I have purchased Creative Cloud student edition, I receive a message that my PhotoShop trial has expired.
I am prompted to purchase the product to extend it, or type in the product's serial number
(I never received a serial number.)
I paid for Creative Cloud and have an order number, I should not be having this issue.

I purchased the Cloud Yesterday, also 2 weeks ago Monday 10/15/2012.
I purchased it twice thinking 1 purchase did not complete.
I still will need to request a refund for 1, I've been too busy between, work, school, and kid. I'm at work now.

I cannot get Photoshop CC to Sync? Even after 14.1.1 Update?

Just as the title says, I cannot get Photoshop CC to sync settings even after the 14.1.1 update which I thought was supposed to address the issue. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop CC on both computers multiple times and it is still not working. Everything appears to be working however after the sync none of the setting are changed that I can tell.

These are iTune purchased ringtones.

Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

Photoshop CS6: Actions Keep Reappearing Even After I Delete Them

I keep dragging actions that I want to delete to the actions trash icon. But they just reappear after an hour or so it seems like. I don't close Photoshop down very often and I'm always exporting large batches from Lightroom.
Any ideas?

Both Windows and Mac OS likt to hide thing on users. So depending the OS version your using yon need to change system settings so that Finder or Windows explorer can see an display files hidden by default. I use a PC so windows and I use Windows XP and Windows 7. With Windows 7 my user id Photoshop actions preference file full Path is "C:\Users\My User Id\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS6\Adobe Photoshop CS6 Settings\Actions Palette.psp" Open finder or windows explorer display the folder its in. Then open Photoshop and delete a loaded action see if the file is updated. And if you delete a action from an action set be sure to save the action set so the action will be deleted from the action set saved on disk. If you delete an action set you may want to delete the set you have save to disk so it gone and can not be loaded in the future.

I have been trying to use Photoshop, as it was working fine about an hour ago, and now it will not open files and says my subscription has ended even though i have a subscription up until November of next year. Can anyone help? Or have had the same thing happen and have some advice?

Cannot use photoshop cs6 try version

I'm using Window 7 Pro 64 bit, processor: Intel Core i7. Download Photoshop cs6 try version, error message appears: Load library failed with 126. The specific module could not be founded.
Another problem is that I can not use oilpaint filter. It said this feature requires graphic processor acceleration , please check the performace prefernce and verify that " Use Graphic Processor" is enabled.
When I go to preference check box, it is inactive and I could not do anything with this option.
Please help me solve these problem.

It means what it says: Update your graphics driver and check the relevant options in the prefs. There'S no way around that. If all you have is the built-in intel graphics, then it's quite possible you may never be able to use some features because OpenGL is not avialable... refer to the system requirements for the program.

Photoshop CS6 extended doesn't qualify for discounted Creative Cloud?

I have Photoshop CS6 extended already installed on my mac. I want to upgrade to Creative Cloud, £27.34 a month for CS customers but it tells me I don't qualify even though that program is linked to my Adobe ID? How is that the case?

The product is an education version,the education version are not eligible for promotional offer. Only direct online purchase for retail purchases are eligible for promotional offer.

Yeah, you can have a desktop subscription to Photoshop CS6 independent of your exisiting license. The subscription would allow you to install on two more computers, that would allow you to install on a total of four different computers.

Trial expired just after two hours

Hey,
I've installed Creative Cloud and Photoshop on my brand new Surface Pro 3. After the Photoshop setup I've opened it up and everything was ok. I've made a Windows Update than rebooted. After that...Photoshop states that "Trial expired". After less than two hours!
How can I fix this? I really can't purchase Photoshop before trying the 200% scaling feature, so this is a deal-breaker for me!

Using Photoshop CS6 and after printing approx. 10 cards on an Epson R3000 printer the program gives me a dialog box saying "There was an error opening your printer. Printing functions will not be available until you have selected a printer and reopened any documents." Even after closing and reopening the program, the print command is greyed out so I cannot select any printer. This also happens with a Brother laser printer. Both printers will produce a test page out side of the Adobe product. Help!

I cannot get any help either. I get the message "There was an error opening your printer. Printing functions will not be available until you have selected a printer and reopened any documents." I have reinstalled all drivers, powered off/on all printers (2 of them - a Brother HL - 4040cn and an Epson Stylus Pro 7890 - which all worked fine until this morning). There appears to be no path to a solution. I have read all the forums and tried about 20 different suggestions all to no avail. Reboots, changing cables, reinstalling printers and drivers and Photoshop CS6 - ALL TO NO AVAIL. On a macbook pro retina with 10.10.3. This issue is out there and some get solutions - but not all - that's my crowd...the not all crowd. I have yet to be able to print from CS6 any more. This is a show stopper and my patience is wearing thin. And I'm tired of stupid questions like "is your printer powered on?" give me a break. This appears to be an adobe photoshop cs6 problem - as I can print from every other application. Anyone have any ideas? Adobe should have something?... Adobe system info below:

Industry standard files such as JPEG are compatible with many brands/versions of programs
Proprietary files such as those created by InDesign are often not backwards compatible, due to new features in newer program versions
This is not unique to Adobe... MS Word DOCX files are not backwards compatible with earlier versions of MS Word

I go to updater and it says that it is up-to-date, even though I have uninstalled it. When I try to reinstall, the download button is available, I click it, which takes me to the updater screen, and informs me that it is up to date, even though it is not in my application folder. I have ben able to download Lightroom with success, but not Photoshop and other previously downloaded apps.

Cannot use photoshop after paying for subscription

I had been using photoshop on a monthly subscription and I stopped it. Could not restart that subscription so I paid for a new one. Problem now is I cannot use photoshop at all. I tried entering the old serial number to see if it would work and it did not. I have not received a new serial number for the new subscription. I also tried downloading the creative cloud for photoshop to install and i got an error. I do not know how to fix this problem.

I got the Creative Cloud to Install. I did use the steps that were given in other discussions here and those did not work. I did find this on a google search and it worked. The only thing I did not do was the CC Cleaner since Creative Cloud was never installed in the first place.
1. Restart Windows
2. Download Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool
3. Run Creative Cloud Cleaner tool and choose option 3 and then option 1 to complete the cleaning process.
4. Once done please rename OOBE folder from these locations:
Windows:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
C:\Users\(UserName)\AppData\Local\Adobe
5. Restart Windows
6. Download Creative Cloud
7. Run Creative Cloud file (CreativeCloudSet-Up.exe).
And it worked just fine and now Photoshop is working.
