Cannot use any adobe products on my laptop osx 10.9.2 - Adobe rep abandoned and never resolved!!!

I've been paying for this service for well over a year.  All of a sudden, after using adobe cloud apps for many months, it decides to not accept my login allowing me to use the products.  It's a vicious cycle of confirming my account info, tells me to enjoy the products and then never launched the apps and asks me to sign in again.  I contacted support who "worked" on the issue over the course of a drawn out couple of months and NEVER found or offered me a solution and completely abandoned our communication.  I have emails representing our communication which abruptly ended when they decided to go dark on me. 
The stupid thing is that, in the beginning, when tried and allowed the "free trial" route to work, the apps worked.  When that ran out again, they stopped working so it is absolutely something with adobe.  Just put me on a never ending free trial or something for crying out loud if thats the only solution!
I'm trying to pick this back up and see if theres a more capable rep that can fix this.  Apparently, this issue was scaled up to upper level support which never resolved anything.
I need a solution!  I've tried to reach out to the rep many many times with no response.
I can supply a customer rep with all emails from the start to go over the situation to save on time and redundancy of questions like.

This is an open forum, and you have a problem that may only be fixed by Adobe... some ideas below
Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?
If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

    Which Java did you update to.  The version you need is Apple's Java for OS X 2014-001. The Oracle version is not what Adobe's apps require.

    I couldn't launch Dreamweaver CC. An error told me to install "java se 6 runtime". But when I clicked  OK I got another error telling me there is a network problem! I found this forum post on CS6 products, so I tried the download link, installed java 6 and presto, it worked! Thanks!

    That'll remove the old plug-in completely.

    Hey Joseph Curcio,
    You might be viewing the PDFs in your browser only where Adobe Reader plug-in is disabled.
    Please try opening the PDF file using Adobe Reader and then check.
    Let me know in which browser are you trying to view the PDFs so that I can help you out enabling the required plug-ins.

    Three things to try (Reader XI)...
    Using Windows Explorer navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Reader 11.0\Reader, then double-click on Eula.exe and accept the license agreement
    Can you open Adobe Reader by itself?  If so, try disabling Protected Mode [Edit | Preferences | Security (Enhanced)].

    I cannot use any buttons on the display. The power is ON and the display is lit up. I have pulled the plug and waited a while and plugged it back in (several times over two days) but nothing changes.
    The diagnostics from the computer don't help. I can see the ink level and I can print a test page but the scanner does not work.
    This Printer just works when it wants to. The wireless connection only worked once in a while.

    You are not required to have any login items so yes, you can safely remove. However some applications will continue to add it's self back until completely uninstalled. You might have to download an install to get an uninstaller.

    I cannot open any .exe file on my laptop running windows 8.1 pro. When i click on it it asks how do i want to run it. I cant open command prompt, task manager and even registry editor. In the file explorer, when i navigate to any exe file it shows "%1"%*
    in the file type column. I think it is a problem with the registry. Please help me.
