Cannot use Dreamweaver or Photoshop, nor download updated Application Manager

I have a Creative Cloud account, which is charged to my credit card each month. In the past week or so, something has changed, for I can no longer get into either Dreamweaver or Photoshop CS6. I am running Vista 64 bit. I get a screen which says that my trial period has expired, then when I click "License this Software," it tells me it will log me in, then comes up with a Serial Number page, and I do not have a Serial Number, at least not that I know of. Can anyone out there help me out?

  • Error updating application manager

    I have CS6 and today joined CC for Team.
    First time I have tryed to download photoshop from browser admin the system tried to launch application manager but don't work sayng I havent  admin rights.
    So I have launched application manager from menu with right mouse run as administrator.
    But window appear with "updating application manager", work until 80% and then report: Error, installation of application manager failed.
    I am on Windows 64 bit, tried to restart win, deactivate firewall ecc but nothing...
    What can I do?
    Can I unistall and reinstall application manager? If I uninstall  CS6 Master collection still work. I haven't found way for uninstall application manager.

    Angelo I am very concerned by the fact that you received an error that you did not have admin rights.  Which Windows 64 bit are you using?  Have you tried temporarily disabling User Account Control?

  • Am unable to download/updaate ACR on windows 8.1 and CS6.  Get error "Application Manger Damaged".  Downloaded new application manager, same result.  How to proceed?

    Have just upgraded to new computer running windows 8.1 and downloaded CS6.  Unable to upload Nikon D800 raw files, but can upgrade Canon G10 raw files.  When I try to upgrade ACR, I get error message "Application Manager Damaged", so download new Application Manager with the same result.  CS6 came with ACR 7.0.0.308 which seems like it should process the D800 raw files.  How do I proceed?

  • I now have CC, when I downloaded the Application Manager for it, its only listing CS6 programs

    I just subscribed to CC and downloaded the application manager which lists all the adobe programs I can now have on my Win7 machine.  Every one of them shows CC.  I ran it on my Vista machine also and its shows everything there also but as CS6.  Why doesnt it show CC as well?

    When did this begin?  Did you run any updaters just before this began and, if so, what were they? 
    That's a very old iPhoto version so give this a try:
    1 - launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down.
    2 - select Options #3 and #4.
    4 - Rebuild the library. 
    If that fails to help continue with this:
    Using iPhoto Library Manager  to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
    Download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
    Click on the Add Library button, 
    navigate to your Home/Pictures folder and select your iPhoto Library folder.
    Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the Library ➙ Rebuild Library menu option
    In the next  window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
    Click on the Create button.
    Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments. However, books, calendars, cards and slideshows will be lost. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.

    I finally broke down and bought a writing/drawing tablet.  It wouldn't work because I needed a new operating system.  I upgraded to Yosimite, but now I cannot use any adobe product because Java needs to be updated, and I have the latest version. what do I do? can I roll an older operating system in to be able to use my programs?

    Which Java did you update to.  The version you need is Apple's Java for OS X 2014-001. The Oracle version is not what Adobe's apps require.

  • How to locate previously downloaded updates downloaded with Application Manager?

    Hi, I downloaded a load of updates using the Application Manager earlier and the installation process on all of the updates was interupted by an error.
    I notice that a few GB of space is now 'missing' from my HD and I can only assume that the dowloaded files are sitting somewhere in my system.
    Does anyone know how to locate the downloaded updates so I can delete them/install them manually? I'm not too fussed about the error or why it occured, I'm just concerned about my disk space as I don't have the biggest hard drive in my MacBook.

    Consider buying an external drive. They're very cheap these days. It's not worth your time to be fussing about a few megabytes of files.
    With that said, if you open the Application Manager again by choosing Help > [Adobe application] Help , it will probably continue the installation that was interrupted.

    You can rename OOBE folder and then download and install the Creative cloud desktop.
    Location of OOBE
    For Mac : --
    Open Macintosh HD --->Computer --->Library --->Application Support --->Adobe---> OOBE
    For Windows :---
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
    and
    C:\Users\[User Name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    rename OOBE to OOBE.old
    Once done please login to www.creative.adobe.com and click on the tab 'Download Center'
    You will find an application named Creative Cloud ---> just download and install Creative Cloud.

  • Problems downloading Adobe Application Manager updates

    The Adobe Application Manager Installer uploaded, then when I tried to activate it, I received the error message Download Error Press retry to try again or contact customer support (503). I pressed retry several times with no success, so I'm contacting customer support as directed.

    I'm not sure which Adobe sub-forum that should come under, but pretty sure it doesn't belong here.
