Cannot update phone/add a new line after updating plan
I updated my data plan to a shared family plan and now would like to upgrade one of the phones and also add a new phone but can't - it says 'order still pending".How long do I need to wait?
If you are trying to do this all online, it won't happen. The new shared plan probably won't go into effect until your next billing cycle. And the Verizon website is notorious for only being able to do one thing at a time. To upgrade the plan, add a line, and get new phones all at once is more than it can handle.
So, what you need to do is call Customer Service (800-922-0204) and complete the changes with a rep on the phone, or go into a store to do the transactions. Or wait for one change to take effect, then make another - but it could take a long time doing it that way.

i replicated issue , and \n is not affective. So i guess what option you can try is to keep text small and use Alt to show full text.

I bought new i phone 5 3 days back, after that asked for new update which is 6.1.4, after updating my iphone i am not able to use cellular data services. I called up data provider, they says its the problem with new software update. There is no option add APN. Now when i switch to safari its showing you are not subscribed for cellular data. But I am able to use data on other phone.
Will you please help me in this regard?

I can no longer open any attachments that are sent to me. I click on and get cannot preview (but have had this for ages). I am clicking on download and nothing happens. It does not download. I clicked to install a new version after updating and clicking repair. But still the attachments won't open including invoices I have received today. It is all attachments not just pdfs.

Lakshman.You can put condition when you call java script function while clicking on "update" button.
On order.jsp update button call "submit_refresh()" java script function. You can check your condition over here.
You can find this function in "orderTools.js" file.
And when you enter item in last line on order page and click on the update button it will automatically add new empty lines on your order page as per your selected new line items from drop down box.
Or may be you can call your custome action class when you click on update to check particular condition.

I would be buying this from a verizon store. I went tonight to buy the iphone 4s and I was told I couldn't because last May I decided to pay the difference for a new phone instead of getting the same phone they had replaced many times and I kept having issues with having poor reception quality. So I bought my current Droid X for $199.99 plus $20 more for the early upgrade fee, so I got no discount. I am told today that I used my upgrade in May so I have to wait until January of 2012 to upgrade to Iphone 4S or any other phone unless I pay retail price of $649.99. So my husband and I decided to see if it would be worth just adding a new line and switching the phones around. Do you see me getting any grief for doing this?

Updating existing PO with new line item

We are in ECS scenarion. I want to add a new line item to the already existing Po which was transferred to the R/3 system successfylly. I have user pd_po_update and pd_po_save . In pd_po_update I am getting changes = "X" but in es_guid it seems i am getting the old guid . after executing the program when I go back a message popsup saying "update was terminated".
Please let me know what should i do in order to add a new line item to the PO.

Adding 2 new lines to existing plan with phones I already own.

Really?! I didn't know that made a difference...I thought secondary lines were $25 - well, ya learn something new every day!
And a side note - we added a line for my 75+ yr old mother with one of our old flip phones and CS was extremely kind in waiving the activation fee (I could have sworn it was $25 charged and credited on the bill), PLUS they boxed up the flip phone after activating it (with an out of state number to boot) and shipped it to my Mom, all at no additional cost to me. I'm not saying that will be everyone's experience, and I was amazed the service rep offered to ship it for me - but I smiled and said "THANK YOU!" and accepted it! -

Also to fill up this table I need to pass certain value, so can I use BAPI_REQUISITON_GETDETAIL and pass the same details as found from the same BAPI and create a new line item...

Trying to add our Epson 4800 after update 10.8.3 our iMac is shutting down and so is our Mac Book Pro. Any advise??
Thank you Linc. We just half solved our problem. The update 10.8.3 has a bug for using our printer with a special kodak proback firewire cable by don't giving a support. So we skipped the old way by downloading a new driver,
using an USB cable and adding our printer again and it works. The reactions of collegues and those on the Apple site showed us that the update 10.8.3 is having a major problem. -

It's hard to tell what went wrong. Some possibilities:
1. Your iPhone did not have enough free space. Once it works, check Settings > General > Usage
2. There was an issue with your internet connection so the update did not download properly.
3. One of the many update steps got interrupted somehow
