Cannot Update to Photoshop CC 14.2

My CC Manager reports that Photoshop is up to date. When I try to update from Photoshop Help, it indicates it is up to date. Further, I cannot even install 14.2 by downloading it directly from my Adobe Account.
How can I get Photoshop updated?

It is very unfortunate that you are not getting the latest Ps updates.
Please confirm your Ps version from Help->About Photoshop and provide us with the following logs.
You can find them at:
Installer logs
For Mac:
Library\Logs\Adobe\Installer
For Win:
Program Files(x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Installers
AAM logs
For Mac:
/Volumes/%Volume Name%/Users/%Username%/Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdater/1.0
For Win:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Adobe\AAMUpdater
You can zip all the files together and send us through mail. This would help us in finding the root cause.

Which operating system are you running on?
What updates are you trying to download?
The last update was 9.0.3 - check by loading the editor and going to Help -> About Photoshop Elements
The last supported Camera raw is ACR 6.5 - check by loading the editor and going to Help -> About Plug-ins -> Camera Raw
Do you have a reason to update?

Need Adobe help to solve this. My own searches in Forums and Google all have failed.

It is not an Adobe problem. You have a OS permissions problem. You can try to correct this by using Disk Utility to Repair Permissions. It is in the First Aid area of Disk Utility.

Sounds like you transferred programs from another drive? This isn't a very good way to do it. Yes, re-install the Adobe apps.

Garbage which operating system are you using? Have you tried using the Task Manager/Activity Monitor to close the offending application/process?

I cannot completely download the update for Photoshop CS6 Extended Edition. Every time I try, it downloads 3%, and then its says Download Failed. When i looked at the error in more detail, it said the error code was 49. I cannot find the error code list. If anyone can tell me what error 49 is, please do so ASAP

Cannot Login or Update from Photoshop Elements 10

I recently purchased an Epson scanner with Photoshop Elements 10 software. I cannot update from the software, I receive an error that the server is not responding... Error Code U41M1C212. I cannot sign in to Adobe from the software either, error 400. I can log in going directly to Adobe or Photoshop.com. I use Firefox, tried Internet Explorer also. Same result..
Any suggestions?

Okay. The only sign in on the current photoshop.com page is signing into adobe.com, just like here. There is NO photoshop.com anymore. Photoshop.com was adobe's earlier version of a space where you created a unique URL for your galleries that you could share with friends. You could also back up your organizer photos to photoshop.com and sync catalogs between computers this way. Those features are entirely gone now. There is no need to sign into anything in PSE 10.

Are you connecting via wifi? if so try an eithernet cable as I have found on windows 8 running the adobe manager will disconnect the broadband modem from the internet and requires rebooting the modem. But a direct cable to the modem works just fine.
