First, don't tell me to contact Skype customer support. They are worthless.
Made the mistake of buying this Prepaid 12 month unlimited etc. from Newegg at a discount - to use on my current Skype subscription.
The validation was never delivered.
And anyway, I cannot figure out how to use the code / PIN even if I had it - as it's not an option on my billing page.
From the great minds at Microsoft - which had the world franchise in computers and then lost it due to stupidity and incompetence.

Delete a recipients copy of a convo. cannot use De...

There's a conversation being held against me that I need to clear, specifically from the recipients side, and cannot do as I cannot use Delete Skype History (Network Edition) and have a mac rather than a PC. I did also think of logging into the other persons account and clearing the convo, but it still appears on their other devices.
Anyone know how I can just get rid of it? Quickly?

I find it amazing that you have the audacity to go into the security forum and discuss how you want to violate another user's security, privacy and trust. Once you send something and it has been received by the other party outside the edit window it cannot be deleted regardless of what some software might claim (while they take your money and continue planting shills to promote their "product"). That reason being that messages are stored locally on each device separate from just being on the Skype network. Messages can also be saved in a variety of electronic forms, extracted or simply copy/pasted. I know that software can't eliminate those methods. In the future I wouldn't recommend you send IMs or any other type of electronic communication to another party that you might find damaging.

Cannot use internal microphone after upgrading Win 10 Home 64bit

After upgrading from Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit to Windows 10 Home 64 bit on my laptop HP 1000 Notebook PC, Windows cannot hear the internal microphone, I think the mic signal is too small. I cannot use Cortana, Skype chat or Hangout. Windows says that the recording driver is still available and connected but there's no recording signal. I already uninstall and reinstall driver from Realtek and HP website but no effect. Also I used Windows Troubleshooting and HP Support Assistant but it is still not normal.Some one can help me to solve this problem. I really want to use all the function of Cortana.

Also, when I tested with 1 external microphone (run normally with other computer), my latop can recognized the sound and I can use the Cortana, but I have to maximize the the Microphone Boost.I guess that windows driver lower the voice sound too much; because when I followed the instruction get started calibrating the microphone in the thread dv7t-7200: Microphone not compatible with Windows 10, it had improvement but not too much. I want an iPhone 5g SUPER bad! I was wondering if I can just pay for the Walmart prepaid cards that are Verizon and $10 and gives you unlimited texting. (Note: I'm only 15.) 1. Yes, you can go right now and use a GSM SIM card in your Verizon iPhone 5. Note that you will have a different phone number when you do this.
You are not using a SIM card for CDMA in the US. The SIM card in the device is used for LTE in the US.
CDMA and GSM are different types of cellular technology.

8 GB memory and such gaming PC has problem to run your comunicator

That happened to me to and unfortuanatly, i've done some resarch and it won't come back. UNLESS you still have the plastic card, give them a call and they should redeem you. So next time you get a prepaid card, don't throw it away, keep it. Best of luck(:

I cannot find this 300GB "Backup" in the Finder, only in the Storage info when I check "About This Mac".
You are probably using Time Machine to backup your MacBook Pro, right? Then the additional 300 GB could be local Time Machine snapshots. Time Machine will write the hourly backups to the free space on your hard disk, if the backup drive is temporarily not connected. You do not see these local backups in the Finder, and MacOS will delete them, when you make a regular backup to Time Machine, or when you need the space for other data.

You have tested the library on the external drive, and so your photos are save there.
The local TimeMachine snapshot probably now contains a backup of the moved library. Try, if connecting your Time Machine drive will reduce the size of your local Time Machine snapshots.

Have you tried this.
First check that your privacy settings are set to ''Allow calls from anyone''.
Then change them to "Allow SkypeIn calls from Only people from my Contacts List".
Save and wait for 5 minutes.
Log out from your Skype account and log back in.
Change settings back to "Allow calls from Anyone".
Save and wait for 5 minutes.
Log out from your Skype account and log back in.

I had registered as skype develper last two months, but I cannot login as skype developer. the result page said that I did not activate my account, so I am not authorized. but I did not receive any activation mail.
I tried to register again, it said that I already have one. And I have two methods to continue: 1. Discard previously created account; 2. Resend the activation mail.
If I choosed 1, I got another login page, but I cannot login. If I choosed 2, I got a 'Invalid activation token'. No matter which one I selected, I cannot get the next step to be a skype developer.
Who can tell me how should I do? Thanks.

You should have a Skype name that you used to register, what happens when you go here using that Skype name and attempt to logon to SkypeKit?
