Cannot view full message box in right corner

I recently upgraded my operating system to OS Mountain Lion (version 10.8.2). Since then, I cannot view the full message boxes in the top right hand corner of my screen....half the message is cut off and I cannot seem to move the box over. Can someone assist? The message box is part of my garmin map updater software that alerts me to update my maps.

At least some portion of every window is supposed to be drawn ON the screen.
If that message is too far toward the edge, you could try reducing the screen resolution to something very narrow, like 640 by 480 if supported. The hope is that this will place the message box off-screen, so that the System would have to move it back toward the home position to keep it on-screen. When you switch back (presuming the box is still there) it will be firmly on-screen and can be moved into a position you like better.

Restore. Note that it's not quick. It could take well over an hour! Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.

Exchange Admin Cannot View Full Room Calendar Permissions

We are a brand new Exchange 2010 SP3 (14.3 build 123.4) shop with Outlook 2010 (14.0.6112.5000), so no older versions of Exchange or Outlook exist in our environment. I have full Exchange administration access to the system and Full Access to
all room calendars.
If I open a room calendar in Outlook and view the Properties, Permissions the Default access only shows two Read options available: None and Full Details. Whereas if another Admin views the permissions it shows all four options.
So if Admin #2 views the room the Default access will show it has access to Free/Busy time, subject and location, but when I view the same room it shows Default as None since the other options are not available to me. So I am not getting a clear indication
of the real Default access nor can I set the correct access. If I view it in PowerShell I can see the correct access. I have cleared my Outlook cache and I am set in non-cached mode and I have even rebuilt my profile, and yet I still only see the
two options rather than all four. I can see all four options if I look at the permission of my own Outlook calendar, but if I look at any other calendar, person or room. Any ideas as to what the problem might be?

According to your description, we understand that you have Full Access permission to all room calendars folder. If the Default calendar permission is set to Free/Busy time, you cannot view the exact Default permission. Instead, it shows None. It is normal
phenomenon.
Based on my test, if the Default access permission of room calendar is set to reviewer or higher permission, you can view the
corresponding permission in your Outlook.
I think the reason why Admin #2 can view the real default permission of room calendar is that Admin #2 may have full access permission to the room mailbox instead of room calendar. In other words, you can try to add full access permission to the room mailbox
for yourself to check whether the issue persists:
Add-MailboxPermission –Identity RoomA –User “Brit Whittington” –AccessRights FullAccess

(memory cannot be 'read' ) message box !

Hello All,
I as able to create an interactive form and deploy it on the WAS. In my application i have 2 views and the Adobe Form is on the next view after the seletion of required options is done. Now, wht happens is, when i click on 'BACK' button (dynpro button on a group), the IE gives me an error saying, memory could not be 'read'. and when i click on OK for this message box, my IE closes!!
Please let me know what and where exactly am i wrong.

Messages on top right corner?

Hi, I am trying to get my messages to pop-up on the top right corner whenever someone texts me just like my sister's computer. But I don't know how to get my messages to do that. Is it that my sister has a Mac and I have a Windows 7 Inspiron laptop? I downloaded iCloud and iTunes but I still didn't get it. Help?

The feature you are talking about is notifications. It would only work on a mac computer, as the iMessage program is Mac specific. There is no windows version. Sorry.

Cannot view new messages after setting up Gmail

I had problems setting up my IMAP so had to delete my Gmail account and reinstall. Anyway, I have about 12K emails, and can view some, but I have 200 new message that I CANNOT View.
Any suggestions??? I've tried nearly everything.
Should I disable POP is IMAP is enabled?

Update: message sent from Mozilla to confirm this new message does appear, so it seems that messages received today 9/26 that were sent before Thunderbird updated to 31.1.2, are not viewable. The header appears but not the message itself. Messages created before midnight are appearing, this is most strange. Maybe the messages from today will appear after midnight.

I want to open a new windows process from weblogic admin console. I wanted to know if there is a way to launch a jvm from console.
If I use Runtime.getRuntime().exec(cmd), cmd is a javaw command, in my console extension, I get "cannot create JVM" dialog box.
Is this possible?

I cannot view video messages I have received

I am using version 6.18.0.106 of Skype on my desktop computer (Windows 7). A friend sent me a video message several days ago which I was able to view. The following day, I tried to watch it again and received the message "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again, or get in touch if you need help." Later last night I received two new video messages. I spotted them this morning when I signed in and tried to view them. I received the same informational message. No matter how many times I try to view these messages, I get the same message. It is especially useless because it does say who I should contact. I get the same message every time I attempt to create a video message.
Any help resolving this would be greatly appreciated!

I have EXACTLY the same issue as Sojo1951.. I too am using the latest version of Skype on Windows 7.
I can watch recorded video messages from contacts on my Smart Phone, but mot on my PC.
This is quite frustrating as I have scoured the message boards, and no one seems fo have an answer to what is seemingly a common problem.
Any help would be appreciated..

Error -108, Cannot close the message box

If this error message appear, I couldn't close it.
If I click "OK", message box disappears and appears again.
Not only previewing, The error which include "-108".
(saving, opening and ETC....)
How do I close this error message box?

Cannot view full Airport Utility Screen

All functions are working well, but I would like to put the Airport Extreme in BRIDGE mode
I cannot do this as the Airport Utility page is incomplete
Any help with viewing the Airport Utility page OR especially how to Bridge AE would be appreciated

Everything will likely be fine.....if you....
Open AirPort Utility
Click on the AirPort Extreme icon
Click Edit in the smaller window that appears
Click the Network tab at the top of the next window
Change the setting for Router Mode to "Off (Bridge Mode)"
Click Update at the lower right of the window, and give the AirPort a minute to restart

When my iPhone 5s is paired with my 2014 Lexus Rx350 I am able to view text messages but cannot view email messages in the car display screen. My previous Blackberry Torch would read both text and email messages. Does anybody know how to fix?

When I pair my new iPhone 5S in my 2014 Lexus it displays and allows me to read the SMS messages off my phone on the car display but it does not display or allow me to read email messages. When pairing my previous Blackberry Torch the car displayed and allowed me to read both. Lexus have told me it is an Apple problem and not a Lexus problem which may be true as the BB phone worked great. Does anybody know if Apple is planning an iPhone update for this?

Just to recap, this is a collection of ports I have collected over time for people who needed this information when setting up the HP ePrint app so that they could view their email from within the app. I am certain other applications also need this information. Although lengthy, I could not find a more comprehensive place to retrieve this information. Feel free to post additional information, faulty information, or other related topics below as this is simply a collection of data and it would be practically impossible to test all of them. HT2500 CANNOT VIEW NEW MESSAGE TOOLBAR

How can I get the new message toolbar. I am using mac mini with OS X version 10.7.03 and mail version 5.2 (1257).
When I write a new email I have to open the address book in the dock to find my contacts. Makes emailing to several people very slow. I know how to set up groups and am able to do that. I want the option to go through my addresses the way I do when using aol.com to send messages.

Thanks for the help! I opened a new message and clicked on view in the toolbar, clicked on customize toolbar, and then dragged the address icon up to the new message toolbar. Works!

After 31.1.2 update cannot view new messages in pane or separate window

Old messages before today appear, but any message wuht todays date does not appe, the view pane and the message window are blank. How can I move back to previous version until this is fixed?

Huge Skype Chat message in the right corner in my ...

I have a problem, when i receive a message i get a big message with the profile picture of the person who messaged me with the text but this is really annoying as i just want a little box in stead of a big rectangle. Could someone help me with this please because i can't find anything in the settings about this. I have version 7.1.59.105 and Windows 7.

Cannot view SMS Message Conversation History

Hello,
I have a Blackberry Curve 8310. When I first got the phone, my SMS text message conversation history would be saved automatically. Basically, I could look at any message and see all the prior messages below it (Messages that I sent and received).
Now, I can no longer see the messages that I sent in the history, only the ones that I received. I changed my theme a couple of times, but I have put it back to the original theme, and it still does not save any message that I send. My current theme is BB Dimension Icon.
I have looked around in the options menus, and below are my settings for two relevant options:
Options -> SMS Text -> Number of Previous Items -> 20
Message Options -> General Options -> Hide Sent Messages -> No
I tried calling blackberry customer service, but they charge you apparently.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

My suggestion would be to do a battery pull remove the battery while the phone is on and leave it out for 30 seconds. Replace it and allow the phone 1-3 minutes to reboot. Then get a friend and converse for a bit. Is it saving it now?
