Cannot Upload File via Send?

I have an .ai file at around 413 megs that I am trying to send through "Send", but keep getting Error: cannot upload file please try again. Been having the same issue for a few weeks. Anyone know file size limits or what might be happening?
I keep having to use wetransfer.com instead which is FREE.

It sounds like Send is timing out--there have been some issues with Send uploading large files, and Adobe is working on that issue. In the meantime, you're welcome to use Adobe SendNow to send your files (log in at https://sendnow.acrobat.com/SignIn.html). You can use the same Adobe ID and password that you use to log in to Send.

I've emailed Apple asking for clarification but I haven't heard back yet. I imagine we'll all learn what's going on at about the same time. And yes, until you get a certificate you cannot upload your apps to the iPhone (within the SDK rules).

Uploaded file (via front-end) created as a Media Download item (Literature Item)?

Is it possible to have an uploaded file (via a form or webapp edit form on the site front-end) to be stored/created as a Media Download item (Literature Item)? Or alternatively, is it possible to secure a file that has been uploaded on the front-end (by 'secure' I mean cannot be access outside of a secure zone)?
My aim is to have customers upload files into their secure zone and maintain that security on the uploaded file so other cannot access them. I can't see that this will be possible but hopefully someone might have some creative ideas to get around it.

This can be implemented via web apps, please go through the web app tutorials here to know more about them - User manual
You can set up a secure web app to take the submissions from the users and include file upload in that submission. Those submissions are visible to only the user who submits it, unless, you enable the option where every one can see/edit it.
Note: Via the web apps, the files that are uploaded, they go into a folder with a random name which is directly accessible on the internet, even though, on the site, through the web app items, only the logged in users can see it. By this I mean that anyone who has the direct link to the file will be able to access it and it can also be indexed by search engines. So, when it comes to using the work around of web apps to implement this function on your site, make sure to take measure to block Google bots from indexing the files.

Unable to upload files via Wi-Fi.

My phone C3-00 is running on latest update v08.71. I'm unable to upload files on wi-fi. When I start any service like Facebook on opera mini or any browser (I'm also unable to use Mail & Communities via wi-fi) and try to upload file (pic. of max. size 500KB) it shows uploading two times then shows connection failed. I tried it several times but everytime it shows connection failed. But I can easily upload files via GPRS. The Mail & Communities app also runs fine on GPRS but not works on Wi-Fi. Please solve my problem.

I am not sure about your requirement here. What i could understand is that you want to check whether service could handle file processing?
1) Uploading file - You can build a Webservice which has import/export parameters as the file structures and implement the proxy class in such a way that the passed data is written to application server.
2) Downloading file - Same as uploading file, but the proxy class would have the code to extract data from the application server and pass them as output parameter.
Functionality of Non SAP system: The system which calls these services should be able to convert the output of proxy data into file in case of downloading the file and it should be able to convert the file data into export parameters in case of uploading file.

I cannot upload files from my macbook pro via email, etc

When I click on insert file all I see is the main menu with the folders when I select the folder it does not give me the option to open to select and upload files.
How can I rectify this?
In all honesty I am sarting to regret buying a mac, all I have been expericing is trouble. they are not major but very annoying.
I fixed it one month ago for slow boot up time, it was fixed yet it is progressively heading doen that road again helpp.
I am a university student and this thing is really annoying

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities
You can only write in NTFS drives in Windows, not OS X or Linux or any other UNIX-based system. If you want to write in NTFS drives, you have to use a third-party application as Paragon NTFS.
Another possibility you have is to format the external drive in a format that OS X can read and write in it, like HFS+ (Mac OS Extended (Journaled)), FAT32 (MS-DOS (FAT)) or exFAT, but this is longer and you need a lot of time to back up your external drive files

Why cannot upload files to documents folder

I have EP7.0 and when i try to upload a file, it show me error:
"N01_BB_InstallGuide_EN_US.doc" does not exist, or file is empty; you cannot upload empty files.
Here N01_BB_InstallGuide_EN_US.doc is the file name, i tried several files, always get this error msg.

Summary
Symptom
The upload of a file into a KM repository fails. Sometimes the user gets the error message "<file> does not exist, or file is empty; you cannot upload empty files."
Reason and Prerequisites
Either the portal engine or the operating system on which the portal runs has troubles with writing into the directory that is defined as store for temporary data.
Solution
1. With the config tool of the engine, edit/add the following two entries to the server node java parameters:
Example:
-Djava.io.tmpdir=e:\EP_TEMP
-Dcm.tmpdir=e:\EP_TEMP
These must point to an existing and accessible directory on the server.
2. TEMP and TMP environment variables of operating system are to be set that they point to an existing and accessible directory.
In case of Microsoft Windows, go to Settings > Control Panel > System, then choose the tab "Advanced" and the button "Environment Variables". There you can edit/create the two variables.
Set them to the same directory that were selected for the engine parameters and especially make sure that none of the temp variables has a value with percentage characters ("%") or other placeholders but a particular directory.
Example: e:\EP_TEMP
Afterwards, give the user SAPService<SID> write-access rights to the selected temporary folder and restart the Windows machine

I am unable to upload files via web browser

I have just upgraded to Mavericks (10.9.5), and I am running into a weird issue. I am unable to upload any files via the web browser. If I go to a website, and select an Upload File option, I am taken to Finder, where I am able to select the file, and press attach. The issue comes when I press upload on the website. It always either times out, or gives me an error that I was disconnected from the server. This happens on Safari, Firefox, and Chrome. I'm not sure what to do... I've repaired disk permissions and tried a lot of different security settings, but I am stumped.

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.

The title of the Console window should be All Messages. If it isn't, select

Can't send Excel 2007 File via Send To Email Option after Acrobat Install

Normally, you can send an Excel 2007 file via email to someone by going to the Send option on the Excel file menu and choosing "Email." This will email an actual copy of the Excel 2007 file. However, since installing Adobe Acrobat 9 pro on my computer, this option, as well as the option to send to XPS are gone -- the only email option I have on that menu is to convert the file to a PDF and email it.
It seems to me that Acrobat should ADD options to menus but not remove any! Does anyone know how I can get those missing options (especially the one to email the actual file itself) back? I've tried Googling up a solution, but to no avail so far.

I saw that MS support article when I was trying to solve this issue on my own, but the solutions it proposes won't work for me -- I can't set Outlook as my email client (this is a work computer and we use Lotus Notes) and I can't muck around in the registry (again, this is a work computer). I know I can attach the Excel via the attach command in the email client, but the main thing is I don't understand why Acrobat has removed that option from the Excel menu. Also, it removed the Send to XPS option (which I don't really care about, but it bothers me because it shouldn't be deleting anything)!
I even tried adding the Email command to the Quick Access Toolbar in Excel -- it let me add the button, but, when I click it, absolutely nothing happens.

CF9 - Upload file via jQuery.post("document.cfm",serialize())

Hello, everyone.
I'm working on a form that will add/edit task details. One of the requirements is the ability to upload files into the database.
If a task is being EDITED, the upload is no problem; I'm using a hidden iframe to handle the upload, and the task will have a task ID that the file will be associated with.
However, if a task is being ADDED, there is no existing task ID, so the file needs to be uploaded with the rest of the form. Unfortunately, jQuery .post() using the .serialize() attribute for the form breaks file uploads, because the form isn't multipart/form-data, at that point.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to allow a file upload if the form is being submit via jQuery.post("document.cfm",serialize(formobject))?

1. The form is encoded as multipart/form-data AND the function that submits the data is also enforcing enctype and encoding as multipart/form-data.
2. Plugins are not up to me, unfortunately. Can't download them, much less install them. The dev and production environments are super-tight.
I think I will need to find a way to have a hidden iframe upload the file(s) first, keep them in the VFS until the task is submit via AJaX, get the task ID and pass it to another script that will insert the files into the database, then delete them from the VFS.
Way more than I wanted to do, but I'm thinking it's my only option.

Single Sign-On Error while uploading file via WEBADI

I am getting error while uploading the file via WEBADI. Below is the error message.
Error Message:
The Single Sign-On server registration is invalid. Please contact the System Administrator.
I noticed that this template is uploading data when I connect to Oracle applications and go to WEB ADI responsibility and create a new template.
In order to make this WEBADI work do I have to create a new template each time I upload the file?
Our goal is to use the same template, change the numbers and re load it.
Also, Is there any way I can go to login screen when I click on UPLOAD under ORACLE in excel. That way connection is established.

Hi, Actually NW Portal and SQL server has been installed on the same machine.
Now I am trying to add my SQL server as a JDBC system and checking the connections and I do not see a property under User Management.
When I try to connect to R/3 backend system "...Dedicated Application server" then I can see the property but not for the JDBC syste.
any clue how to get rid of the error and to check the connection.

Cannot upload file to FTP

I'm trying to upload a file via FTP (using Transmit) and keep receiving a message "make sure you have permission to modify". I have read and write permission. I'm using my macbook and its a file I created. What do I need to adjust on my settings? I also tried using another outside service providing FTP and received a similar message so I'm sure its something with the macbook settings.

I am writing a FTPS Client (Explicit SSL) in java. For testing the same I am using the JScape FTP Server (Free Version). Altough have managed to login to the server, but cannot upload a file. Below is a brief description of the what's happeng in the code.
1. Created a Socket

8. Retrieving the 'hostName' and the 'portNumber' from the reply for PASV
9. Created dataSocket
dataSocket = new Socket(hostName, portNumber);10. After the dataSocket creation, I am trying to retrieve the response from server when it is getting hanged.
I don't have a clue why this is happening. Could someone help me with this.
N.B. FileZilla Client however connects to the server and uploads data without any error.

Do I need to do AUTH TLS again before creating the dataSocket ?? Am totally lost at this point.

Cannot upload file suddenly

Why this happen?

Ok "cannot be uploaded" is rather unspecific. What happens? Does your browser prevent you from pressing the "Upload"-Button? Are aliens intercepting your data? Do you get an exceptions? An error message? Anything?

Cannot upload file to TFTP on Subscriber

All,
I have an 8.5 cluster (pub and sub). I'm trying to upgrade the phone firmware for one phone by uploading a file to tftp.
I can upload the zip file successfully to the pub, but when I try the same thing on the sub in OS Administration, I get 'Waiting for response from <sub IP>'
in the status bar of the Upload File dialog box, and stays that way, never uploads.
DB status is good, 2 on both boxes. TFTP service started on both servers.
The other odd thing is that i can restart services for both servers from the pub, but when i try to restart services on the pub from the sub i get an error message that i cannot connect to the remote node (pub).
Any thoughts?

I am not quite sure if what you are doing is a special requirement but generally for upgrading phone firmware, you need to download the COP file from CCO and use the Install/Upgrade drop down from CUCM, starting with Publisher and then the subscirber.
Usually the error message states that their is a Tomcat certificate issues between the Pub/Sub. You should be able to go directly to the sub and restart the service. To fix the issue, is the Tomcat cert signed by a 3rd party CA, if yes then it will have to resigned. If its not, the Tomcat certificate will have to be regenerated and Tomcat service restart. This could also happen if you have a user with UserID administrator.
