Cannot update Video Driver on Satellite L675

Hi all!
I have problem i bought 675 like 7 months ago for 1099. Since it was the top "gaming" laptop and as time pass i updated my Bios. Since then everything going wrong and i updated my Bios like half year ago after 1 month when i bought laptop.
Like i sayed, as the time passed i start geting like lag spikes if i watch videos, playing games, lisening music.
It put like frezze noise, like pc frezes for 2sec and squiks realy anoying.
Don't know how to fix.
I guess its problem of procesor i5 or cuz bios.
Then when i tryed to updated my Display driver there is no freaking way to updated its just mission impossible.
Toshiba didn't care a bit to make updated drivers for costumers even if i tryed to download it from AMD official site.
It says cannot updated driver since its not suported and it says that i go to toshiba website for new drivers and there are no new drivers for my pc.
So i stucked and new games need new drivers like few games dont wana start cuz i dont have updated my drivers.
Its ridicules.
I hope that u will be able to help me up with my drivers to update. If not... oh well altest i know why not to buy another toshiba laptop if they dont care about costumers.

The only thing that i think of is to find newer drivers from other satellite laptops with similar graphic card.

we are migrating users and computers from one domain (DomainA) to another one (DomainB). All was working fine: bidirectional trusts is created, all users and computer are migrated but the printer server still exists in DomainA and is being used. All
45 printers are Canon models: Canon IR2525i and Canon IRC2030i. Also, Domain A print server is the last DC at domainA and is running Windows 2008 R2. Domain B DCs are running Windows 2003 SP2

Canon printers show a 'Driver update needed' message with privilege prompt, but users cannot update because they're non-admin users.
We're using GPO & GPP for printer deployment. I've tried to use 'Point and print restrictions' as I could read at http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc753269.aspx. First I disabled Point and print restrictions... the same result. After that,
I tried to enable it and set as trusted server the DomainA print server and not showing warning or elevation prompt when connecting or updating driver... same result.
Also, I tried to set GPO policy for user permission 'Devices: prevent users from installing printer drivers' to Disabled. and using GPP adding a common group for migrated users to local advanced users group.... same result.
The last attempt was, using GPP printer deployment, set 'Replace' instead of 'Update' a printer, but after GPUPDATE /FORCE I can see the modified printer dissapears, but not returns. At event viewer I can see 0x80070bcb error : The specified printer driver
was not found in the sistem and needs to be downloaded
Any idea what else can I do? If I set admin user at privilege prompt drivers are installed succesfully, but is not a solutions because there is a lot of clients :(

i cant see the driver either in hp's website.
please help me out finding the right/appropriate driver for my vid.
the game im playing is like a a stop dance whenever im playing it

I have read your post on how you are looking to update the graphics drivers on your notebook computer, and I would be happy to assist you in this matter!
You can automatically update any out-of-date drivers by following this document on Using HP Support Assistant (Windows 7) or for (Windows 8).
To find out if there is a hardware incompatibility with the game you are playing and your computer, also suggest running this diagnostic tool: Can You RUN It?
If your system is still performing in a slow manner, I recommend following this document on Improving System Performance without Adding Memory (Windows 7) as well as (Windows 8). This should help improve the speed and efficiency of your system.

Cannot update Graphics Driver

I have an HP Envy 4 1030-us. Intel Graphics HD 4000. I have even gone to Intel's forums for help.
1) If I try to install the updated graphics driver - fails
2) Uninstall old graphics driver, per Intel forum advice, restart computer, on restart old driver installs automatically.
3) Uninstall old graphics driver, try to install updated driver, fails, restart, on restart old driver installs uatomatically.
Please don't suggest I have the wrong driver. Any other suggestions warmly welcomed.

Thank you for your inquiry, I will do my best to assist you.
I understand that you are unable to install the updated driver for the Intel Graphics HD 4000. Intel advised you to uninstall the driver and then restart before installing the new driver but you were unsuccessful.
I would try deleting the driver not uninstalling. Once deleted it cannot reinstall it as it is no longer there.
The latest supported driver for Windows 7 and your notebook is sp58046.exe version 8.15.10.2712.
If you are trying to install a driver from the Intel website, it may or may not work correctly. Downloading or Updating Software and Drivers for HP Computers.
If you are still having an issue with installing the driver, try installing it in safe mode with networking. Entering Safe Mode (Windows 7)

Anyone else getting a notice from FF to update video driver?

I've gotten, a couple of times, what appears to be a notice from Firefox to upgrade my video driver by downloading and running a file. I don't like to download anything unless I can guarantee where it came from. Is this really from Firefox?

If you get a pop-up message asking to update Firefox or plugins then such a message is likely a scam and you should never respond to such an alert to avoid getting infected with malware.
*Only update Firefox via "Help > About" or by downloading and installing Firefox from the Mozilla server and never via a pop-up or link on a web page.
*Plugins should only be updated via the plugin itself or by visiting the home page of the plugin.

Update Graphics Driver on Satellite L55-A

I want to update Toshiba's L55-A5385 Graphics Driver. I have already updated Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 Display Adapter
Driver from Device manager but i expected it will update to version latest vesion 15.33.35.64.4176 (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/search?keyword=Intel+HD+Graphics+4000 ) but i'm still having 10.18.10.3282
version. Please suggest me How can i update Graphics Driver.
Also when i connect my Laptop to TV using HDMI cable it looses quality and also have small glitches. Please suggest How can i get best quality through HDMI cable and is this problem relates to Graphics Driver update?

Download and install the latest driver from Intel's site. Don't use the update driver feature in device manager, it rarely updates the driver of the device.
In regards to hooking it up to your TV, make sure your HDMI cable is Gold plated not the regular silver coated cables. If the one your using is working fine with say, a blu-ray player, update the driver first and try comparing the results.

Hp 700-214 Can't update video driver

I have an HP 700-214 with a Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 card. I can't update the video driver through Intel (It tell me there's a custom driver installed by the manufacturer) and when I try to update it through HP, it gives me an error 9996 "Your computer does not meet the minimum system requirements."
I'd rather uninstall HP's factory driver and get one that is going to be updated regularly but how do I do that? And if that's no pheasible, how do I update the darn thing?
It's refusing to run some pretty rudimentary programs and the ones that it does run are choppy.

Upgrade video driver for satellite p205-7454

I would like to upgrade the video driver on my satellite p-205-7474, trying to get 3D to work on xactimate estimating soft ware ver 27.3. Current card ati radeon x 1200, recommended ati x1600 pro. Need no know how to upgrade and where to get driver.

In order to get the laptop computer to its small size with the least number of parts, most components, ports and connectors are all integrated into the system board. Included on the system board is the GPU (Graphical Processor Unit) which is soldered to the system board. Bottom line, there is no way to upgrade the video chip on your computer. Sure, you can put in the latest video driver that is compatible with your computer's video chip, but there is no way that you'll ever be able to get 3D out of this computer.

Update video drives from nvidia website

Is it possible to update my video drives from the nvidia website-are there any dangers or problems with doing so?

You can upgrade the Windows drivers but not the OS X drivers. Do not update the GPU's firmware except with an updater from Apple. Same for the OS X video drivers.

I see that you are having a problem reinstalling the video card after reinstalling Windows on your HP Pavilion g7. I will try my best to help you resolve this issue. To better assist you, could you please tell me the full model number of your computer and the operating system that you have installed on it. Here are a couple of guides for How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number? and Which Windows operating system am I running?
I suggest that you download the driver for your HD Radeon HD 7670 video card and save it to your desktop. Then go to Device Manager and uninstall what it there for your video driver and then reinstall the downloaded driver, then restart your computer.

Can't update nvidia driver on Satellite P25-S507

I've followed the instructions:
1. uninstalled the original nvidia driver
2. installed the updated driver downloaded from nvidia www page.
3. There was NO RESULT. The new driver was not installed, so I had to reinstall the old driver
4. As a result I can't use OpenGL 1.5 and my generated renderings are of poor quality.
So: Why can't I update the nvidia driver?

I've solved the problem after having consulted the US laptop forum. I've downloaded the ForceWare 56.63 and updated the driver. It works great.

Why do you think it should be 75Hz for display?
I have two brand new notebooks and both of them have 60 MHz displays. Please note both of them are installed with original Toshiba recovery image so I can say, 100% right display driver.
LCDs have standard settings for 60MHz and it cannot be changed.
I dont know what is for you standard driver but fact is that your notebook is supported for Win7 64bit only and right nvidia display driver you can find HERE .
If I am right you try to use the same driver. Does it mean the driver installation was not finished properly.
What is the entry in the device manager?
By the way: why you must install this driver again?

Cannot install LAN driver on Satellite M100-221

I reinstalled OS on my Satellite M100 - 221 PSMA0E.
IT previously used Windows XP Home Edition, and now I installed Windows XP Professional SP2. I have an error in my DEVICE MANAGER with ethernet controller, mass storage controller,SM bus controller. But let's stick to ETHERNET CONTROLLER.
I download the genuine LAN driver from Toshiba official website, and every time I'm trying to install it I get the message "The specified location does not contain information about your hardware".
In NETWORK UPADATE wizard I don't even have option to choose Realtek driver, only Intel and some others. My network adapter worked great on preinstalled XP Home edition. What am I suppose to do? Please HELP!!!

I guess you should try the intel drivers instead of the realtek drivers because your machine was shipped with an Intel LAN chipset.
So, please visit the intel website (www.intel.com) and download the latest LAN drivers from their homepage.
It should work and you should have soon a working ethernet connection.

Cannot install Display Driver on Satellite L500D-14W

I have a big problem with the Display Driver. I reinstalled the Windows now i cant install the Toshiba or any other modified driver. I cant use the old Display resolution 1366x768, only 1024x768.
Windows Device Manager shows only Standard VGA Graphic Card
I tried so many ways to fix this problem.

If you are using Win 7 then it should not be a big problem to get the right driver for this unit I installed Win 7 on my notebook and Win 7 was able to pick up the driver automatically.
Go to device manager and select the graphic card. Now choose driver update and lets Win 7 searching for the driver automatically
Usually this should work
By the way: Toshiba European driver page provides Win XP and Win 7 drivers for this notebook model L500D PSLT6E
