Adobe site sucks whith lack of information and bad services.
I want to pay for my creative cloud packs and i can't for several days now.

The page still not working today keeps showing the message "We're sorry, something seems to be wrong on our end. Please try again later." on the payment info tab. I have 2 days until i'm unable to get my packs to work.

    For some reason the latest payment for my creative cloud subscription did not come out of my account, I now have a prompt telling me that CC will stop working in 2 days, and that I need to update my billing information. I have done this, however it does not seem to have fixed anything and I still receive the warning message when I open CC. I need to get this fixed as I have projects on the go that can't wait.

    Open iTunes on your Mac.  Go to Store > View Account from iTunes' menu.  Sign in.  Change your billing information there.

    Hello,
    I need to update my billing information, but have not been able to gain access to the Adobe Store to do-so.  I have been trying since late last week, but am met with this error everytime:
    Error
    There was a problem in the store. If you wish to complete your purchase immediately, please call (800) 585-0774 (U.S./Canada).
    I have put off calling in hopes this error gets remedied, but am beginning to lose hope. When I live currently provides me with very little in the way of phone reception; as a matter of fact, I rarely have reception any place I go nearby.  That is the reason I've yet to call and, quite frankly, don't want to have to.
    Please advise.

    I got same error. I even tried your recommandation.
    I am using a MAC with OS X 10.8.3, Safari and Chrome browsers. I am from Romania.
    Let me tell you what I tried so far:
    1. Using Safari or Chrome I tried several times to reactivate my subscription by editing billing informations and using same debit card details.
    2. I tried from adobe.com and from creative.adobe.com. On the second one an error said: There is an error on our end. Please try again later. I tried several times without succes.
    3. I spoke with an agent of yours. No solutions found. They all sent me two phone numbers to some resellers from my country that instead of helping me in any way they tried to sell me a new subscription. That is not OK.
    Therefore in the last three days I tried and tried but the same error appears over and over again:

    There was a problem in the store. If you wish to complete your purchase immediately, please call 800 0280148.
    I do not even know where to call. I tried calling as a US number. It says it is not in service.

    I urgently need to download a business application and I had not been able to change my credit card type to be use in my apple iphone.  I does not have the credit card that I had been using in my previous iphones and I want to change it but the message that the iphone is indicating that the info does not match my bank records.

    Thank you for the details of the issue you are experiencing when trying to update your billing information associated with your Apple ID.  Many times this is caused by a formatting error:
    When there is a mismatch between the iTunes Store's records and your credit card company's records, you will receive an error message stating that your credit card's security code isn't valid or that your zip code does not match your bank's records.
    In most cases, this issue is caused by a formatting error in the billing address that you have provided. You can correct the issue by verifying that the information you have provided is correct, or by changing the format of your address to match the format that your credit card company has on file.
    I recommend following the steps below:
    You can verify and/or modify your billing address by following these instructions:
    Open iTunes.  If you are signed in to iTunes, skip to step 4.
    Note: Verify that you are signed in to the correct iTunes account. If you are unsure which account you're signed into, choose Store > Sign Out and proceed to step 2.
    Choose Store > Sign In.
    Enter your account name and password, then click the Sign In button.
    Choose Store > View My Account.
    Click the Edit Payment Information button.
    In the Payment Method section, choose None.

    It's a credit card, not a debit card ? As far as I know that message will show if you are trying to use a card that was not issued by a bank in the same country as where your iTunes account is based (and you need to be in that country).     I'm trying to update my application on my iPad 3... Every time I do it keeps bringing up billing. So I sign in there n do my information and it says wrong sercurity code when indeed its right. I also went and tried to update my billing information and I keep getting same thing. Could this be bc I moved from ny to Alaska...I really need help on my updates

    You might want to double check the information that you changed. The billing address that you entered for your credit card must match exactly what it says on your credit card statement and that could bw why you are getting this message.
    If the address on your CC statement has your Street showing as "Street" and you are using the abbreviation "St.", things like that can cause problems. Maybe a spelling error in your iTunes information - anything like that could cause this.

The first time that I click on one of these links, the JRE plug of 1.4 shows a dialog again asking for the username and password. Till I dont provide the username and password the system doesnt go ahead and applet doesnt load. I do not want the JRE to ask me for the username/passwords again..How to avoid this ?
    Can you give me some more information on this. Ultimately in the production usage, we will be using LDAP and not Tomcat's memory realm.

    In the config file, you 're essentially saying that you want Tomcat to prompt for usr/passw on every request (url-pattern = /*) made by a 'webviewer', and that's exactly what Tomcat is doing.
    Consider using specific url-patterns & roles for resources to be protected. If for now, all you need is to protect the first page, use a more specific url-pattern.
    Just an advice : if you'll be using LDAP in production, do not waste time with Tomcat's Security Realm and the BASIC authentication type, since the two have not much in common. Start reading doc on LDAP, and code a prototype, or even better, a vertical slice of the app (i.e a proof of concept).

    now i bought a N8 but i m not able to restore my contacts
    1. is there any way to restore them in N8?
    2. if not, can i convert them in TEXT or any readable format

    The backup procedures built into the phone are only designed for restoring to the same phone (ie: in case or data corruption, software update or repair etc.), they can't usually be used to restore to a phone with a different operating system.
    You should have backed up with Ovi Suite before selling the N900, that would have been able to restore to the N8.

  • I cannot update the song information on my iPod in iTunes.

    I got an iPod Touch 4g about a year ago.  Last month the iPod all the sudden stopped working. I took it into the store twice and the second time they simply replaced it with a new one. Since then I have been having two problems:
    1) The operating system has been running extremely slowly. I brought it into the store today and they suggested reinstall the OS and that this should fix the issue with it. I can't really ***** that problem right now.
    2) I for some reason cannot update the song information on the iPod directly in iTunes.  If I change the name of the song or the album or genre in Itunes that is actually on the iPod, it'll show up as changed in Itunes but on the iPod itself it hasn't changed. On my old one, whenever a change was made it would often say, "One moment while library updates." It doesn't do this on my replacement.
    In order to change information for the songs, I need to delete the copy off my iPod, update the information on the computer copy and then retransfer it over. Is there some setting I need to change in order for the changes to take place. I would like to avoid going back to the store a fourth time.

    1) Powering off nd then back on the iPOd tends to fix the lag problem for a while
    2) The problem with updating music is a known problem with iOS 5 and as you found out, you have to delete/unsync the music form the iPod and then resync.
