Cannot view metadata loaded via Outline load utility in Webform

I loaded meta-data via outline load utilities with no errors but cannot view the meta on a web form
Here is my header

Another intriguing fact is that I am currently loading these members to entity, even when I load to Position, I still cannot view the data. Functionally, it makes more sense to load these members to position

Cannot view workflow log via Services for Object Workflow Overview

We recently had an upgrade of R3/ECC and discovered a new issue. For some reason we can no longer view workflow log via Services for Object > Workflow Overview for Material Master (transaction MM03). We get the message "There are no workflows that have already worked with this object". However, we have confirmed via SWEL and other t-codes that the workflow and log do exist. This seems to be the only object we have this issue for after the upgrade.
Anyone know what issue is and how to fix?   Or at least path to config in SPRO for "generic object services" where we can see if anything changed via upgrade for this object?

In the material master, the system no longer displays the attachments for the material or workflow items in the Generic Object Services.

Reason and Prerequisites
As of Release 4.6B, business object BUS1001006 is valid for the material master. Until you have implemented Note 452424, the Generic Object Services is still published for the old BUS1001 business object. After implementing the note, all attachments, relationships, notes and workflow items that are assigned to business object BUS1001 are no longer displayed.
Instead, all new attachments are assigned to business object BUS1001006. As a result, attachments cannot exist for both systems.
For workflow items, the assignment to the business object occurs in the respective tasks. It may be very time consuming to convert the business object, depending on whether an individual subtype (assigned to BUS1001) is created.
In other words, after you implement the note, the workflow items for business object BUS1001 can no longer be displayed in the material master.
Solution
With the following correction you can call the Generic Object Services for both business objects. When it is called, the system displays a dialog box in which you can choose the required business object, that is, BUS1001 ('Material') or BUS1001006 ('Standard material').
This correction is delivered as a modification supported by SAP only. This is because the additional option means that attachments can be maintained as required in either of the business objects and users may therefore require extra training.
However, the corrections enable you to display attachments and workflow items for both business objects without the need for a major conversion; this means that you do not get the impression that these have been lost.
Alternatively, as of Release 4.70 (or Basis 6.20) you can, without making a modification, implement method ADD_OBJECTS of BAdI GOS_MULT_PUBLISH for filter attribute WF_OVERVIEW ('Workflow overview'), SRELATIONS ('Relationships') and VIEW_ATTA ('Attachment list'). The implementation should be similar to the following:

Cannot view movies purchased via iTunes at iPhone 5

The movies purchased at Apple Store (*.m4v both SD and HD quality) were successfuly transfered to iPhone but I do not see them in Video and (as a result) cannot view them.

Cannot view MobileMe Mail via Safari 5.1.1 in Snow Leopard 10.6.8.

I am trying to view MobileMe Mail using Safari 5.1.1 using Snow Leopard 10.6.8. I can view Contacts, iDisk, etc., but for whatever reason, cannot see Mail. The page displays the message "Loading Mail..." and then stops loading. When I use Firefox, I have no issues whatsoever. Anyone having a similar issue?

Go to Safari / Preferences then select the Privacy tab then click: Details
Type apple in the search field top right corner of the window, click Done.
Quit then relaunch Safari.
Try www.me.com
And try emptying the Safari cache. Either from the Safari menu bar or Command + Option + E

Cannot view new emails via mail

I Have an iPad 4. Until the 16/11/14 I had no problems. Now, my mail icon indicates x number of new messages, but when I open the app nothing downloads. It says downloading 1 of 66, for example, then says checking for email then says last updated and is done. I have already tried removing and reinstalling the account.

Cannot View Pictures on Texts

Info: Blackberry Curve 9320 (Package Bundle 7.1)
I'm a newbie to Blackberry and just about got through most of the general functions, but I cannot view pictures sent via text message, it just says ***Not Retreived Yet*** when I press the 'Download Now' nothing happens. I've researched loads of fixes but none work, including battery out, sending one to myself, switching Wi-Fi off etc.
I cannot believe I cannot access it, as all other phones I've owned you would just open it up and it's there. You should also be aware I do not have an email account set up on my phone as I just use my main internet for that. I use Wi-Fi on my phone through my internet provider at home and the works when at work so I don't need a Blackberry Data Package as it would be a waste of money for what I use it for.
I wonder where you are actually uploading the picture from when it says 'Download Only' . There must be a way of obtaining an image without having to download it. There's ample additional memory on my phone. I cannot believe you would have to have an email account which I've read.
Also when I originally got curious and tried to get an email account it only ever shows 'Enterprise Account', which I'm told is more to do with companies which i don't need.
Other than this problem it's great.
Can anyone help me with this issue as it's starting to drive me around the bend...

As you are unable to recieve any MMS you need to contact your Carrier O2 and make sure that MMS is provisioned on your account as you don't have BlackBerry Data Plan on your account.
When you go to email setup you are getting only enterprise options because you don't have a BlackBerry Data plan on your account ,For push email services we need BIS.
So contact your Carrier regarding this MMS issue and make sure that this MMS service is enabled on your account.

How to use Outline Load Utility with local encoding names of dimensions?

Hi,
I'd like to load metadata (dimensions members) to Planning classic application via Outline Load Utility.
Target dimension name has been set in local encoding (cyrillic).
After execution my batch file I get error that unable to find specified load dimension "????" in target application.
Batch file has been created to start OutlineLoad in ANSI encoding:

Loading Data Using Outline Load Utility - Error

Trying to load some data using Outline Load Utility. I followed the Oracle documentation on this and Under the Administration -> Manage Data Load area I defined Accounts as data load dimension, and period as driver dimension. I then added Jan - Feb as driver members. I wanted to load data for Jan. My data header looks like this:

The command i typed is this:

I get the following errors:

This is version 11.1.2. What am I doing wrong here? I also find it interesting that the command for data load and metadata load is the same as per oracle docs. I guess Planning knows if we're trying to load data or metadata based on the CSV file header?

I don't usually bother with loading data using the outline load utility but as a test on 11.1.2 using the planning sample application I gave it a quick go.
In planning, went to Administration > Data Load Settings > Picked Account as the data load dimension, Period as the driver dimension and selected Jan as a member
I created a file :-
Account,Jan,Point-of-View,Data Load Cube Name
TestMember,100,"Local,E05,Actual,NoSegment,Working,FY11",Consol
And used the following command line from the directory with the planning utilities

Infact those members exist in the Outline.

Check for the double quotes (the one John mentioned). Also I can see that you are taking the approach of Data Load dimension. Is Data load dimension and driver members defined correctly in Planning?

Error in using Outline Load Utility

i am trying to export the members (metadata) of one of my dimension into csv file by using the outlineload utility of hyperion planning. The version of hyperion is 11.1.2.2
instead of creating a csv file the outline load utility throws me following exception:
"Unable to obtain dimension information and/or perform a data load: Registry: Planning product not found."
I also check the log and exception file created by the Outline Load utility which contains the following information;

this command was working fine till yesterday. for the sake of testing i try to export the metadata of another application deployed on the same sever and got the same error for that; so it shows that some thing went wrong with the whole server instead of individual application

Some additional information.
When you see this error message "Planning Product not found". Please check the logs in
C:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\epmsystem1\diagnostics\logs\services, check in HyS9EPMServer-sysout.
You should be able to see the error message as " Received exception while creating connection for pool "EPMSystemRegistry": ORA-28001 the password has expired".
This is an easy way of identifying the case.

With your help, I can verify it easier rather than creating dataform to verify it.
I have resolved the question now, the root cause is I had used the wrong parameter, shouldn't add '/N' in the command. for /N is a dry run to check whether there are error in CSV file, it won't perform metadata load.
If no error occured, run the command without /N, then the metadata load will be performed.

Create, Load, & Assign Attribute using Notepad + Outline Load Utility

Hi all, I have a requirement that I need to create a new attribute and then assign to many different members. Since there are so many members, I believe the best way to do this is to process this dynamically in notepad or wordpad through Outline Load Utility.
This is the normal way how I would do it manually in Planning:
1. Let's say this is my outline in Planning. "1000-X" is the base member where I will be assigning the new attribute to. And many more siblings to "1000-X" will be assigned with the same attribute:

2. So I changed the data type of "1000-X" to Stored. I highlighted "Entities". I created the new attribute named "Company".

3. I have selected base member "1000-X" -> Edit -> then assign the new attribute to "Company". So that's done for a single member. However, keep in mind, I still have many more members to assign the new attribute to. I want to do this much quicker through dynamic way so I'm not sure if I have to go through this process. Maybe this could be alternated by creating it in notepad/wordpad?

Now, my question is, if I want to just type up everything in notepad/wordpad for assigning the new attribute "Company" to a massive amount of members. How would that structure look?

I think Outline Load Utility needs .CSV files as the source files. See below format that loads fine.
Parent,<Base Dim Name (Entity)>,<Data Storage>,<Alias: Default>,<Attr Dim 1>,<Attr Dim 2>,<Attr Dim 3>
All Entites,Entity,Store,,,,
Entity_1,All Entities,Store,,,,

Note: Attribute assignments must be of the same level in the base dimensions. It may let you assign but will get error during the refresh.

Outline Load Utility error using Hyperion Planning 11.1.2

I am using Outline Load Utility to extract outline from Hyperion Planningin .csv format.
We have three planning cubes and I am trying to extract a dimension that is only a standard dimension in the third cube. However, I get this error message:
Error: Unable to obtain dimension information and/or perform a data load: com.hyperion.planning.sql.HspMember cannot be cast to com.hyperion.planning.sql.HspTimePeriod
When I check Shared Services, the dimension is not part of standard dimensions in Global Artifacts for the app. I can see it under the specific Plan Type as a standard dimension.
When I try to extract any of the dimensions under the Global Artifacts, the command is successful. Here is the syntax I type for outline load command:
OutlineLoad /A:HFPlan2 /U:admin /-M /E:c:/position_export.csv /D:Position /L:c:/outlineLoad.log /X:c:/outlineLoad.exc
Please advise if I need to add something else to the command or totally use any other tool.

Log an SR with Oracle, because that is a varchar field with I think 2000 char limit.
Is that happening for just that application (do you have other apps, or can you create a sample application)

Need Help..!! Loading Data Using Outline Load Utility - No Data

Hi All,
I've tried to load data using Outline Load Utility but the data is not loaded into my Essbase.
Here are the step what I've done :
1. In planning, Administration > Data Load Settings
- Entity as the data load dimension,
- Account as the driver dimension and selected Rental, test_desc as the member
2. The .csv file
Entity, Rental, test_desc, Point-of-View,Data Load Cube Name
TLT, 100, 100, "FY11,Plan,Working,No Product,No Condition Type,No Vehicle Type,No Term Period,No Term,No Movement, Local, Apr", Retail
3. Run the Outline Load through cmd

No data rejected there, but when I tried to retrieve the data from my Planning Form or Essbase Add-In, there is no data.
