Cannot view request output after 11.5.9 CU2 upgrade

Hello,
Recently I upgraded my Oracle Applications database to 10.2.0.5 following the metalink document ID 362203.1 in which there were ateps to upgrade the installation to 11.5.9 CU2 and also to apply 10g release 2 interoperablity patch for 11.5.9(patch No. 4653217) . THe upgrade was sucessful , but now we are getting a problem where when we submit a request the request runs succesfully without any error but when we try to view the output or check the log of the request we are getting an error saying "FS-INT FS Error File server cannot operate uninitiazed Your client may be out of date"
I would apprecaitate if anybody can get me out of this problem, please let me know if you need any other information.

Hi,
Have you verified that the output/log files were created successfully at the OS level (under $APPLCSF/$APPLLOG and $APPLCSF/$APPLOUT directories)?
but when we try to view the output or check the log of the request we are getting an error saying "FS-INT FS Error File server cannot operate uninitiazed Your client may be out of date"Please post the complete and exact error message.

  • Cannot view new messages after setting up Gmail

    I had problems setting up my IMAP so had to delete my Gmail account and reinstall. Anyway, I have about 12K emails, and can view some, but I have 200 new message that I CANNOT View.
    Any suggestions??? I've tried nearly everything.
    Should I disable POP is IMAP is enabled?

    Update: message sent from Mozilla to confirm this new message does appear, so it seems that messages received today 9/26 that were sent before Thunderbird updated to 31.1.2, are not viewable. The header appears but not the message itself. Messages created before midnight are appearing, this is most strange. Maybe the messages from today will appear after midnight.

    I understand that you are unable to view email attachments on your iPad.  Try forcing all open applications to close and restart the device.  Once this is done, see if you are able to view the attachments.

  • Cannot view OWA email - after upgrade to Firefox 5.0, Outlook Web Access displays ASCII characters (garbage) in message body. Same issue with multiple servers.

    Email body of HTML or RTF messages are rendered in ASCII characters after upgrading to Firefox 5 when viewing email in MS Outlook Web Access (OWA) light from MS Exchange 2007 servers. Issue is repeatable with two entirely different Exchange systems.
    Text email renders OK. Work around is to forward email (in use MS-IE).

    (1) You say you did the symbolic link. I will assume this is set correctly; it's very important that it is.
    (2) I don't know what you mean by "Been feeding the [email protected] for several weeks now, 700 emails each day at least." After the initial training period, SpamAssassin doesn't learn from mail it has already processed correctly. At this point, you only need to teach SpamAssassin when it is wrong. [email protected] should only be getting spam that is being passed as clean. Likewise, [email protected] should only be getting legitimate mail that is being flagged as junk. You are redirecting mail to both [email protected] and [email protected] ... right? SpamAssassin needs both.
    (3) Next, as I said before, you need to implement those "Frontline spam defense for Mac OS X Server." Once you have that done and issue "postfix reload" you can look at your SMTP log in Server Admin and watch as Postfix blocks one piece of junk mail after another. It's kind of cool.
    (4) Add some SARE rules:

    Just upgraded apex from 3.2 to 4.1. When logging into the apex application, it lists all the PL/SQLs including functions, triggers, packages, and procedure. However, I am unable view them nor edit them no more in 4.1. Help.

  • Cannot View Flash animations after Installing Flash Player 9!!!!

    Ok I installed the new FLash 9 player... ever since I did
    this, all flash animations show up blank, no red x, nothing,m just
    plain ol empty space where the animation should be... I tried all
    the "so called" fixes, from adjusting the registry, to uninstalling
    and reinstalling with reboots, and same thing happens. Flash works
    fine in Firefox tho, but not IE!
    Someone please help! i know i am not the only one who has
    this problem. We have a few other machines here at work with the
    same issues!

    Yes, this is intended functionality. You can view the logs of all concurrent requests as SYSADMIN, but not the output, for security reasons. See these MOS Docs for more info

    ENV: APEX 4.0
    EBS: 11i10
    DB: 10r2
    APEX is installed in the same database as EBS 11i10
    1. I have developed a APEX application that is can be launched from EBS as a form function. Also, the APEX will not ask any credential when user launch it from EBS, since user is already authenticated. Also, APEX will also display FND username, responsibility for user who has login - <<This is already implemented>>
    2. by Default, APEX will display a page, where user can browser and import a csv file into a predefined custom table <<This is already implemented>>
    3. After csv file is imported into cusotm table, user will click "Submit" button to process the data. APEX will submit a concurrent request (eventually, the concurrent program will call Oracle API to process data). A concurrent request is will display on the apex page. << This is WIP and I don't forsee any issue to implement this, since many have done this before>>
    4. User will write down the request id from step 3 and go to another apex page. In this page, user will enter request id and click "View Output", which should retrieve the concurrent output for that request id and display the output in a new browser. I don't want user go back to EBS to view the concurrent output. << This is my question for this thread>>
    My question for step 4: is there a seeded EBS API (FND_???) that I can call by passing a request id and API should display the concurrent request output in a browser automatically? Assuming, I will use fnd_global.apps_initialize() API in this page to set EBS env properly.
    My question may not be a direct APEX question; however, I hope someone can offer some help to me. I have done numerous research on this and still haven't find this API.

    I am having an issue implementing the Call from an EBS menu entry to the APEX Page.
    I created the menu entry as a SSWA Function that use the apex_launch procedure to call the APEX page but when the user clicks on the option menu, the EBS login page appears.
    Can you share with me how can I fix this?

    HTTP is a request / Responce based protocole where all the data to be send to the server must be included in the request and then the server send all the data as the responce.
    By the time you read the responce the request is already send and the server have finished processing it. So it is not posible to send more data to the same request.

    Cannot view msgs after upgrading to IOS8..I get the msgs but cannot open them..the screen just goes blank
    I tried restarting..back up ..using a different sim..everything but nothing is working
    can anyone help urgently its affecting my business big time

    I am having this same issue. I live in Korea and changing the language to Korean made the messages searchable, but when I changed back to  English, the problem returned and I was unable to search all my messages via the search window in the messages app, but then, after about 5 minutes, the messages app crashed, and after that, the problem was resolved. Gotta sat that I'm so far unimpressed with ios 8; seemingly not ready for Primetime.

  • After I upgraded to Mavericks my Epson 5000V scanner is not working properly.  I can scan by going into Preference/PrintersScanners to operate the scanner, but I cannot find the output.
