I have emaild iTunes support but have not come back to me yet (over 24hrs)

It happened to me, too. Try again in an hour or so.

Do I need to go into my Mozilla profile and edit the current email address that I gave when I first tried to register earlier today (6-5-2011)? I don't know where to find the cat image again. Can someone please help me?

    I've never seen this issue, and I handle many iPads, of all versions. WiFi issues are generally local to the WiFi router - they are not all of the same quality, range, immunity to interference, etc. You have distance, building construction, and the biggie - interference.
    At home, I use Apple routers, and have no issues with any of my WiFi enabled devices, computers, mobile devices, etc - even the lowly PeeCees. I have locations where I have Juniper Networks, as well as Aruba, and a few Netgears - all of them work as they should.
    The cheaper routers, Linksys, D-Link, Seimens home units, and many other no name devices have caused issues of various kinds, and even connectivity.
    I have no idea what Starbucks uses, but I always have a good connection, and I go there nearly every morning and get some work done, as well as play.
    You could try changing channels, 2.4 to 5 Gigs, changing locations of the router. I have had to do all of these at one time or another over the many years that I have been a Network Engineer.

    I logged into my account and changed the apple id and email. Now, I tried to log back in but I have to verify the new email address. I received the email with the link. I enter my id and password. The next page says "Sorry your session has timed out". I am very frustrated with this crap. Please help!!!  Thanks

    Wow, I've logged into adobe and never seen your response until now.
    I need to make the forums more of a daily stop I guess.
    Thank you for your response, When I go to the Archives, it states I have none. In addition, previously when I'd tried to move items to the archive, they just disappeared  
    Currently my desktop is not connecting at all, Everytime I connect, it's states "We have now logged you out" and requests I login again.
    I have of course rebooted,
    Gone into taskmanager, killed all the relevant threads,  tried again to login through the desktop, no luck, I'll have to uninstall it, make sure the threads are killed, then reboot it and then reinstall it, but I've not had the time to do that.
    On another note, and just as a point of reference, myself, personally, I hate these "cloud" file repositories (not to be confused with adobe cloud services which I love) but the file repositories themselves imho, are a blackhole of resource usage when one doesn't/isn't using them,
    Is there a way we can use it more of a "ftp" sort of thing, when I want to I can  put files there?  There is no way to "Download" the repository, no way to download the folders.. only individual files and then it takes I think three different steps before the download starts.. I find this very inhibiting.  Just an fyi. for what it's worth.

    Are you really using a G3, if so you're on the wrong forum. This forum is for Intel based machines. If you have updated you may want to update your profile, here is a link to tips on how to do that: Profile Update
    However regardng the photo's you aren't providing any infomraiton, such as what mail tool is being used. Please provide more details and someone may be able to help you out. If you have a newer iMac remember OS X no longer has Flash installed so you may need to go to Adobe's website and download Flash..

  • I cannot uninstall Firefox, either through Control Panel Add/Remove or by running helper.exe from Program Files.

    Nothing happens when I click on REMOVE for Mozilla Firefox from the Add/Remove screen of Control Panel. I then tried to run helper.exe from the Mozilla Firefox folder in Program Files, but that wouldn't run either. Any suggestions?

  • Cannot register my iPod through the Apple website link

    On the right side of the screen, under the AppleCare section, there is an option to register your product. I clicked on that, and I got a message saying that "the requested application is not available on this server". Is there another link?

    Exactly the same thing happened to me today. I have tried using both Safari and now Firefox and am getting the same message.

    I have Lost my safari app from my my, my daughter downloaded frostwire toolbar, and safari icon wouldnt respond , so i uninstalled frostwire and still could not get safari to respond, then i reset safari and lost everything, i tried to ininstall it from apple , it says successful, then i click on it and it asks me do i want to install, but thats it it never installs... I have all my busniness bookmarks and study bookmarks, arghhhh! also when i click on my email and try to open a link it clisks on a blank safari page then shuts down with an error sign?

  • I cannot set ip a POP email account (not POP3)

    I have one e-mail account that still seems to be based on the POP protocol rather than POP3. I cannot get Thunderbird to accept a POP account, it only offers POP3 or IMAP, there is no other option, as a result I cannot access the account through Thunderbird, Outlook on the other hand has no problem. How do I resolve this issue?

    Are you sure? POP3 is the current standard compliant and has been so for ages / years.
    What settings are you using in Outlook:
    Incoming Server name : ?
    Port: ?
    Connections Security : ?
    Authentication Method: ?
    What comes after the @ in your email address?

  • When I go into my email account through Safari, I cannot see all of my messages.  26 may show on the screen but it says I have 32.  However, at the bottom right it appears as if all the messages are showing and the arrow to get more is not highlighted.

    if it is showing you 34 mails them it is correct. when you see your mail. apple has a smart way of arranging your mail.suppose you recieve 4 mails from one email id it will show you under one highlighted mail. so when you open a mail from anyone trying scrolling it down and you will find your missing mails.
