Cannot update to adobe indesign cc version 10.1

I need to update my InDesign CC 2014 version 10.1. I currently have CC 9.2.2. I am a Creative Cloud subscriber, but the update does not show up in my Adobe Application Manager.
I have tried going to the direct link, and get this message upon trying to download: "This patch is not applicable for you. Please check for updates from the Help menu in your product to see a list of the latest updates available. If the problem persists, please contact customer support for further assistance." There is no InDesign update when I go to the Help menu in my product.
Please advise. Thank you.

Yes. You can purchase it as either a conventional perpetual licensed product or as part of a Creative Cloud subscription. THe subscription will get you both CS6 and the new CC version 9.0

If your computer's connection is slow then you can update your iOS from your phone.
Find a free, strong Wi-Fi network.
Go to Settings>General>Software Update>choose option "Download and Install"
Benefit: if you update phone through this method the actual download size will be only 30 to 50 MB only! and it works fine! if you try to download iOS from iTunes it will goes around 800MB.

Bind plug-in to Adobe InDesign CC version?

we want to develop and sell a plug-in for Adobe InDesign.
Some questions: It is possible to bind the plug-in for a Adobe InDesign CC version (I suppose Adobe CC is still 9.0). If a newer internal version (maybe 10.0) is available, the plugin must be licensed again. If Yes: how often (probably) does Adobe release a new internal Adobe InDesign CC version?
Is there any information about this on the Adobe website?

@Raymond – current version of InDesign CC is v9.1, released sometime in October 2013, next version, presumably v9.2 will be released in about a week*. Offically Adobe does not give dates of release or version numbering in advance. At least not publicly.

You can only update to the latest version of iOS by OTA (Over The Air) if you have iOS 5.x or later.
Since you have iOS 4.3.3 or 4.3.5 you will have to connect your device with your 30 pin dock connector to usb cable to one of your usb ports and then launch iTunes if you have installed on your computer you normally sync with.
Then, you will be prompted for an iOS update.
Or, once your device appear on the left hand side under devices select it and then a window will appear on the right hand side with several panes (tabs).
Select the Summary pane (tab) and then under the 'Version' section select 'Check for Updates'

How do I know if I have access to that directory? I am not an IT professional.

Cannot update Illustrator CS6 Mac to version 16.0.1

I have Illustrator 16.0.0 retail on my Mac running Mountain Lion, and has downloaded he Updater to version 16.0,1
I have Illustrator 16.0.0, version 682 on my system.
When running the Updater, it end up with Installation fail, this update is not applicable for you.
I have tried to uninstall and reinstall Illustrator but the update problem persist.
All other updates went fine. and Adobe Application Manager stated that all my software is up to date, no update
I have just updated Prelude To version 1.0.2 without any problem thru AAM

Distiller 9 issue after a new update to Adobe Acrobat Pro (version 9.3)

After installing the update, I was asked to reboot my HP Pavilion dv9617nr Notebook Computer (Windows Vista Home Edition). After the reboot, I was given an error message which explained that the ICC Color profiles in Adobe Distiller 9 could not be found and that I should reinstall my Adobe Acrobat 9 software. My question is: Yes I probably should reinstall my software but this will only be a temporary solution that will become a redundant problem when I again attempt the same update that caused the probllem initially. How can I simply back out the update? What if anything has been done to replace the update that caused the problem. Has there been any posts to this or other forums about this update problem? Please help me resolve this issue.

Adobe Tech support was most helpful on this. First download the updated
Distiller ICC profile files at:
http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/thankyou.jsp?ftpID=4075&fileID= 3790
Unzip the file and copy only the *.icc files (without regard to the subfolders that they are in - in other words, take the files out of each of the subfolders) to the followng folder in Windows 7:
c:\windows\system32\spool\drivers\color
These new files will probably overwrite some old ones.
This solved the problem for me.
This is actually the best solution though I found that instead of copying all the .icc files to the windows\sys... folder, all you need to do is copy the 3 Video files from the RGB folder (VideoHD.icc, VideoNTSC.icc, and VideoPAL.icc). Once you add these three files to c:\windows\system32\spool\drivers\color you will be good to go.
It seems that this was an error on the part of Adobe in that there is no reason to include Video files for printing. Nevertheless, the distiller will look for these and return the ICC profile error message if those files are not present.

Cannot update c5 ovi maps to version 3.4

I can see the update on the C5. It shows 8102 kB. When I select it and choose start update (translated from finnish UI) the update runs, but the result is a failed update. The phone gives me an option to view the update history, where I can see an entry of failed updated, but no further info. There's 33 MB of free internal memory and the firmware version was earlier updated to 032.010. What could I try next?

Check for any anti-virus or anti-spyware software you might have. Temporarily disable that to continue. Normally this is what will cause a timeout. I assume you have a good Internet connection?
