Cannot upload new app even though I've got up-to-date agreements

Hi,
I am trying to upload a new app, but the only option I get is to create a new bundle. All my agreements are up to date, however, the iTunes Connect homepage, tells me I've got to agree to updated agreements (and when I click on those links, the agreements are all up to date until July 2015)
So at the moment I've emailed Apple but no response as yet. Anyone else suffered same problem?

hello st0nesn4ke, you can disable or remove any installed extensions under ''firefox > addons > extensions''.

afterwards you also might want to install the search reset addon - it will revert the most common customizations those adware programs do in firefox back to the default: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/searchreset/

       Whenever I try to download a new app, I receive an error message that the app can't be downloaded at this time, try again later. Also, existing apps won't update. I have tried deleting apps to make more room, but so far nothing has helped.

    Does it also ask you to contact itunes support?

    In this case you would have to reset your new device (Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings) in order to restore it from a backup during the device setup.

    Well, I'm not exactly sure. I suppose they may know if you have or have not purchased it since you are probably signed in...Or they figure it's an old enough program, and few enough people know about the serial number, that they don't care too much.

    If you are unable to remember your password, security questions, don’t have access to your rescue address or are unable to reset your password for whatever reason, your only option is to contact AppleCare(or Apple ID Support), upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.
    The operator will take you through some steps you may have already tried, however they need to be sure they have exhausted all usual approaches before trying to reset your account, so you should try to be helpful and show patience with the procedure.
    The operator will need to verify they are speaking to the account holder and may ask you some questions that only the account holder could know, and you will need to answer them if the process is to proceed.
    Once the operator has verified your identity they will send a message through to your device which contains an alpha numeric code, which you will need to read back to them.
    Once this has been completed they will send an email to your iCloud email address after a period of 24 hours, so you should check that mail is enabled in your devices iCloud settings.
    Upon receipt of the email, use the reset link provided to reset your password, after which you should be able to make the adjustments to iCloud that you wish to do.

    Your podcast appears to have been removed from the Store. There appears to be no technical problem with the feed. Other reasons for removal (and I'm not accusing you of any of these) include unacceptable content such as racism or unacceptable sexual content, strong or sexual language when the 'itunes:explicit' tag is not set to 'yes'.], and breach of copyright. A very brief listen to bits of your latest episode doesn't seem to suggest that any of those is applicable as it seemed to be only speech - have you included any commercially issued music anywhere?
    You could try emailing them at podcasts 'at' apple.com - it might have been an error (it's not unknown), though I can't promise you will get anything approaching a cogent answer.
    If you want to try resubmitting you will have to change the title slightly to get round the bug which is giving you the message you saw.

    Your i-device was not designed for unique storage of your media.     I go to updater and it says that it is up-to-date, even though I have uninstalled it.  When I try to reinstall, the download button is available, I click it, which takes me to the updater screen, and informs me that it is up to date, even though it is not in my application folder.  I have ben able to download Lightroom with success, but not Photoshop and other previously downloaded apps.
